According to word circulating around the Kremlin this morning, Sorcha Faal = Sorta False. As others here have pointed out, "Sorcha" is CIA disinfo.

From jimstonefreelance.com:

Hi Jim,

FYI:

The server that "Sorcha Faal" is using is located at: 12001 Sunrise Valley Drive Suite 350, Reston. VA. The location of the CIA is at: 12020 Sunset Hills Rd, Reston, VA 20190

These two locations are very close together. I have concluded that "Sorcha Faal" is most likely a CIA dis-information site. If you search on "Sorcha Faal", you'll find that there are those who agree with this conclusion. I don't believe that it can be relied on at all.

Best Regards,
Frank

My response:
HA HA HA! FRONT PAGE!

Thanks!

what better way to pass info worldwide instantly to their agents of what is going on?

they get a text of a website upgrade and pull it up no matter where they are...

put it on a site with a few weird quirks in every article to feed the debunkers...

I actually think it is brilliant...

imagine if you received a text message hours before meeting a Russian agent, and pop to Sorcha and see a report from the Kremlin today is Putin is gathering American Ghosts to keep U.S. from attacking with Nukes...

would you go to the meeting?

the site is pure bunk, or is it...

what if the first line shows what part of the message to toss, depending on the agency...

a nugget to ponder...

just my 2 cents... ;-)

of course I've had a chance to look into Sorcha... literally...

they're special pennies...

Anyone ever read (or begrudgingly I'll also accept 'seen the movie') "Mother Night" by Kurt Vonnegut?

Sometimes, the otherwise 'garbage' headline, or perhaps even the story IS the code/message.

I agree with the above two posters that this "Sorcha Faal" stuff may be more than either just disinfo or garbage.

It's easy to look at something for 2 seconds, see a bunch of blatantly wrong information, call it garbage and walk away shaking your head. Spend a couple of minutes looking at it and thinking over it more carefully and you might come to a slightly more complex conclusion. And those are my two cents to add to the ones above.

I posted a thread about the Sorcha Faal stuff in the disinfo forum for anyone interested in more detailed information.

Hello All,

I am a new member here and want to make sure truth is being propagated here. I live and worked in this area (Reston VA) for many years and currently do reside here. I can say for a certain that the address the OP has listed as the residence of the CIA most likely accurate, as I have knowledge of the building having worked at a building right next to it. However the address the OP has listed for the server that Sorchal Fal is using is the address for Comcast, the local cable provider. I know this for a fact because I have visited that building to get and return equipment I have leased from Comcast over the years I was their customer.

Funny story about that CIA building. I was working for Serco in a building right next door. We were having a long meeting with some clients and had ordered some lunch to be delivered to us. The lunch was very late ...we were all getting very hungry...I happened to look out the window and down below I saw a lunch delivery person being handcuffed on the ground inside the entrance to the CIA building parking area...and I rightly guessed that was where our lunch was...he had made the wrong turn and apparently did not stop for the guards...it turned out that he did not speak English very well and did not follow the directions of the security people at the gate.....Our lunch was free that day...lol

I have a feeling that with all the journalists that the CIA already has working in MSM, and has had since the 50's and 60's, and all their funding in general (both on and off the books), they could afford to run Sorcha Faal out of some place a little farther than an official building. Tracing back to that Comcast place just means that that's probably the ISP for the Sorcha Faal server, which would indicate it's being hosted nearby.

If this was a serious disinfo effort I'm sure it would have occurred to the propaganda professionals at the CIA to run it out of somewhere else. I can open up my own site for a little of nothing and run it out of another country if I wanted, and proxies are bread and butter for intelligence agencies.

You must be CIA as well then.

Just kidding. At least I think so ;)

Welcome to the forum anyway!

Hehe.. you might be right to wonder that given my location and background...Having worked in the intelligence arena while in the Air Force does give me an somewhat informed perspective in certain areas....but I assure you I ain't no spook. :) I am retired Air Force, retired govt contractor... I have done some very interesting things during my career, and have been lucky to be in locations or in situations when major history is being made...For example, being stationed in Berlin Ge when the wall came down...

BTW I am no big fan of Sorcha Fal, the little bit of research I have done (via internet searches) has them on my "suspect" list when considering truthful organizations.

Thanks for the welcome!!

Well actually, the giveaway in your story is that.. there is no such thing as a free lunch :)

Yes I must agree with you... It would not make sense for the CIA to run an OP so close to home....It is interesting that Sorchal Fal has a server that is hosted in this area though....I know the area very well and there many many covert intelligence offices around here.....some of them very easy to detect ..by the security systems they employ...for example; 24/7 manned entry control points...
Some are not so easy to detect and employ passive security systems....passive security systems operate on the principal that most people will not enter a building unless they have an purpose to be there....so you could wonder into a passively secured building and not know it until you have penetrated a certain perimeter and then you will be dealt with....there are no loud alarms..just a security person appearing from seemingly nowhere to ask you why you are here and to escort from the the premises....

Just my two cents for what its worth

as I have always said the best place to hide is in plain site...

if they knew all the answers, there wouldn't be agents scattered around the world...

everyone that links off the site, gives them a tracking of discussions on the subject...

when it's on a truth forum, we shred, then expand on every story until suddenly a new nugget of knowledge is created...

they most likely learn more from us, than we do from them...

Just to be clear ... the CIA headquarters is on Old Chain Bridge Road in Langley/ McLean Virginia ...
Reston, Va. is approx. 13 miles due west towards Dulles Airport ...

Note though both are in the same county of Fairfax ...

The web is full of dis-info agents, Me think you give the CIA
Way too much credit ... ;)

You might also add USGS - United States Geological Survey

My backyard borders on their property... I walk my dog there a lot...it is a very strange building that goes underground and is star shaped when viewed from above...they also have way too much security for for there stated mission.....

The NRO has changed their name and is known as the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency NGA...and yeah..they are right around around the corner from where I live. Very tight security of the overt 24/7 manned post type.....

You do not need to chase Sorcha Faal server's IP address to see that she is a CIA, or some other alphabet soup agency disinfo agent. Just pay attention to the "sources" she quotes. It is either something vague and nebulous, like "a word around the Kremlin this morning is..." or "A top Russian government official revealed today...", etc., or, on a rare occasion when a specific reference is provided, if you bother to follow through and check out this reference, the reference does not say anything of a kind!

To illustrate my point, check this out, for example: http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index1743.htm. The BS starts right from line 1, referring to the Ministry of Defense (MoD) report. You now probably think that this is the U.S. MoD, right? Wrong! The link is to an English version of the Russian MoD and good luck to you finding the report SF is referring to there.

The same first line refers to a "telephonic conversation held earlier today", with a hypertext link to that conversation, which states nothing of a kind SF alleges. And so it goes, on and on, posting after posting. Cracks me up...

Is CIA getting sloppy and lazy because they feel that most people in the U.S. are sleepwalking sheeple who are getting dumber every day? They might be wrong about that. People are waking up, me thinks...

I can't believe anyone takes Sorcha Faal seriously. Whenever I come across a blog that uses this fictional person as a source, that's the last time I take anything they say seriously again. It is absolutely disinfo. There's no maybe about it. Even a stopped clock tells the right time twice a day, of course, but whatever semblance of truth there is on that site is just the bait to get you to swallow the disinformation, or at least just implant some misleading thought in your head to confuse your thought process. Please, for the love of all that is good, shun that site.
