I opened the pdf with photoshop and it is mostly "ilegible", not readable. I could translate but i´ll have to invent some parts. It seems spanish intellingence CNI knows what the American Gov. has tell them or this info is uncomplete... there is more info now days anywhere.
About the genuicity of the papers the logos are in its place and are the right ones but....I´ll check what is left with no translation and i´ll do my best.
