It's now definitely known that Putin deliberately killed so many people in Crimea just to appease his 'whim'. And also, it has been reported on the BBC that Putin did point nuclear missiles at the rest of Europe if anyone got in his way. What a horrible man Putin is!

That is not definitely known ... and the BBC is not a trusted source on such matters, at least not around these parts.

Reuters (also not to be trusted, but I'm guessing they are ok in this report) has just reported: Russia's Putin reappears after 10 day absence, laughs off 'gossip' (http://www.reuters.com/article/2015/03/16/us-russia-crisis-putin-idUSKBN0MC10920150316):

(Reuters) - Russian President Vladimir Putin reappeared on Monday after 10 unexplained days out of public view, laughing off the "gossip" over his health that had erupted during his absence.

The 62-year-old leader met the president of Kyrgystan at a lavish Tsarist-era palace outside St Petersburg in his first appearance since Feb. 5. His unexplained absence had fueled rumors he was ill, had been overthrown by the army or had even flown abroad to attend the birth of a love child.

"It would be boring without gossip," Putin said, smiling easily before television cameras and looking relaxed, if pale, in a dark suit and tie.

His spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, mocked the press for its interest, referring sarcastically to the various rumors: "So you've seen the broken, paralyzed president, who has been captured by generals? He's only just flown in from Switzerland, where he attended a birth as you know."

Well, it seems that all the regimes order killings, re: US in many countries as well whose missiles are permanently pointed to Moscow from its European bases since the late 40's!!! Wake up Hod8

However, I have not heard other sources saying that Putin did such a thing.

Russia's Vladimir Putin dismisses 'gossip' over absence

There is still no explanation for President Putin's 10-day absence

Russian President Vladimir Putin has laughed off speculation about his health after
making his first appearance in public since 5 March.Life "would be boring without
gossip", he told Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev at talks in St Petersburg.

The 62-year-old appeared relaxed and smiled before the television cameras.

His disappearance from public view had sparked rumours that he might have fallen
ill, died, been removed in a coup, or once again become a father.

Earlier on Monday, Mr Putin ordered the Russian navy's Northern Fleet on to a state
of full combat readiness in the Arctic.

It came as more than 45,000 troops, as well as warplanes and submarines, started
major military exercises across northern Russia.

A brief video of Mr Putin's meeting with his Kyrgyz counterpart at the Constantine
Palace in Russia's second city was broadcast by state television without sound.

There was no obvious sign that Mr Putin had been or still was suffering from any
medical condition, says the BBC's Richard Galpin in Moscow.

Asked by reporters about the speculation on his health, the Russian leader
replied: "It would be boring without gossip."

It's interesting to note how Secretary of State John F Kerry's rhetoric against Assad in Syria has diminished. He's now saying the U.S. has to negotiate with Assad. This just happened in the last week or so. I wonder if there was a backroom chat with Putin?

Herman Munster, John Kerry's identical twin brother, has substantially quite more brain cell matter upstairs than J Kerry will ever have, that F..g moron. And yes the resemblance is quite startling. I think Herman munched on all of the placenta in Mrs Kerry's womb during the pregnancy thus causing the brain damage to poor John. Enclosed are a couple of good shots of the twin boys which were provided by the Ass-ociated press.

Putin is a character who strongly divides opinnions. Some say he is evil, others claim him to be savior of somekind. My opinnion is that he is pretty much like every other head of state - a puppet. The real rulers stay in shadows and most likely top bosses are not inhabiting this plane but are from 4th or 5th negative dimension. I have nothing to back up my thoughts but my intuition and few memories from past lives.
