ISIS Camp a Few Miles from Texas, Mexican Authorities Confirm

ISIS is operating a camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas, according to Judicial Watch sources that include a Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector.
The exact location where the terrorist group has established its base is around eight miles from the U.S. border in an area known as “Anapra” situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. Another ISIS cell to the west of Ciudad Juárez, in Puerto Palomas, targets the New Mexico towns of Columbus and Deming for easy access to the United States, the same knowledgeable sources confirm.
During the course of a joint operation last week, Mexican Army and federal law enforcement officials discovered documents in Arabic and Urdu, as well as “plans” of Fort Bliss – the sprawling military installation that houses the US Army’s 1st Armored Division. Muslim prayer rugs were recovered with the documents during the operation.
Law enforcement and intelligence sources report the area around Anapra is dominated by the Vicente Carrillo Fuentes Cartel (“Juárez Cartel”), La Línea (the enforcement arm of the cartel) and the Barrio Azteca (a gang originally formed in the jails of El Paso). Cartel control of the Anapra area make it an extremely dangerous and hostile operating environment for Mexican Army and Federal Police operations.
According to these same sources, “coyotes” engaged in human smuggling – and working for Juárez Cartel – help move ISIS terrorists through the desert and across the border between Santa Teresa and Sunland Park, New Mexico. To the east of El Paso and Ciudad Juárez, cartel-backed “coyotes” are also smuggling ISIS terrorists through the porous border between Acala and Fort Hancock, Texas. These specific areas were targeted for exploitation by ISIS because of their understaffed municipal and county police forces, and the relative safe-havens the areas provide for the unchecked large-scale drug smuggling that was already ongoing.
Mexican intelligence sources report that ISIS intends to exploit the railways and airport facilities in the vicinity of Santa Teresa, NM (a US port-of-entry). The sources also say that ISIS has “spotters” located in the East Potrillo Mountains of New Mexico (largely managed by the Bureau of Land Management) to assist with terrorist border crossing operations. ISIS is conducting reconnaissance of regional universities; the White Sands Missile Range; government facilities in Alamogordo, NM; Ft. Bliss; and the electrical power facilities near Anapra and Chaparral, NM.

I'm sorry, but we know who is behind ISIS, so even if they have a camp at that place it would be with the blessing of the mexican authorities, and police most certainly are keeping them safe from unauthorized eyes, and no need for them to be smuggled across the border, they rule the border. It just cracks me up every time they start to say: " terrorists came from that or that other border" there are no borders for them, they move their puppets easily from and to wherever they please, spreading rumors. And because everything is possible they can say anything they like, who's going to investigate? Ha ha, specially in that area. ISIS, ISIL, Al Qaeda, same ol same ol, before it was the communists, the unfaithful, the whatever makes you think you are better than they that's it, give it a name ...tadaaaa!!! It can be anything as long as it works on making you afraid, focusing your fear is excellent, yeah, lets stop doing that: fearing everything they tell you to fear.

This reminds me maybe two years back when many sources were saying that china had many soldiers in mexico...and even in canada...iminent invasion and martial law...
ISIS probably have more cells in the U.S. than in Mexico as they are funded by the C.I.A. and the U.S. government....

You meant " El Qaeda" , didn't you, with two years back quote? There wasn't ISIS that back yet.
They disappeared in thin air, and well logistical supported ISIS is born.

I wasn,t talking about ISIS, I did refer to China, the point being the threat from the borders... being totally fabricated...to take away focus on who is behind ISIS.

an ISIS camp near El-Paso ??? maybe that's the reason for the Jade Helm training in the southern states ...
Exactly...all part of it.
The absurdity of the latest developments stretches to Pluto and back. This, with related, "timely" developments (Wal-Mart closures in Jade Helm States, Jade Helm exercises with the addition of more States, incl, MI, FL, MS, and LA over the past few days), is looking to come together as one of the biggest psyops the American public has swallowed to date. They're going full out...has anyone noticed the barrage of tv ads promoting San Diego as a vacation destination this summer? "Kick back at the beach this summer!", with the State of.California and Michigan tied in second place.
We're to believe that ISIS, a monster of our own creation, is poised 8 miles from the border, out in the open, ready to terrorize our summer picnics or drop a nuke (that they'll say was provided by Iran...or Russia) unless we beg for more security, bigger defense budgets, more eavesdropping.
Convenient, the Patriot Act needs renewing next month or it expires.
Maybe there will be a false flag event, maybe not, but don't let this crock distract from the bigger pictures here.
Seriously, are our drones too busy in the Middle East to drop a few on these not so secret ISIS compounds? Whatever happened to the Bushism about countries supporting terrorists being our enemy. I think Mexico would welcome a few select.drone hits to avoid becoming the next country where the US decides to spread "seeds of Democracy".
Congress warned about danger of failing to renew the Patriot Act (http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/mar/02/james-clapper-warns-congress-renew-patriot-act)

Ouch!!! No please, no drones we have enough with our repressive government and police which also have a few drones of their own. The area they are speaking of (Anapra) is a very conflicted, poor, without any type of city services except, I think, with a few areas with electricity, like a forgotten town in the middle of nowhere. The residents in that area are mainly out of town people that have gone to this city looking to cross the border or trying to find a better life for them and their families. For some any reason instead they have found they have to raise their young ones in a very hostile environment and with no resources end up at the mercy of all kind of crime leaders and our wonderful police corps. It's going to be very very hard for them to step out of that on their own, the little ones never get a chance to see any other kind of opportunities except for the ones they get to live there. And so, they will become assimilated into the same sick drama.

No, no, you misunderstood me. It was a rhetorical statement. Sorry, I should have been clearer.
I'm not suggesting they send drones into Mexico at all! I'm saying if ISIS at our border was an actual, serious.threat, we would be capable of ending the threat in a minute. It is a manufactured threat that serves a larger purpose. They want ISIS to be there so they can use the "threat" for something bigger. What that is, to scare the public or as part of a false flag event remains to be seen.

It is refreshing for me to see that there are a few people here who understand the real reason why I post these News-Bits.
While all the other comments here are true with facts that we already know, I post these articles (which are designed for consumption by the masses) here in-order to show how they may possibly fit into a larger picture.
These News-Bits have been out there for a long-long time, they're all interconnected, and the larger picture just may be much larger than the majority of the masses can comprehend.
Nice post cursichella1! :)

FBI Holds “Special” Meeting in Juárez to Address ISIS, DHS Not Invited
Judicial Watch (https://www.judicialwatch.org/blog/2015/04/fbi-holds-special-meeting-in-juarez-to-address-isis-dhs-not-invited/)
APRIL 16, 2015
Responding to Judicial Watch’s report (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?81528-ISIS-Camp-a-Few-Miles-from-Texas-Mexican-Authorities-Confirm&p=952828&viewfull=1#post952828) earlier this week of ISIS activity along the Mexican border, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) supervisors called a “special” meeting at the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juárez.
A high-level intelligence source, who must remain anonymous for safety reasons, confirmed that the meeting was convened specifically to address a press strategy to deny Judicial Watch’s accurate reporting and identify who is providing information to JW. FBI supervisory personnel met with Mexican Army officers and Mexican Federal Police officials, according to JW’s intelligence source. The FBI liaison officers regularly assigned to Mexico were not present at the meeting and conspicuously absent were representatives from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It’s not clear why DHS did not participate.
Publicly, U.S. and Mexico have denied that Islamic terrorists are operating in the southern border region, but the rapid deployment of FBI brass in the aftermath of JW’s report seems to indicate otherwise. A Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector were among the sources that confirmed to JW that ISIS is operating a camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas. The base is around eight miles from the U.S. border in an area known as “Anapra” situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua.
“Coyotes” engaged in human smuggling – and working for the Juárez Cartel – help move ISIS terrorists through the desert and across the border between Santa Teresa and Sunland Park, New Mexico.
Last August JW reported (http://www.judicialwatch.org/blog/2014/08/feds-isis-on-us-border/) that ISIS, operating from Ciudad Juárez, was planning to attack the United States with car bombs or other vehicle borne improvised explosive devices (VBIED). High-level U.S. federal law enforcement, intelligence and other sources confirmed then that a warning bulletin for an imminent terrorist attack on the border had been issued. Agents across a number of Homeland Security, Justice and Defense agencies were placed on alert and instructed to aggressively work all possible leads and sources concerning the imminent terrorist threat.
