David Icke update on settlement......The Warman case is over - here is the background

This case has been going on for 13 years , David explains the circumstances and
reasons for him settling out of court on the eve of this long delayed court action.
As he says the end result is a victory , for himself and his family as there was no
guarantee he would of won and both sides would of appealed if the verdict did not
go their way, and in the Canadian court system it is not one of the most open
systems at present in Davids and others opinion.He was willing to go on with it ,
but was offered a deal by Warmans legal team that made it more practical to settle
without any admission of liability in the settlement document, and this also keeps
his work viable , because if David had lost , it may have mean't the end of his work
as he has been presenting it. Although David did not give a figure , Richard Warman
said on his web page link below it was £ 50, 000 , which is a large figure but not
crippling as David has just won a different case and the financial award in that case
was a substantial amount to put toward this settlement. David explains it in more
detail below , and I am happy for him to get this weight off his shoulders so he can
carry on with his work....

Listen to the video cast it was a big gamble to go to court , which he would of done
in a foreign environment which is certainly a very stress full experience even for
someone with Davids knowledge and intelligence on these subjects.

I was on jury service at Taunton crown court for two weeks from 2nd feb 2015 and
it is not a pleasant place to be for a defendant.It was an eye opener and I am glad
of the experience , I sat as juror on four cases and it was humbling knowing
peoples fates were in your collective hands, The judge was very good in his
directions and the advaserial nature of the prosecution and defence was intriguing
close up when you had to concentrate on the arguments put infront of us.

I have got a new admiration of the jury system as it is fair without bias and an old
trusted system that still works. It may not give the right verdict all the time and has
been abused in the past but it is worth preserving imo even though financial
pressures are trying to limit it.

There is also a lot of legal arguments and procedures so it could be abused if
they were corrupt and in the know , but I did not witness it in the cases we
dealt with , but they were not high profile .

I've listened to what David had to say and I'm pleased he's managed to come out of this 13 year ordeal relatively intact. Yes - 13 years, can you imagine the stress he must have been under ?

I understand that some people may be upset that he's not fought Warman tooth and nail, but like he says, he had to take a pragmatic approach, and the result is that hiw work is safe.

How can you have any say in the things which you do not own? How can the trustee of a trust go against the beneficial interest of the trust? How can an estate escape probate when it has been abandoned?

Since all of us are dead, have abandoned our estates, and are bankrupt, someone has to manage the estate, and so the state has graciously stepped in to fulfill that role. How sweet of them :)

in the public domain for over a month. Long enough for us to know
that it subverts basic principles of constitutional law, assaults rights
of free speech and free assembly, and is viciously anti-democratic.

An unprecedented torrent of criticism has been directed against this
bill as the government rushes it through Parliament. This has included
stern or at least sceptical editorials in all the major newspapers; an
open letter, signed by four former Prime Ministers and five former
Supreme Court judges, denouncing the bill for exposing Canadians
to major violations of their rights; and another letter, signed by a
hundred Canadian law professors, explaining the dangers it poses
to justice and legality.

As its critics have shown, the bill isn’t really about terrorism: it’s
about smearing other activities by association—and then suppressing
them in ways that would formerly have been flagrantly illegal. ‘

‘The Israeli Zionist ministry of propaganda has successfully blurred
the distinction between anti-Zionism and anti-Semitism. With clever
adeptness and manipulation they have succeeded in spreading a form
of domestic terror to Europe and the United States. This form of
terrorism as defined by the Thesaurus is “the calculated use of violence
or threat of violence to civilians in order to attain goals that are religious
or political or ideological in nature; this is done through intimidation,
coercion or instilling fear.” Use of the Holocaust as propaganda invites
fear and hysteria.

Netanyahu drew thunderous applause that followed the words loudly
proclaimed as if he owned them: “Never Again.” I felt sick as he spoke
of the deadly rise of anti-Semitism, a hatred of Jews bound together
with the destruction of Israel. “Never Again,” a powerful and highly
charged statement, was used here to create a lie in the suppression
of the crimes of Israeli Zionism, covered up and justified as a means
to “defend itself.”

What? To defend itself from a repeat of Hitler’s program to rid Europe
of all Jews? Is that the vision of a Jewish State only, a place of safety
for all Jews to be protected from a hostile world, with walls, and born
from the blood of apartheid and ethnic cleansing? Is this not insanity
to pursue an agenda with complete disregard to human values except for Jews?’

Now as Europe and the United States struggle to wake up, to question
the blind support of Zionist Israel, those who speak out and say “No,”
continue to be vilified. Israel’s shouts of anti-Semite are attempts to
drown dissent. Can one really believe there still exists the possibility
of another incarnation of the Nazi Holocaust? Is this not designed for
empathy and support from those who still fantasize the lost dream of

emotional responses, particularly in Jews and Germans, upon hearing
reference to the ashes of the Holocaust as a justification for Israel to
“defend itself. ” “Never again” would refer to a justification to commit
atrocities against Palestinians for the past 70 years. It must stop. As
the memory of the Holocaust is ignited, cries of “anti-semite” grow and
create fear. Useful for the purpose of taking the focus off internal brutal
assaults, land stealing, apartheid and ethnic cleansing, it is a distortion
in my view and obscures the genesis of a new rise of anti-Semitism in
the last decade. True anti-Semites hate Jews. Rising up against Israel
is about standing against an ideological, nationalistic and racist government.
I feel particularly as Jews we have a responsibility to remain vigilant and
to speak out against victimization. The pursuit of a just society is a
fundamental concept of Judaism, which teaches involvement and concern
with the plight of our fellow human beings. Every life is sacred and we are
obligated to do what we can to help others. The Torah states, “neither
shalt thou stand idly by the blood of thy neighbor.“ (Lev. 19:16) There
is nothing anti-Semitic about speaking out against the suffering perpetrated
on the lives of Palestinians. The distinction between Zionism and Judaism
remains in constant need of clarification and discussion. Fanatics closed to
discussion believe in their moral superiority and create political terror so as
to silence and deny. The charge of “delegitimizing Israel “ requires one to
question what the Israeli government is hiding and whether Israel has not
delegitimized itself through decades of illegal human rights abuses. I believe
these abuses have contributed profoundly to the rise of true anti-Semitism in

‘Freedom in jeopardy’: Thousands rally across Canada against new anti-terror law

‘Thousands of demonstrators have united across Canada to take action against
proposed anti-terrorism legislation known as Bill C-51, which would expand the
powers of police and the nation’s spy agency, especially when it comes to
detaining terror suspects.

Organizers of the ‘Day of Action’ said that “over 70 communities” across Canada
were planning to participate on Saturday, according to StopC51.ca.

The biggest gatherings were reported in Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa

Canada and its intelligence services in the recruitment of ISIS mercenaries.

According to a detailed report in the Ottawa Citizen entitled “Reports link Islamic State recruiter
to Canadian Embassy in Jordan” Canada’s embassy in Amman, was allegedly involved in the

They will push the bill through and enact it and then activate all the mechanisms they've built to utilize the system that will be legalized.

A madman does not need more than a few seconds of access in order to remove life from your body.

Getting to your door and getting the foot in it, is the tail end of a planned long term situation.

Having the bill enacted is a serious problem as by then it will be too late.

Any effort to challenge it in the Canadian supreme court will be slowed down by likely years to a decade.

By then ......it will be 9.75 years to late, as nothing will be left by that time. The idea of a supreme court challenge is immaterial in a wasteland of destruction where a supreme court no longer exists.

The bill is only a key to a door, with a full preparation and enactment waiting behind it's facade.

Just like the few seconds of the madman at the door.

this is the game that was played out with the 9/11 scenario. They pulled a pre-planned 1000 page tomb called the 'patriot act', out of a drawer, dusted it off, and threw it into congress.

That patriot act, took years of work to build and put together. One thousand pages of complex and specifically targeted and carefully built and phrased legalese.

Yet, it appeared, on the scene, just after 9/11, in a matter of what, three weeks.... and then was pushed through congress in a matter of largely .....minutes.

The patriot act was only a masthead, a figurehead for a deeply built pre-exsiting system that was built and ready to go, in it's fundamentals, and then extrapolated and built into a giant machine in the post patriot act scenario.

So when you are looking at this bill c-51 scenario, remember the lessons of how these things actually work.

After the foot of the bill is in the door,and it is enacted, the door is pushed open, the machine that was pre-built rolls through and takes out everything, and no supreme court, will of the people, or capacity to organize, will exist after the fact, to have a chance of fixing it. a wasteland will be the result, so no plans of fixing it are likely to be viable, at all.

Is Canada Turning into a Police State?

‘Back in 2006, the newly elected Prime Minister of Canada, right-wing Conservative
Stephen Harper warned that “You won’t recognize Canada when I’m through with
it.” After nine grueling years, that’s already true in many ways.

But now, Harper is going even further in his re-make of the country. Under new
and pending legislation, Canada is moving rapidly towards the creation of a police
state, with major curtailments of civil liberties. In recent weeks, the Harper
Conservatives have introduced and/or passed several pieces of legislation that run
roughshod over Canadians’ Charter of Rights and Freedoms and Constitutional
rights, giving draconian powers to the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS).’

There’s Bill C-13, the highly unpopular online spying legislation, which received
Royal Assent on Dec. 9, 2014. The Bill allows warrantless internet surveillance
through the collection by CSIS of Canadians’ everyday internet use. The Bill
contains broad new police powers, including several new warrants for surveillance,
tracking and gathering of bank information. Bill C-13 has been vehemently opposed
by more than 60 Canadian organizations. OpenMedia’s David Christopher says
that “important parts of this legislation have already been ruled unconstitutional by
the Supreme Court.”

There’s Bill C-44, which expands the surveillance powers of CSIS globally, while
granting anonymity protection to CSIS informants and allowing for new conditions
under which Canadian citizenship can be revoked. This bill passed third reading on
February 2 and is now with the Senate. The Canadian Civil Liberties Association
(CCLA) has called this bill “highly problematic.”

There’s Bill C-639, introduced on Dec. 3, which impinges on the Constitutional right
of assembly and would criminalize people exercising their democratic right to public
protest. And there’s Bill C-51, the Anti-Terrorism Act 2015, introduced on Jan. 30,
containing draconian measures that verge on the creation of a police state. These
two bills are the focus in this article because they both refer to protection of “critical
infrastructure.”
