Hmm!, that's one invading News.
"March 25, 2015 - NBC has recently predicted that in 2017, all of America will be tagged with microchips. They will be implanted to help identify individuals immediately. According to the report, the technology is used to answer one question, “Am I who I say I am?”
Some worry, however, that the RFID Microchip will give the government too much power, allowing them to track every move. In some states, like Virginia, legislation is in process to stop this from happening. The report also reveals an RFID Brain Chip that has been developed and is currently being tested on several humans.
It was reported that the use of Micro-Chips in Bill H.R. 4872 was located on Page 1014 under “National Medical Device Registry” it tells about a “Class II Device That is Implantable” and yes, they passed the bill. Read Page “1014″ In The H.R. 4872 Read Class II Special Controls Guidance For FDA Staff.
With the RFID Microchip they can track the movement of the people that are implanted. They can also control the money and food of the people. It is also reported to be possible to even kill the people that don’t obey. The HR 3962 Bill is an exact copy of the HR 3200 bill in with the exception of just a few words removed concerning the RFID Microchip but the ability to Chip Every Citizen of the United States is still in the bill. Open Bill and Read Pages 1501 through 1510 Read Class II Special Controls Guidance For FDA Staff Read And Do The Research For Yourself …"

I laughed when I read the title of this thread.
I bet Brian Williams would have predicted that he'd still have a job in 2017 as well.

Yeah, well, say what you want about this stuff, dismiss it if you will, but I suggest that one not turn their back on this, and stay on it as a subject.
It's like the fearmongering about AI systems.
Good.
Keep on fearmongering about AI.
And while you're at it, keep on fearmongering about implants of RFID chips and similar technologies. Keep bringing the subject up.

Those who will be RFID will be the low level crowd, the cows in the herd. Middle up will be tracked through their brain waves and have entrainement not to escape control. Higher up still they will be modified genetically if they are not already and yet higher up will respond to non human entities, perfect control, absolutely choked.
Unless we change it.
ANd we can.

Hey thanks Carmody, since we are aware that the government has a BIG interest in knowing who we are, where we're at, if we have had unlawful offenses done, etc, what a better way to sound the BELL by their Media Source!, that implants are coming our way in 2017!
Will we be overwhelmed by the Government Media to accept this?, sure!, that's what they will try to do!, but it will meet high resistence.
Unfortunately, with time, they will implant it in infants and it will make its way!
I think that it's more than fear mongering, the Government has probably been planning this for a while now.
The best to you!

What can RFID do that smartphones aren't already doing?

Doing exactly what we are doing here and saying a firmed no.
Few years ago, I was in the hospital and there were a new project to be implemented that was about our electronic file to take appointments with specialists. I arrived and they gave me a sheet of paper to sign. On it, I was to relinquish all my medical file, my DNA and blood samples, absolutely all the information a hospital may have, including giving my finger prints..
I refused to sign. The receptionist told me that if I did not sign, I would not be able to have an appointment with my doctor in the futur. My voice got louder and I said "what, you are telling me that medical access will be denied to me if I do not submit to your research and give all the information on myself - This is illegal". Then a man came by telling me everything was fine, I just had to enter my hospital card number in the machine for an appointment and did not have to give my finger prints.
And i finally saw my doctor, never sign the sheet nor gave my finger prints.
However, the most surprising is that everyone, absolutely everyone, they were about 100 patients, signed the sheet and gave their finger prints, waited in the waiting room and badly stared at me when I opposed.
For Carmody (a CanadianJ) it was at the Jewish General in Montréal.
Waking up this mass of people won't be easy, but one way of doing it is what I did. The Young people will be easier I think, because they already do not trust the system.

I should clarify. I do not believe 'the chip' is coming. I've been reading conspiracy forums since I was 13 and this RFID thing has been continuously popping up in the background.
You saw the pushback on Vaccines, as much as that debate still seems to be happening I suspect it's already over. They gave a hard media push, shaming and all, and I don't think they broke through. And that's from a technology that doesn't obviously produce cancer like RFID chips in animals.
IMHO what the RFID discussion is really centered around is projecting a concern of mass coercion and control into a dystopian, "far-off' paradigm to be avoided, and as long as no one gets chipped, well.. you held the line?
While in truth that future was sold to you a few years ago, not as some 1984-esque command from on high, but as a consumer product that most stood in line for.

You can argue that they'll put people under the thumb but I don't think thats how these guys think anymore. The goal is no longer to make people do things, the goal is to make people want to do things.

No RFID chip in me at least. They can try, but they will fail. And if they try to make some law on that, I will break that law without blinking, I think it will be something I am going to joke about. So in a way NBC makes a prediction about what I am going to joke about. ;)

it really is no laughing matter.
in the age of nano tech and everything else, people should be watchful, not mockingly disdainful.
it's a sad thing when people give more energy to sarcasm than preventing damage to the younger generations who are defenseless against the system, bad medicine, and corporate over-reaching.
at what point do we have privacy, inviolate sovereignty, when every aspect of life is invaded by corporate senses -- it's just awful! lol >.<
from google to the drs office, seems to me that corps like microsoft etc are taking over everything and hardly a peep from the average end user.
i bet there are some computers recently that have more fight in them than the average human anymore lmao.
sigh.

So a pretty serious question for everyone to answer - to themselves - is: what are you willing to turn away from, give up, do instead in your life in order to refuse to be chipped? Are you willing to never buy groceries again? Walk away from your income source? Never purchase another drop of gasoline?
How will you get food? Shelter? Medicine? Clothing?
I'm not saying accept the chip. I will refuse it. But I am saying you better figure out what you will do to survive in the alternative when food, gas, shelter, employment, et al can only be had if you are chipped.
And once you figure it out, you might want to practice it in order to not be facing such a dire lifestyle change in the middle of an emergency with no real idea how to do it.

What the Government will want to have in RFID will be a lot more different, our social, personal, financial, marital, etc., data base, that's a big difference I would think.

Billy Meier only predicted the same things that the elites happen to want, like population control, chipping, global warming crap, world wars, etc., and the only "credible" people vouching for him were US military. So you can take that for what it's worth.
I've read the book of Enoch and I don't remember much of anything about civil war in the US. I've heard that Billy Meier claimed to be Enoch in a past life but as far as I can tell Meier is cabal-sponsored disinformation and the book of Enoch is most valuable for what it says about the fallen angels/nephilim/watchers.

His spirit form was the same in many incarnations , the personality is different . the prophecies given by Quetzal come from Enoch's writings that our world keeps hidden from us , the words of the prophets in the past were corrupted , notice King James just says Enoch was perfect and god took him end of story . you can see a document written by Enoch fortelling his return as Edward =http://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/File:8000-Year-Old_Lyran_Document.jpg

It was not the letter of consent for surgery. It was a form by which I, and all other patients at that department, were giving away their medical file, their blood test, blood samples (read genes sample)their finger prints, to a research lab of one of our university for a research on how to link files, doctors, medical problems, and finger prints: the immediate precursor to RFID full your life over tagging. In front of my eyes, at my hospital. I was surprised they did not ask for an eye scan while at it
Much worst than surgery consent form. And everyone except me were signing, bunch of idiots.

The problem with such data collection is that it's security is suspect. This amounts to near clandestine collection, and puts the collected data at risk. the people behind (creators of) the form might, in the most furthest reach of what can be done with the data... end up being charged with gross negligence, unintentional manslaughter, or accessory to murder. The legal 'ignorance is no excuse' clause is one that applies in this sort of case. It is due to the depth of possibilities that can be reached with the collected data, the people signing the form have NO IDEA how far the data can go...and are being preyed upon via that ignorance. That the DNA can be misused to deny insurance, and even targeted poisons, targeted drugs and targeted methodologies of intentional death, ie, murder. DNA data is critical for such attempts, or for creating the basis of having a method of either modifying or controlling that given individual, and even elimination of the person in ways that can be undetectable.
this means it should (innocent appearing data collection of DNA, etc) be brought up before the given country's parliament or congress, and then laws pursued as to penalties in misrepresentation of data collection.
Even within the scope of existing laws and regulations, it may be possible to stop this hospital from putting such a form in front of people, and force them to destroy all prior collected data. It is, to me, in quick analysis.... a clear case of undisclosed risk, gross negligence on the part of the hospital. to me, there are clear grounds for immediate cease and desist orders and prosecution.
It's like not patching a hole in a bucket, all the water will leak out, as inevitable as gravity and time.
Leaving a hole in the side of powerful personal data, by giving it to strangers.. putting it in the hands of strangers, is like leaving a hole for a Joseph Mengele to arise. Like gravity and time, it is only a matter of time, and something akin to him will arise, or is already hiding in the backdrop.
If one sets up the scenario, like leaving out a plate of food on your back porch, something will come along and eat it. One half of the equation must arrive so the other can come into being, and time will ensure that the second part of the equation does indeed arrive.
The other people in the hospital who blithely signed..are indeed unaware cows of the worst kind, but the world they live in has done it's best to not just leave them in ignorance, but to promote ignorance. These sorts of situations, these sorts of levers can exist only in a environment of ignorance.
