I became oh-so-aware yesterday of a particular movement attempting to debunk people and what they're saying. (Of course there are many others as well.)

I want to be very clear- I do not at all profess to know whether people are being honest about what they're saying, so I'm not getting into any pointless frays over stuff-n-fluff, but I do have a message for all who want a sure-fire method of sorting truth from fantasy.

I shall call it, "The Bovine Excrement Meter", and frankly folks, you all have it within yourselves already!

When you find yourself being drawn into these numerous frays, which can attack even on a deep emotional level (some are specifically designed to do JUST THAT), pull yourself away, and go directly to the Source.

What I men by that, is go to the very person himself/herself and watch their videos and listen closely to the way their voices resonate.

Watch their faces closely. Look for muscle-tension in the face or neck, and the eyes (though the Masters of Deception are quite knowledgeable and can actually use their eyes in their favor).

Turn on your sensory-perception and pick up the discrepancies between what they're saying and what they're SAYING.

Second best is reading their words, but this isn't fool-proof. Words are taken out of context, and unfortunately, there's a lot of trickery going on and people are claiming to be someone they're not. The only way you can catch these lies, is to watch them closely over a period of time and look specifically for any changes, even slight, in their writing style. Even then there's no guarantee they are who they claim to be.

So.....the best way, bar-none, is to watch videos of their speaking.

(A side-note.....that's why I appreciate Bill and all his work here, and previously with Kerry. They produced oodles of interviews of people expressing a myriad of views, and all of them 'put themselves out there'. THAT SAYS A LOT.)

Your "truth thermometer" is the "bull-****" (BS) detector. Well spoke. As you say, we all have this built-in so we can know what resonates as truth and what as falsehood. A little example of this - I'd been camping out with girlfriends and our horses when, down on a beach a stranger walks up to us and asks if we'd heard about the Twin Towers (9-11). We hadn't of course, but very soon the shock of it made us load up our camping gear and horses and head home. Getting to my place, everyone was out and I turned on the TV in time to catch George Bush utter his first words after 9-11. I felt a knife twist in my solar plexus, and to the empty room the words spoke, "He's lying."

I'd never seen the "truth thermometer" in action so clearly before. I expect as we pay more attention to our inner and not the outer, this ability will become more refined in us. I thank you for bringing this to our attention, for getting caught up in what's happening outside ourselves, we miss our own inner truth.

As an aside, I'd never seen the word "****" put into stars before. What a surprise that the word is not allowed.

Hehe...hence my use of the phrase 'bovine excrement'.

Had a thought last night when I was pretty worked up about those who love to spread rumors (and rumors of rumors), and that is-

If given time and the right environment, even the freshest and foulest of manure becomes beautiful compost.

(Thank you meggings for your personal story.)

I felt the knife twist and my BS meter go off many years ago when I heard the Warren Commission and all the news reports about JFK. I was only 24 at the time, but will never forget that feeling. I knew we were being fed lies. Some of them still have not turned to compost.

While observing body language and the face can tell much and is good advice, as a severe targeted individual I have to put up with them controlling my face, eyes, body language etc when I talk. They CAN and DO control such things with advanced technology. Just putting that out there.

They also like to put feelings in me that feel like I'm having a conscience guilt energy about lying, when I know for a fact I am not lying. So much so at times I know I would fail a lie detector when I am being 100% truthful. These energies are 100% synthetic and impossible for me to be misidentifying something natural(for those who may think that)...

So these things are not infallible. However it would have to be a pretty rare case of truthtelling if they were to control someone's body language and face to mislead people's intuition. I speak about some of their most sensitive subjects where they have most people fooled about, which is why they do it to me. I can't do any interviews because of the electronic harassment done to me. I have been offered several, IE: Miles Johnston, Sean Stone, Shadowstalker, etc, had to turn all of them down. :( They will control my body language, eyes etc, they control my mind , sometimes resorting to forced speech, where I am not in control of myself and they force me to say whatever they want me to say. I also deal with them deleting whatever is in my mind when I speak about what I know to people. It's really a drag when mid-sentence your thought processes are completely destroyed. They have done that while I talk to random people on the street or in restaurants. I can't really say it's technological mind control to most people, so I just have to pretend it's a flaw in my own thinking. Really sucks :(

I found your above comment most fascinating. If I were you, I think I'd definitely do a bit of experimentation... Do an interview. DO A FEW INTERVIEWS. Let the thoughts and words flow like an unstoppable river. I have a feeling you have a lot of very crucial things to say, and for some reason 'they' don't want you to, so they have you thinking it's going to be their thoughts coming through you.

It's a ruse.

Speak, write, do interviews. Open your mind and let everything totally flow.

(Remember also, as there are always opposites in everything, so there is with these 'beings' who influence us. Mine have always been direct and 100% truthful. You have those with you also, it's just that you've been giving more credence to the 'darker' ones, that IMO don't want you to speak because your words will influence multitudes for good.)
