Winston Shrout - Exo-Commerce Webinar coming March 21, 2015

I'm still seriously "nonplussed" at Winston's customer service tag team as the self styled "acting manager" and her "assistant"... who "refused" to pass me up to a higher level regarding legitimate complaint info about themselves!!! I'll withhold their two names for now... (but this act of trying to suppress 6 months of attempted negotiation to help them deal with their ERROR represented the most extreme hypocrisy of the principles of Customer Service!! Not to mention the Commerce or Equitable aspect! (Equity is paramount to "true" Customer Service...) What these two dim bulbs were practicing was quite something else... I think they were pretending to be lawyers or something, or least their conception of what a television lawyer might be maybe... and greasy ones at that... tsk tsk tsk...

Now I mention all this, because I also noticed that I got an email a few weeks back with a Notice that there was a NEW completely re-designed website... (not that I thought there was anything wrong with their old site (maybe that is what they were attributing to less than lackluster sales???... (if so then someone was being misinformed and misdirected, if you catch my meaning...) What I did find encouraging, was a newly established protocol for dealing with ordering and customer service! including additional contact information!! (hmm....) i.e. Direct access to Winston if I am not mistaken!!...(finally!) WHAT! NO more two individuals bottle necking and intercepting all Winston's phone and email??????? Really??? I can't begin to estimate, how much this fiasco cost his organization... but I can assure you... it was hugely significant $$$ and totally unnecessary... a complete and avoidable... waste...

Imagine that... the very thing I complained about through various third party forums and YouTubes...??? Could it be...?? Hmm... Did maybe Winston finally get the message?... (if he did then...) YOUR WELCOME WINSTON!!! : D I do know they were looking for "customer feedback information"... I was just trying to figure out how to get it to Winston! ;-O

I still have a 4shared link to all 35 correspondences over a period of 6 months, giving these two every opportunity to do the right thing... (which they never did... ) for this very purpose, I will have to go through them again, and provide a summary of the highlighted points before I go back and finally make my formal complaint... (right is right) And test out if this is really going to Winston, or not... and report back...

If this is true, THIS changes everything, and I applaud Winston for taking back his control of his own interests, his years labour, and his information... (From a truth perspective... If I can get this on the table... those two will have some very serious 'splaining to do!!! (i.e. as in dead in the water...) I'd love to hear their excuses then... It will be very interesting, and to think it only took, what... 2 years? give or take?... Funny how some things just stick in your craw... the sheer hypocrisy, the gross violation, the pathological denial (which I personally won't stand for!! ...will never shake out... until this wrong is righted... (did I mention the Commerce or Equity too!) hmm... can't wait... ':-{

Anyhow... 'nuff about me... The main message is here is Winston... A Man I do very much admire... and his incredible foray into the world "EXO COMMERCE" A man very few people truly understand... The man who first exposed me to the principles of Commercial Redemption (even before Rob Menard!...) like a newborn duckling... I think I may have imprinted on his material the most... I put the most intense amount of study into his videos more than anything... I don't think I could repeat that time frame again... What a time that was... back then Winston was IT... information was rare on the subject... I never even thought about the daunting task of figuring how it was going to translate into Canadian application. (as if figuring it out at all! wasn't enough of a challenge!) The time was not in vain, Winston's information turned out to be one of the best fundamental principle primers you could get, especially if you looked at it from a long term perspective. I liken Winston's teaching to learning the A B C's of "Commercial Redemption" good solid fundamentals... In this he truly excelled. I personally enjoyed listening to his Southern genteel manner (although he likes to call himself a "Hillbilly" I decided early on that he was genuine, and sincere, (which is very important, when you want to open your mind up to what someone else is trying to explain to say) and intuitively felt that he was talking about something incredibly profound.

There are many hidden things in Winston seminars... (which included, unbeknownst to me at the time, but he was laying the seeds of trust interpretation...) Did I struggle? Absolutely... the first years were rough, I thought I was studying a cult following in the first few months. (maybe that was more because of the other people involved?... lol) I know many others (especially on the Canadian side, 'gave up' and moved on to the next "flavour of the month" But I stuck with it, and pushed myself until I could at least understand the fundamentals of what he was talking about... and could reference his ideas and sayings, better than anyone else at the time. I can truly say that definitely paid off in the years to come... It provided a framework, a body of knowledge as reference, for all my later research... In fact I honestly don't know how anyone getting started today is going to be able to figure out anything! without a solid frame of reference of fundamental principles to compare it against. Everyone today deals in small picture, easy bake, straight from the microwave, solutions, compared to the depth and scope and context that Winston tried to lay out for folks in those early days... No lie, this is the long term path, both introductory and advanced (much how like 1st year courses are laid out in higher education, you are going to get all the grounding, treating it like an entire course in itself, but also a primer and foundation for later studies... ;-)

And much to my own surprise, and even though I think even Winston might have been even hard pressed to articulate certain ideas early on, I started to realize that he was laying the groundwork for what would eventually lead me to enquire more and more into Trust principles, something I knew absolutely nothing about at the time... (like 99% of the population) It was why I immediately caught on to, and started listening to Christian Walters... ;-) The man who dared to talk about "Moving Titles In Trust" not nearly as prolific as Winston or as easy to follow! It also became a very closed community as well, but his contribution was absolutely critical, and it was only Winston's material, that laid the groundwork for creating the interest in CWs work.. (...but that's another story...) There were many other "Big Names" to follow, but Winston was the first and most in depth, to date (kickstarter!)


And now I just got this email today...

Winston is bringing insight to the world of Exo-Commerce. I am very much inclined to listen to ol' Winston talk on this subject, he has some pretty interesting things to say. And I like the twist on the relationship between what people are doing in the worlds of Commerce, especially on the "Commercial Redemption" Front (still my favourite "catch all term") the relationship between CR and "setting the stage?" This should be fascinating... and to what does this refer to!? the big event? Is he hinting at something coming around the corner?...

Looks like there's only one way to find out... I do like this more competitive internet based pricing too! With the right marketing this is the way to go... lower prices, better marketing, wider audience... Now this shows promise...

I agree with your sentiments re: Winston's website and info distribution protocol.
I believe a lot of that had to do with him helping folks for free and those near him helping
him to get remuneration for his help.
I think if he had much to do with it the WSSICS site pricing structure, he'd be well in the poor house
by now.

That said - where Winston is with Exopolitics is where the rubber meets the road.

This is where Contract Law meets Conspiracy research.

When Bill set this forum up I believe the mission encompassed finding solutions once enough pixels had
emerged in the conspiracy picture for us to realise there was a direction to pursue.

Guys like Winston have presented the solution for years - control our contracts.

This is the nuts and bolts of how our vast energy potential is being siphoned of to the black projects for the
benefit of the few.

Where every time we hear the word LAW, substitute the word CONTRACT.

When Bush senior started talking of Rule of Law (contract [circa 1990]),
perhaps he was giving notice that people best stop whining and reviling -expecting others to
sort their stuff for them, and start to take charge for themselves.
[beginning with studying the statutes and rules that are perceived as law (contract) by consent]

If I was sitting off-world observing homo sapien's pathetic attempts at commerce through contract,
in general, I'd struggle to tell my crew to descend lower and initiate contact protocols with this
ignorant, uninitiated rabble, who obviously did not merit the reward of access to higher levels.

Study this enough - I feel one can only conclude, we have consented to every experience we have
been through, good or bad.
Like sitting in a parked car that gets t-boned by the drunk - court says you were there, 40% blame.

Don't get me wrong I love Winston's material... It's can be a bit cryptic, and you must sit and listen for long hours repeatedly to glean the secrets, and at times I have even once heard Winston say, to a rather inquisitive group "I can't give away all my secrets!" (much to my consternation...) And contracts are important. His teaching exposed a lot in the way of contracts. But he also actually goes way beyond contracts, really the biggest thing Winston gets at is the interpretation and processing of the Birth Certificate Bond. It seems to be the pinnacle of his work in many ways. The idea behind that... is quite an achievement for its time. Something everyone takes for granted today. At the time and the context of information available, it was a quantum leap ahead of everyone and everything out there. It was so radical, almost beyond the comprehension of many it was ever presented to. And for me it was difficult to try and do in Canada, because we were stymied by the fact that we don't seem to have a county recorder's office! Although many insisted we could go the Land Registry Office. This was debated back and forth, and is coming into vogue once again... (here we go again...)

And anyone who studies Winston's BC Bond, will know that it in turn introduces many sub concepts including the ideas of Drawers and Drawees, Payors and Payees, and the indeterminacy of the Payor upon being entreated to step into a courtroom, along with the concept of subrogation, the UCC Financing Statements, the difference between a National UCC Financing Statement and a State UCC Financing Statement. The difference between "Presumption" and "Assumption", was something I caught and noticed that many others didn't... then there was the "Illusive Strawman" that few properly understood, (they couldn't because I don't think he provided all the information, he tended to give more stories and examples that tried to elucidate properties of "the thing" as he would say... now more accurately identified as simply "The NAME" the "Registered NAME" or the "Corporate Juristic PERSON", and all this ultimately leading up to the process of A4V... (and plenty more of course...)

However, if you look at the big picture, it goes far beyond contract law in my opinion... far, far beyond that... in retrospect, since at the time I had NO conception whatsoever (about trust) and although Winston did actually, on a few rare occasions call it out by "name"... he also in many ways skirted the issue... Now I can understand why... because today I see it as the biggest kettle of fish in the whole kitchen!!! But ol' Winston was really talking about a hidden trust in many round about ways. And in fact you can't understand the true nature of the Birth Certificate and the concept and/or process of A4V without understanding the concept of trust interpretation on these things... and to me that is the "big daddy", the 800lb gorilla (as CW used to say)

For example, one thing "contract" people can never explain completely is the Birth Certificate... not completely, I know because I have been in correspondence and in debates for many years, and our explanations run along parallel tracks, to my amazement... on many things, many things I understand from a trust point of view, they can explain from a contract point of view... (and that is amazing when you think about it...) What this taught me over the years is that Statutory (Commerce), Common Law (Contract), and Equity (Trust) and ultimately the Trust that follows all operate in parallel... Separate layers, one above the other, running parallel... and also intermingling and overlapping, and the foundation and bedrock and ultimate destination for me is still trust interpretation... quite literally where the buck stops!...

i.e. getting back to the example of the B.C.... "Contract people" will say everything about it is contract, and will go through an elaborate description, and there is usually agreement, that it is not our "property"... (be careful the use of this word...) As it is, in one context, and not in another... O.o! So right there we have two contexts!... and that alone should be a clue... We have a "use" right, (another hidden trust term) which could mean "property"... and this is where things can get sticky for "contract" lovers... they have some sense about the issue of legal title, and are aware that they don't have it, (or some have difficulty accepting this, because it locks their limited "contract mind' thinking in knots... and consequently puts them out of the game at this point...) the rest who can get past that, are aware that they don't have the actual legal title. (although some will argue they do! but this can be exposed by telling them to show one court case where anyone proved legal title to anything... So it gets to the point that the idea is that the State, as representative of the "Crown" (as in Crown Attorneys?) As in the Registrar General ( a Crown Corporation)... is the holder of the legal title by virtue of the process of Public Registration of your claim to "property"

How does this work? The principle is this... Whenever any "property" is registered in the public... (like your car, house, boat, trailer, license, etc... and also, low and behold, the Birth Certificate itself! ) There is now some understanding the the Registrar, a representative of the State (and in Canada, that is a Crown Corporation...) creates a split title, is now holding legal title! Again this can only be understood as a intellectual idea about relationship regarding "interest" in property, which itself is a term that makes reference to both legal title and also "right to use" Where the term use is clearly defined in legal dictionaries to be specifically a "trust" term... (a very, long definition indeed!)

This alone cannot be completely understood by contract principles alone. (why it is so hard for many to grasp...) Anyhow, by claiming that the Government "owns" it... or something along these similar lines, (and this is already becoming inaccurate) Then follows a whole slew of logical deductions... along contract principles... Like therefore we have lost all control (wrong) and we don't have liability (true, ... but not purely for reasons of contract... and only within specific contexts... ) i.e. although this is on the right track, it doesn't do anything to explain the mechanism, the underlying principles of how all this is operating, and without that, there is no way to operate it correctly... without a lot of dangerous and messy trial and error.

To put a stopper to dead end... I ask this... "how is it... if this is all purely "contract"... how is it, that you can you exercise any control over something that you claim is not yours and that you don't have any "ownership" of? and that you couldn't prove possession of original document legal title?... even if you tried" ...hmm? This can never be completely explained by contract alone... and they will usually even say something like "it has nothing to do with them"! ... which again cracks me up on the face of it, because it defies the the most basic cursory analysis, and observations, and even common sense. i.e. for example the NAME printed on the B.C. IS spelt the same way yours IS... how is that??? It may not be the "same" NAME as your "given" NAME, but there is something going on... (dawwwww?... ) It was issued to you for your use... and to you alone... and no else can use it... These things clearly give reason to believe there is SOME RELATIONSHIP... So of course all this begs questions... What truly is the NATURE of the relationship we have in relation to the B.C? and WHAT REALLY is it? and WHO ARE WE in relationship to that?...

Those are all Key questions... and that my friends, is the ultimate crux of the matter, figure that out and you have cracked the atom, so to speak. And that is the place I find where everyone rushes up to the Door... and then gets' stuck because in their rush to get there, they have stepped over the key... in their first step... on there way to get there...

Winston does deal with this issue along many lines, and I am sure he doesn't just conclude that the Birth Certificate and A4V are just contracts, far from it... In fact Winston has stated that the A4V is a private process. That is another clue and 'key' ... The main principle I am not sure that Winston covered explicitly or not... I'm not sure, but I didn't get it from him, is the idea that registration of anything in the public creates a split title (I don't recall getting that per se from Winston, for me that was Christian Walters, and Vic Beck who now calls himself Adam Beck (????) because he wishes to emulate his new object of worship, a guy named Marcus whose real Name is Wilfred... and so it goes... ;-) (no one said this area of research doesn't attract it's fair share of eccentrics... :D

Anyhow... the process gleaned so far is this, and it's simple really, once you can just accept the fact, by your own research or otherwise, that this is what really goes on... Once you get over this hump, there is a fascinating journey of discovery and insight, that opens up a world of even more subtle details and implications. And like Quantum Physics, it's here where Alice steps through the looking glass and everyone and everything seems topsy turvy... All words now have to be redefined within very specific contexts... and you have to take one step at a time with your logic... and I believe Winston was at least clearly suggesting at and hinting at this all along... and I haven't kept up with his more recent stuff... i.e. when he started taking on a boatload of wannabes and started "institutionalizing" his organization... :D I would hear Winston saying on some of the later Webinars, "man, I'm just getting warmed up!... and somebody in the back ground cutting him off... I would think... that's crazy, that is exactly how Winston used to be, straight talking unscripted live presentations, where he would would warm up to these amazing explanations of complex and deep subject matters, in a way that revealed many hidden truths... (if you let him...) But these kids are just cutting him off with a stopwatch... and couldn't be bothered to do extended takes and then do some real editing work, oh no... got to finish the day at 5:00 o'clock, don't want to miss my favourite show on TV... and that is why I find his more recent stuff to be a lot more vague and fluffy and pushing out of my price range... the buffet has become an over priced dim sum table if you like... and that is a shame in my opinion... (They, as an 'institution' really, honestly, and truly suffer from sales, marketing, and customer service insight in my opinion... but that's another story... and why I am writing this, because I think they need all the help they can get.. even if some think this is "harsh"... lol)

Anyhow, (or as Winston would say... "in any event"... )for me, that is not the main point, it is the fact that Winston was reaching for something more than just "contract" Although Winston said that he prefers to operate in Commerce... He is clearly pointing at something that goes well beyond contract law... If you understand the nature of A4V alone... this implies a trust interpretation... And in one webinar he did an amazing model of the whole concept of A4V that started with the bankruptcy in 33 (and maybe even before that...) and ended with why we are able to do A4V and why it is really in many cases our one true option... and this will make even more sense if you can to the understanding of how legal title of a thing is being held by the Registrar which is usually the State in the public... and we have, right then and there, stepped into a world of split title trust interpretation... Right there!...

Now the issue comes to be what is the nature of that whole arrangement? Who really "owns" it? Who really has the control? How does it work even? This can only be explained by trust... Although I am sure this won't be entirely true, because there are always exceptions, but generally speaking... although not all contracts are trusts... all trusts will have a contract in them... so it is easy to mistake trusts for contracts on the surface... But if you were to ever break down A4V for example. The big picture is quite mind blowing... it's a huge giant trust interpretation, with the State. They are holding legal title, we are said to have equitable title... I believe you can even restate the and replace title with "interest" I think it should be close to the same thing...

And the next issue it brings in is "ownership" And from the few people I have explained this to, they now agree, we should absolutely avoid using the word ownership and stick to other terms such as interest, and title, so as not to allow any equivocation, since ownership has MULTIPLE definitions and meanings with which the court can eviscerate us with presumptions and try steal back control... but that is all I can say for now... (I can't seem to finish this post! when I get on this topics... will update at a later time or add more on this.. because the ownership is the last piece of the puzzle I think everyone is missing... as it ties back to the liability interpretation...

A few queries though -

Is a trust not merely a specific form of contract?

Could the control system be quantified , as CW suggests in the title to his broadcasts, as money, banking and trusts through moving titles in commerce?

I agree that trust law is integral to the system along with all the other specific forms of contract law that perhaps could collectively
be termed commercial law.

As a duty of care, Isn't Winston obligated to withhold the finer points of negotiable instrument law from his students until
they can at least identify a note from a draft and who the drawer, drawee and other relevant parties are on said instrument?

Have you seen any of creditors in commerce - specifically Brandon Adams?

Brandon counts Winston as one of his mentors, but he has taken things to a different level. He often gives Winston the nod
usually something close to - Winston is Gangsta - his stuff works for him but you don't know what he knows.
