The South African Reserve bank is the equivalent of the Federal Reserve. As South Africa is a BRICS country, what happens in the financial arena is reflective on BRICS as a whole.
From the New Economic Rights Alliance (http://www.newera.org.za/):
Last year, Stephen Goodson released a book called "Inside the South African Reserve Bank - It's Origins and Secrets Exposed." This is a first-hand account of extreme and astonishing fraud, theft and criminal activity within the South African Reserve Bank.
Stephen Goodon has just been paid a visit by the Hawks who are investigating for him for breaching s33 of the Reserve Bank Act. This is apparently is a secrecy clause (are they mad?) that forbids him, or anyone like him, to expose their secret dealings! He recorded the full interview with the Hawks here:

The interview did not go well for the Hawks because Goodson turned the tide on the SARB, showing them to be the criminals who should be investigated and not him. This puts the Hawks in a compromising situation - who should they really be investigating?
The Ubuntu Party has posted a press release and all the relevant information on their website here (http://www.ubuntuparty.org.za/2015/02/press-release-ubuntu-party-candidate.html).
They are fully supporting Goodson and encouraging people to demand a full investigation into the SARB. They are also generating awareness for the fact that the SARB is a private company who does not answer to the South African people, but instead they answer to a collective cartel of Central Banks led by the "Head Dragon" itself - The Bank of International Settlements in Basel (meaning "head dragon") in Switzerland.
Interestingly, a year ago Dr. Ahmed Motiar released a book called "The South African Reserve Bank - A Licence to Steal Money From its Citizens?"
It seems that whistle-blowers are coming out from everywhere, blowing the lid of the Central Banking system. The two links above will give you further information. You can contact Stephen Goodson at abolishusury@sonicmail.co.za.
