View Full Version : Avatars, every one of us

Bassplayer1 started a thread today with the title "Unintentionally killing insects ..." and, for whatever reason, this has inspired me to share these thoughts.
These two images are from the movie The Last Air Bender. In that movie, the central character comes across a Hall of Avatars, which are statues of himself through all of his past life times, and, I believe we all have these, every one of us, and that all life is in fact very permanent.
The physical evidence to support this has been mounting for a very long time, hard to ignore today, and the work of people like Rupert Sheldrake and others with the study of electromagnetic and energy fields, are laying a very solid foundation to (possibly a return to) a more permanent understanding of both ourselves and other life.
Warm Regards you permanent wave you ; )

Thanks!🌺
I recently read a book by Rupert Sheldrake and Matthew Fox called "The Physics of Angels"
I highly recommend it. Photons and angels share a lot of qualities and characteristics...fascinating and informative.

you are , is be , I am , not temporary only the body is temporary , that thing on the inside is forever and ever to infinity ... we will keep coming back until the vibration of Earth is so high , a physical body is no longer needed , only half physical half spirit ... 60-80 billion years later we return to pure spirit no longer needing a physical body for evolution ...

Time is an illusion in this equation (and all that it implies).

If you don't know who you are or where you come from, anyone can convince you of your purpose.

Inventing God in all spaces of time
has been man's task throughout
our extended past, speaking of
truth as a one legged truce while
walking towards heaven's food
without remembering that our
soul came first.....

Not discounting science, , but all of the textbooks in the world do not hold weight to a single personal experience...
Sirdip said it all.... Pent up joy, bursting from our souls,, then uncontrollable laughter...
Earthlink, you never cease to amaze me... :) I dont always agree with you, but I am damn glad you are here..
Cheers
Jake
(Ps.. I happen to agree with you on this one,, inspired,,,,, thank you.)

Thanks Jake, and everyone else here who liked this. Small children remember, sometimes, who they last were, and talk freely about names and addresses that they are just too young to even have been a part of, yet it happens with a regular frequency amongst Human populations globally.
This kind of permanence does also make you a part of the very first creation of matter, the elements, upon which everything else was built. If evolution is a reality and happens, then, it is a long long long way back to where you yourself may have began. There isn't any need to maintain active files of the memories from say a trillion years ago, there isn't even sufficient reason to maintain the memories from the very last life time, for, the only constant is change, yet I believe they are in you, and that you were there. Part of your "soul", your consciousness, what makes you, is the intact experiences from what may even turn out to be forever.
You are simultaneously a mere drop in an ocean, and, an entire universe within a drop.

ummm, this is a couple days later, and I have a question: did you laugh when you found out who I really am, or did you mean you laughed when you found out who you really are?
curious

He means that he laughed when he found out who HE really is,, and that you would laugh when you found out who YOU really are... More of a personal discovery thing.. (and the cosmic joke,, joy and laughter.. )

Hello Earthlink, Good Day to You : ) Glad I read this thread!!!
That 'forever' revelation was experienced(again) by me a few months ago when I was taken on an accelerated shamanic death and re-birth, it was not my first, but happened to be my most current intense gift from spirit while also prompting me to get off my seizure medication...
The awake vision trip I took was excruciatingly powerful and put me in a place to make a decision of my final doings here on earth...and a little voice kept saying...'be careful, this one's forever'.
I was taken to the extreme extreme of lows and then turned to an outdoor walk and got higher and higher realizations as i got closer to the ocean nearby...I about touched "creation" in that happening.
We each are able to, right here on earth, make our very own 'forever' decisions of what we would like to embrace and become and work it and live it...for it is to be 'forever'! Hmmmmmm!!!
That's how full of wonder and enchantment this transition we are experiencing is : )
What do YOU want to BE and DO Forever? : )

I want to be nothing more than I already am: a child delighting in the voyage. Happy to be in the Tree of Life, again. The lifetimes never stop. Time never stops. Energy never stops. The learning never stops, and therefore, Evolution never stops.
Why take the first step at all if you don't KNOW that the steps will go on indefinitely? I wouldn't go for that.
Also while here I could focus, for it is here that the most beautiful songs I have ever heard were formed. The most beautiful buildings ever built required focus. People always say "In my next lifetime" with the surety that they will in fact get to be something different next time. I'd like to do hand drawn art and animation in my next lifetime.
I'd also really like to clean up my home at this moment, in this lifetime, while I am engineering class this time. I'm not proud of it right now, I'm embarrassed. I could have done so much better, we all could have, had someone simply told us while we were children: "welcome home!" and "you are back again, and, you will be returning."
A sense of self; a sense of permanence.
You know all "those people" back in the 800's?
Yeah, that was us.
All those people in the 1400's???
Dito.
You're the only person who has ever accepted the role of you each and every time. It's always you being you, a role created and uniquely for: you.
So, I'd like to see what is real become so.
We are the ones here, obviously, with the most amount of Evolution under our belt. No one would defecate in their own bed, this we know, it's just because of these beliefs in starts and stops and what-not that they don't see it as defecating in their own bed.
We truly have evolved to be the biological leaders here, displayed by the fact that every other species I've ever encountered here, insects birds and fish alike, have displayed affinity towards me.
We could be having a lot more fun here than we are presently, so, I'm working on that for a while now ...

Just another thought too ... if we set up "permanence" through bloodline, we really have no idea who will be inhabiting which Pineal Gland at any future moment in this process. That part of it is controlled by other perfunctory biology, which, in and of itself are also life forms on their own evolutionary path; with a different start date; so, biology has no control in the womb as to "who", and is only concerned with the what, the preparation of Pineal Gland activation.
In other words, my cheek cells have no idea who David is, even though he is the one putting the food and water into the mouth, and after watching, oh, I don't know, George Bush speak, it occurred to me that one day one of those cheek cells are going to be, by birthright only, the president! hahahahahahaha

... Evolution just formed a new saying, all by itself:
"Who let the cheek cells into the White House?!?!"

Anyway, back to the seriousness of the sciences ... look around people! The evidence of permanence is everywhere and all around us. This is our galaxy, the Milky Way, and likely the only galaxy we will ever know. The space between all the different stars here, each with their own trail of planets following them, is formidable to say the least. The next closest sun to ours from where we are right now, which, as one of the newest born stars (we really are babies in our own galaxy) our sun popped out of a nebula (where all stars are born) relatively recently in the life of this galaxy, and is currently ripping around the outer edge of our galaxy at a neck break speed of around 8 million miles per hour, which takes us right now 250 million years to make one revolution, so from here the next closest star to us now is 4 years at the speed of light. With the fastest vehicle we can envision, that would still take us 1200 years to get there, and have the vessel remain intact, but again, we are babies here now and in the outer edge of a galaxy that has all the room in the universe to grow into.
If we think the distance between stars here in our galaxy is far, the distance between galaxies themselves is un-fathomable by comparison, so, entire galaxies themselves have and will always have room to grow. Our ability to see further and further away from where we are is still improving over time.
We have seen many other planets in our galaxy now too. Some of those, closer to the middle of the galaxy and that are the same colours as our Earth, are the size of our sun today! It's true, there are other Earth like planets that are as big as our sun. And their sun? Well, their sun is as big to them as ours is to us. Everything here, including suns and their planets and the galaxies they are in, is growing.
And do you see the big cluster in the middle of our galaxy? In time, we will be there too. It is there where everything is much closer together that something such as the united federation of planets, could both exist and thrive, and that doesn't even matter, really, the truth is we will, in time, be there too.

...just a note, Earthlink...
my 'forever' theme is meant as us/spirit choosing to step into a full-time personal 'modus operandi' of a higher helping 'hands on' and on and on : ) Just to clarify a bit more.
And Thank You for this Avatar awareness thread and also Thanks to All that have posted!
