"Frank Joseph Hoff of Atlan.org joins us and we discuss his work with the late Prof. Arysio Santos and their research locating the lost and mythic Atlantis. In this show the location is not only revealed...but that there were two or three Atlantis', not just one" ...

Biography:

From a very young age Frank Joseph Hoff became very interested in the sciences, ancient mysteries, lost civilizations and the unknown. In 1996, Mr. Hoff met up with Richard Hoagland at a Mars conference in Seattle and started doing some pro bono research for him on his off hours. It is while doing research for Mr. Hoagland that he came across the unusual work of a Brazilian professor by the name of Prof. Arysio Nunes dos Santos (Ph.D.) on his Atlantis website (www.atlan.org) Atlantis - The Lost Continent Finally Found.

there are just so many hypotheses regarding the actual location of so-called "Atlantis"; according to Plato it was just west of Gibralter; according to most it was in the middle Atlantic (although the Atlantic, if read sources are correct, reveals no 'plateau' that could've been a sunken land); it gets better:

Graham Hancock believes Antarctica was actually Atlantis because (according to his beliefs) originally existed 2500 miles north of where Antarctica is presently located;

now we have Indonesia covering up Atlantis; wouldn't that have been more the territory of Mu/Lemuria?-

something to ponder: could it be the entire planet (with its various quarreling factions) was a collective 'Atlantis/Mu/Lemuria' and blew itself apart (or was blown apart) thanks to warring factions?- I don't think we should rule that out;

just a suggestion: read Dr. Joseph Farrell's "The Cosmic War" for more info on this hypothesis-

Don't really know Larry, but Mr Hoff seems to be one of (the) few who's actually put his feet on
the ground and in the water in search of it (them).

@giovanni

of course none of us really know for sure; but I think Dr. Farrell's research comes closer to the truth than any of us 'want' (what we've been 'told') to believe- just my own personal/cheap opinion- Joseph Farrell's research boggles the mind-

please stay well giovanni (I always respect your postings)-

Thanks, I listened to the interview.

Mr. Hoff was a bit difficult to follow and didn't articulate very well. However I found that the research is quite logical and well put together. The originator was Brazilian Prof. Arysio Nunes dos Santos who held several PHD's and spoke 13 languages. The website is www.Atlan.org and well put together. Hoff became his research assistant and has continued on with his work after the Professor's death.

I believe part of the premise of the work is that previous researchers did not factor the world view of Plato when trying to decipher his and other philosophers and historians works

So common mistakes were made when searching for Atlan(tis) The professor used his linguistics skills to deconstruct and realized in Plato's era Atlantic did not "just" mean the Atlantic Ocean as we know it and included ALL of the worlds oceans...that set him on a quest for ancient maps of the era. Eventually he developed the theory that there were several Atlantis epochs and was able to narrow down the location of the Prime Atlantis. Other "potential" Atlantis sites like Cuba and S. America were likely satellite or colonial sites. He also discusses Lemuria, Mu ancient Eqyptian and S. American sites.

The theory investigation and logic are solid and worth investigating. There are several digs in progress now and underwater archaeological exploration with submarines.
