This is a interesting documentary I think there may
of been others in a series I cannot remember ? .
It was made just before the millennium when there
was a lot of disclose hype , which seems to happen
every decade or so. The Soviet empire had collapsed
and Russia was in chaos with gangs selling secrets
and all sort of things going on . Which in hindsight
led to Putin and the Russians on the whole liking
him for the relative stability he has brought.

Anyway the X files was a big hit around the world,
lots of other events and sighting were going on
culminating in Steven Greers 2001 disclosure project.
Which should of had to more media traction which
possibly could of led to disclosure ? Who knows ?

We all know what happened next , the 9/11 pyop
and that was that.....LOL
