Everybody's eyes are very clear and bright, why?

This is my first post, so I hope it is in the right place. I want to describe a phenomenon I've been experiencing, and see if anybody can offer some information as to why I am experiencing this.

Recently people's eyes have become very, very clear. The colors are so bright, and sometimes they seem glassy. It's almost distracting. This is with almost everyone I come into contact with. Especially little kids, they have the clearest eyes. I'm getting almost self conscious about it sometimes, like when having a face to face conversation. Do they see it in my eyes too? Is this a spiritual thing? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I love goshtrider´s post... he is totally right. I like to add the "oness" thing. Now we all tend to feel more that we are one, so we look more into another´s eyes. In that way we experience that brightness in others eyes as a reflection of ours. Wellcome SGFlanker6

Spot on. That's why little children are known to be in the purest state. Their eyes are bright and body free of social conditioning or ego. The deeper one goes, the simpler one becomes.

This is really interesting for me that you've posted this today SGFlanker6. I could say almost the same - recently I've been noticing people eyes seem clearer and sharper, and sometimes seem to shine, more than usual. I talked briefly face to face with my sister today, and I said 'you're looking really good today and you seem really positive'. I think what I really wanted to say, but didn't, was "your eyes seem shiny and focused today and your smile seems more genuine and radiant than usual!".

Tonight I was at a singing group that I've been going to for about 8 months, but I haven't been for nearly 3 months. I felt like I had hardly noticed people's eyes before, and I would say most of the 8 people's there seemed glowing and vivid. One lady's in particular were so bright, that when she smiled, I almost felt like turning away. They were amazing!

I pretty much agree with what's been said so far, about the eyes being a very good indicator of how in touch a person is with themselves and our energetic reality, and perhaps also how healthy and physically fit they are. When I first saw your post, I was immediately wondering if what you described could be a feature of more people waking up to themselves. Then, having thought about it I was struck with different possibility (both could be at play of course). I think I've noticed this before, but hadn't really thought it through: that the shinier your eyes become, the more you see it in others. It seems a bit obvious now, but I've never thought that through before now!

You can tell a lot about a person by looking at their face. If someone frowns a lot their mouth will develop those muscles more and so they will start to show them even when they're relaxed. Muscles around the eyes and other parts of the face can "set" expressions like that over time too I think.

That is where my thought was ... if I am vibrationally aligned with my higher self, my senses become heightened - beyond explainable sometimes. I perceive things normally not perceived; most often in the form of increased visual and auditory clarity, but as well a broader range of hues and intensities on some things - mostly life - the more intricate the "object" the more intensity and detail. Just another view for what you may be experiencing. ;)

Yes, I too have noticed this in people I meet and wondered why! I have been working with myself a lot the last couple of years but never connected it with this. People´s eyes seem more bright and clear and I have many times wanted to ask them what they had done, never thinking of a spiritual connection.

But - now when you all mention is, it seems natural! Does anyone remember when you first thought about it? I perhaps noticed the first time about a year ago.

Aurvandill, it started for me when I was in a state hospital last year due to a psychotic break. It was like that for a while after I got out, but it slowly went away. However, I've gotten it back after spending a lot of time on spiritual work. I've also been connecting with complete strangers within minutes of meeting them, where it's like we've known each other, well, for a long time. I'm not exactly sure what this means, other than myself and the other person are both "awakened".

Another sign of awakening is that people who are usually considered to be rude will interact in a very nice way to you. People reflect back your own thoughts. At some point, one stops the thought process and one loses interest in interaction as nothing is reflected back. Spiritual isolation is another issue. Anyway, enjoy your ride.
