Over the last ten thousand years the sea level rise has flooded as much as "half" of the land mass of the globe. Whilst a previous continental coastline exists at around 200-250 fathoms and can be seen on quality sea floor maps, little is discussed regarding the "coastal losses" or records of that period of time.
The only way to garner insight to regions such as this is to do underwater archaeology of the surrounding area. An organised structure such as this in the video would have had community structures at a lower level which are now submerged. Intense sonar examination and geological studies will assist in this.
This isn't an isolated enigma. Also comes to mind, Atlantis, Oak island mystery, Easter Island, India and Japans submerged cities and New Brazil - all of which were lost to flooding.
