I'm still watching a new video I just found on HAARP, but wanted to share it. Apparently, the new (?) U.S. secretary of defense exposes weather weapons at some point in it.

The weather in my neck of the woods is extremely strange right now and has been for the last few months. This is in addition to the generally weird weather we've been having for years. The forecast calls for 5 days of cloudy skies and rain. That's almost unheard of in the Southwest desert, where it's sunny almost every day. This is after 3-4 days of the same weather last week. Of course, we need the rain; I just wonder what's coming down with it.

I've heard rumors that the "good guys" have control of some of the weather technology. I hope that's true.

This is no longer rumor...there is no question that the capability and practice exists today. Unfortunately, the MSM won't mention it and scientists will lose their grants/research funding/speaking fees if they speak up about it...

Thank you for sharing the video...though I haven't watched it yet, there is a lot of source material on Weather Manipulation (Polar Vortex, anyone?), Geoengineering, HAARP, Chemtrails, etc., right here on Avalon that may help you to make some sense of the practice and the psychopaths behind it. The search engine is an excellent resource for finding information (and it saves one from duplicating efforts, too).

Good video. Gives a fair account of the technology, its history, and its future, as well as the possible uses and side effects of that use.
