Very suspicious activity going into the middle of the north sea then returning on the same path over a built up area, if there is a mechanical problem why not divert to Newcastle airport

On 6 June 2011, NATO and Russia participated in their first ever joint fighter jet exercise, dubbed "Vigilant Skies 2011". Since the Cold War, this is only the second joint military venture between the alliance and Russia, with the first being a joint submarine exercise which begun on 30 May 2011.[32]
In April 2012 there were some protests in Russia over their country's involvement with NATO, mostly made up of Ultranationalist and Pro Leftist groups.[33]
Reuters reported in February 2014 that Russia and NATO were drawing up plans to jointly guard the MV Cape Ray as it is used to dismantle Syrian chemical weapons.[34]
In the beginning of March 2014, tensions began flaring between NATO and Russia as Russian troops moved into Crimea to annex the territory that they claim is historically Russian. NATO condemned Russia's actions as a violation of Ukraine's sovereignty.[35] Co-operation with Russia was suspended on 1 April 2014.[36]

Air Bright (RBI, Plovdiv) has taken delivery of its first An-26, LZ-ABR (c/n 47313905). The Bulgarian cargo operator was founded in 2006 by ex-Bright Aviation Services (BRW, Sofia) management and is a specialized air-cargo broker, providing different types of cargo capacity to its customers in the Bulgarian and International market. In 2010 the company was granted a Military Production and Weapons brokerage licence thereby allowing it to work with military contractors.
looks odd to me too,
did this thing land somewhere out there?
not capable of landing on a carrier is it? for a pickup or dropoff of military cargo

Well what got my attention is that it flew over my friends house on the night in question and boy was it noisy and it was 26.000 ft up . It was 2.000ft up kind of noisy. so it was either heavy or carrying weather mod apparatus on its pylons so increasing drag / load
I also noticed another flight with the same carrier and same equipment coming in from Belgium that was doing very strange turn around in the same location in the origin of the other flight.
Good find to discover It was licenced to work with military contractors, heaven knows whats going on, unless there dropping things in the north sea for collection, any more ideas
