I was in the Army back in 64, (62-65) summer time, "1964", I went to the Mojave Desert of California, TDY (temporary duty) with the 82nd Airborne Division to play WAR Games with them. I was in an Engineer Battalion and the 82nd called us to run their lights for them in the Desert. I got the job. (Was in charge of a detail of 15 men along with 3 generators, a 21/2 ton truck and various support equipment for the generators and run around for ncessary support supplies. [Beer, Pop, Potato Chips, Bread, Lunch Meat... you know, necessary supplies!]) All of the locals were alarmed at us being there at first... and we didn't help matters, cuz we told them: "Haven't you heard??? We're goin to War?" chuckle chuckle.

Our Military goes somewhere every summer to play War Games... ain't no biggy.

Military training, you are kidding me. The US military have been storm trooping in every corner of the globe, slaughtering innocents for the Bankers dollar and now they want to do training across five states, California, Ohio, Texas, New mexico and another, whatever, and the American people are proud of it. What military training are they lacking, lets consider that. Well they have hit on every single weaker country listed at the United Nations because of "dictators" whom they put into power, (Economic Hitmen) and then they go for the slaughter. (pentagon). The only country other than the strong ones they haven't hit is the USA itself.

I am quite aware of military training being necessary, for all national security organisations, though the scale of this mobilisation both in breadth and location makes me believe this is prepardness for homeland slaughter.

Here in the UK, during an innocent conversation, a funny anecdotal comment made to me regarding the British Military and its future scope apparently has them rapturous about forth coming events, there was no further elaboration other thhan the British Military are soon to be travelling overseas en masse or something like that. Extrapolating this, with London buying water cannon to quell rioting, without British Military in support means the Ministry of Defence will be contracting oversea mercenaries. Of course this is speculation on my part, though it fits well with historical evidences of nation destruction.

So returning to that "exercise" listed in the OP - I suggest every American should be extremely concerned as this looks like the hammer is gonna fall sometime VERY soon, in fact it could be considered as coincident with the overall plan, as the major military hardware is already on location.

To all those military that choose to scorn me, save it, ain't interested - whatever pride you have in the services looks like its gonna be kicking your arses soon, so please don't bitch at me - you need to do the rally thing that you're supposed to be good at. Those guys are trained to obey orders, you may just be in line of sight of those orders, whatever your pedigree.

Well, how else do they improve themselves if they don't train? There's probably a bigger need for it since most of the world is pissed off at the US govt. Geez, I hope they realize that our govt is abusing us, Americans as much as everyone else....

What's even more interesting are the facts that it entails all of the Southwest United States covering the entire Mexican border, and they're sending in Special Forces/Special Operations and Expeditionary Forces personnel trained in Unconventional Warfare from almost every branch of the military.

I've also participated in many joint exercises but never have I heard of anything like this, and it's left me wondering if the military hasn't taken-up using movie scripts for their scenarios (Red Dawn)!

Also after reading the announcement I came away with a feeling that it may be more of a 'Preparatory Conditioning' of the civilian population:

- Operating in and around communities where anything out the ordinary will be spotted and reported (Locals are the first to notice something out of place).
- The opportunity to work with civilians to gain their trust and and understanding of the issues
But preparatory for what?

I would not be surprised at all to hear sometime down the road that they're also bringing UN troops in to participate.

Army SpecOps Command Pushes Back Against Alarmist Claims on Exercise

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Army Special Operations Command is pushing back against alarmist claims that an upcoming U.S. military exercise is a preparation for imposing martial law or subduing right-leaning groups and individuals.

Conspiracy theories about the exercise, known as JADE HELM 15, appeared online this week. Some commentators railing against the event referred to an online slide show allegedly created by USASOC, which outlined a special operations exercise slated to take place across multiple states, outside the confines of U.S. military bases. In the slide show, a map of the southwest region of the United States labels Texas and other territory as "hostile" or "insurgent pocket." The document also refers to coordination with law enforcement agencies.

Officials at USASOCM were not able to immediately verify the authenticity of the slide show because their computer firewalls prevented them from accessing the websites where the document appeared.

Army Lt. Col. Mark Lastoria, a USASOC spokesman, confirmed that there is an upcoming exercise called Jade Helm 15 which is scheduled to take place this summer at locations in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, California and Nevada. But he denied the event is preparation for some sort of military takeover.

"That notion was proposed by a few individuals who are unfamiliar with how and why USASOC conducts training exercises," he said in an email. "This exercise is routine training to maintain a high level of readiness for Army Special Operations Forces because they must be ready to support potential missions anywhere in the world on a moment’s notice."

He said the only thing unique about this particular exercise, which is slated to take place between July 15 and Sept. 15, is "the use of new challenging terrain" which was chosen because it is similar to conditions special operations forces operate in overseas.

Lastoria said coordination with local law enforcement is necessary for safety reasons because some of the training will take place outside of military bases where civilian agencies have jurisdiction.

He said his office has been receiving a lot of calls from people who heard about the exercise and are concerned about "the nature of the training objectives."

Lots of people are concerned about "Jade Helm". I have to admit so am I.
I came across this video that made sense IF what he's saying is true. I believe the part about most military people being good who care about the country. Met many of them.

His words are something to think about besides the gloom and doom of what may or may not be coming soon.

With talk of Jade Helm blowing up across the Internet and the US military pushing back against what they call "conspiracy theorists," the statements below by Roy Potter, a former a 28 year veteran of the U.S. Army, ranked Lt. Colonel, who served in in various Military Police and Military Intelligence positions across the world, are a must hear as he tells listeners they had better "wake up quickly."

Potter highlights the Jade Helm training exercises scheduled to take place in multiple states, specifically listing two of those states as "hostile,"and he points out this operation is "unprecedented and dangerous," detailing the critical difference between a training exercise geared for civil disobedience and and exercise listing "unconventional warfare," to "take over those states militarily," which is what Jade Helm is listed as.

NOTE- Two of the states listed as "hostile" in the Jade Helm operation are Texas and Utah, both, according to this report from December 2014, are listed as two of the top seven states with the most "gun friendly regulations."

Potter states that "when your government starts to consider you a threat, one of two things have happened..... either you have gone astray, or they have gone astray." Potter continues on to say that he can "guarantee that anybody who stands up with the constitution, with the idea of individual liberty, should not be the enemy of this government unless the government has gone bad."

Potters statements are a prelude to his introducing a series of videos titled "Jade Helm and the Synagogue of Satan," parts one through three, all of which will be shown below his introduction, in order.

Many questions surround Jade Helm 15 such as, why would Texas be listed as 'hostile'? He further opines that, “the human is absent in our current doctrine, period. We don’t talk about it.” And questions, “do we have a gap in our strategic thinking?”

Comments like these from LTG Walker are welcoming for rethinking Army capabilities and is often a catalyst for change. General Robert W. Cone, the Commanding General of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command commented, “The central figure of the last 10 years of war is the importance of the human domain. We paid to learn the language, culture, tribes and fidelity in terms of network targeting… we must put in place structural imperatives so that we learn those lessons and add them to our doctrine.”

After a brief 2 minute 40 second introduction which includes words of warning and wisdom from former US President Ronald Reagan, the meat of this video begins and shifts to the recorded news conference about Jade Helm 15 beginning at the 12 minute mark that continues for the next 15 minutes. This includes news of Jade Helm 15 drills in Florida and Mississippi as well as news on 'surgical strikes and extractions'. While there is a slight echo heard during the news conference portion in this video, you can hear the entire press conference here without that minor distraction. The spin itself is a distraction. So in that sense I believe the perspective of the OP's video is correct. The military is not training to "invade" Texas or "takeover" Utah, or even impose marital law (that's the straw man interpretation). He is telling us the truth, as he understands it, and in a sense is describing a straw man. However, he is processing the dynamic through his unique paradigm of understanding the difference between "us" and "them", between the "good guys" and the "bad guys", etc. He presumes to have a grasp of a much more elusive demarcation. In reality the line between these groups will become much more nebulous and cloudy and increasingly more confusing to discern as the country continues its slide into totalitarianism. Jade Helm is not about a military invasion of the United States; it's not even about training for imminent martial law. To employ his own words, it's about "kicking down doors and shooting bad guys in the face..."

The question is, who are the bad guys? In his paradigm, it is the Chinese militia who have invaded the country and are hiding in the woods, or factions of warlords in the mountains of Afghanistan, or religious fanatics who oppose the United States of America. But in reality, the bad guys are really all of the same ilk, regardless of skin color, religious inclination, or cultural background; they are those who so happen to organize against and resist the official policies of the United States of America. And as those policies continue its mobilization of the institutions of force against the people themselves, "bad guys" can and will be rendered from anyone, not just from Chinamen in the woods or freedom fighters in the mountains.

I don't believe the military would ever "attack" or "invade" Texas or Utah (too radical, not necessary, and not the most effective way to manufacture public consent) but they will surely engage small groups of active dissents in these territories after the official government crosses some hypothetical line by which some of its citizens organize and take up arms against their government. Quelling an event like the Bundy Ranch showdown, for example, or diffusing an event perhaps tenfold its size and scope serves as an example of what Jade Helm is about. There are plausible scenarios where an organized movement would require an unconventional warfare response. Given the current trajectory of the political landscape in the United States, this eventuality is inevitable, whether it happens later this year or ten years from now. And the military has to train for it. And that is what Jade Helm is about. In other words, it's not about an "invasion" of Texas or Utah, it's about dealing with the blowback of some government policy that finally crosses the line, e.g. forced inoculations after a hyped or contrived outbreak, capital controls after a epic banking crisis, confiscation of bank accounts or private property after a currency collapse, etc. It doesn't matter what Rubicon the government so happens to cross. Everybody has a line in the sand, and it would seem the United States government is encroaching upon the lines of many with whom they may need to deal in the States of Texas and Utah. The majority of the people, however--even in Texas and Utah--will go along with whatever government propaganda accompanies these measures, so the bad guys could easily be anyone who doesn't stand in line. They need not be Chinese or Muslim; the present sophistication of psychological warfare and seamless manipulation of public opinion can easily covert anybody, including your mild-mannered and puppy-loving neighbor, into the OPs bad-guy paradigm, i.e., he who needs his door kicked down and his face shot off.

Move along. Nothing to see here. The institutions of force are merely going about their business...

According to the last Ben Fulford article, this is an extension of the Pentagon's clean-up efforts.

When Langley was put on lock-down a few weeks back it was said that the Pentagon had raided the CIA headquarters in an attempt to shut down some CIA involvement (hiring mercenary armies and sending weapons) in Ukraine, Syria, etc. etc. Apparently the Pentagon, as the theoretical head of all branches of US military, has seen the writing on the wall, so to speak, and rather than face any number of horrible scenarios at home, they have decided to join the BRICS effort to remove the old cabal from power. This is also translating into proxy wars between CIA and Mossad-sponsored factions in the Middle East and the Pentagon, which is why you see things like civil war in Yemen, CIA leaving Yemen but US army staying behind, Saudi Arabia then invading Yemen, Iran's military actually helping the US to fight ISIS, etc.
