James Living Recounts His Spring 1962 UFO Sighting over Mendoza, Argentina:

In the video, James Living says he was with his friend Pete Fernandez. Manuel John "Pete" Fernandez, Jr. was sent in August 1960 to Buenos Aires as an advisor to the Argentine Air Force. He retired with the rank of major upon reaching twenty years’ service in July 1, 1963.
