My Pictures Of Sky Clouds Unusual Holes Washing Out Cumulus Clouds What's Going On?

This is what has been bother me lately up here in Washington and the El Nino Excuse why the West Coast of the US is having a Drought, doesn't match well when I even see Holes washing out the Status and Alto (Middle Level) Clouds to nothing more than Cirrus Streaking as lots of Holes or bands from or with the Clouds moving across my Sky.

I am trying to Up Load my Pictures ... (Is it OK?)

(I might need some help knowing how to do this, but the picture here and if I could get more that I find odd with the clouds getting bands and holes in the clouds, just looks like something is messing around with our clouds to me. (?) *)

Yes! I heard about it in the past and then? It's like it was Gossip with and to the World. Like we have this Paranoia about and looking at how the population of world goes on. Its? Like this is some us being fools with the idea to it. Not helping me to think the world isn't noticing it? And why can't they realize what is going on?

Choose "Go Advanced", then scroll down to MANAGE ATTACHMENTS.
In upper right corner you will see ADD FILE.
Browse to choose your photos from your computer, then click on UPLOAD, then
you click on the link that says place them inline (or words to that effect).

Here are two sketches I made within the past year of a very odd cloud shape. It was like the first one, then less than a minute later it was like the second drawn shape - both occupied the same place in the sky.

Everybody is in a different place in life. Most just to busy to notice whats going around them. I talk about the weather all the time with people and most say "I haven't paid attention" It amazes me that people are so locked in their daily lives to work that job to pay there bills etc.... the rat race as I call it.

This is almost always now this breaking up of the clouds, then the solid cloudiness that I used to see more as Normal in the Past here.

OK? (Now as I try to get used to what I have to do ... Make my Pictures in a smaller size) Here are 1 at a time my next shot ... To the Left where it looks like clear sky's is deceptive. It got really cloudy all around me actually. This was like a Band and Hole in this Passing of Clouds and look how the Cirrus Streaks look more like it has been effected by something extreme to get washed out here like this (It blew my Mind) ...

I'm not sure I'm going "Senile" (?) But? When I was in California back in late 1990's and California wasn't getting Cloudiness and Precipitation. I thought they said the waters off the Pacific Coast had "Cold Water" which doesn't allow for building Clouds. Now they are saying its "Warm Waters" that is keeping the "Clouds from Building"

It seems to me they can say what it is out in the Pacific Ocean, but it doesn't actually to me show valid Science when they can just say (Anything?) something and everyone just accepts it. I call this "Sophistry" (Anything that sounds like a "Reason" but really isn't the "True" Reason for Explanations")

What does the Sea temperature actually have to be in the Pacific Ocean that does it really have to be to build "Clouds"? I lost track (If I heard of this before.)

Now for the 1st Unusual Picture I got back in March Thursday 26, 2015.

Bigger Heaver Cumulus Clouds around my Horizon and then overhead is these micro Cumulus Clouds. Like another Punched Hole in the Cumulus Clouds I was getting.
