I was feeling so restless yesterday that I just couldn't sleep much and I knew that things were still active, I hope that most of the pressure is released now.

the global incident map reads that quake as 7.5 whew ... almost biblical ... I'm still watching the west coast of America , they are in the sights , that part of the ocean floor is unstable and even volcanoes are ramping up , something is affecting inner Earth ... all that sea life washing up dead , hmmm that water must be contaminated or deadly gases are being released from the ocean floor ... dang near the whole Earth is shaking these days ...

They had a lot of precursors and they're still getting a lot of aftershocks. Pressure displaced India, Nepal, Turkey through Greece. I was expecting more Northern Mexico maybe central America and everywhere seems active.
Yes, the one volcano is still active in Costa Rica.

kind of a lot of shaking lately!
did anyone else have trouble sleeping yet feel no energy yesterday?
i.e. tired, blah, =( down?
Hah, you don't even have to ask that question here!
For now, I'm trying to sleep. Seems almost like an impossible task...
