My initial thoughts upon viewing the video was if that is indeed a Logistics base it makes sense for a lot of vehicles and such to be there...with the troops pulling out of Afghanistan and Iraq that could mean a lot of equipment being returned....also is why i think local law enforcement are getting these military equipment .....

If that is not a logistics base, i would be extremely disturbed to see such a build up....

Also, what really makes me suspicious about the whole Jade Helm thing is the timing....there have been many predictions of a major event occurring in Sept this year...Jade Helm exercise is set to run as depicted below from their unclassified briefing slides.

Typical of the last few false flag events the perpetrators are seen to be running an exercise when the actual event occurs ie 9-11 and the 7/7 london bombings..

With all the recent predictions for something "Big" happening in September, I think we all should be concerned and perhaps have or be forming plans just in case something does happen......

I was driving south on Interstate-15 (where the above video was filmed), about a month ago and saw a long convoy of these vehicles driving on a road that roughly parallels the highway. I just figured they were on military maneuvers or something. Like abmqa said above, I'm not sure there's anything sinister here.

What really gets me about this video, and other similar videos, is the tremendous amount of taxpayer money that it took to pay for all those vehicles. And that's just a drop in the bucket as to what is being spent by our Defense Dept.
