This is not scare tactics--Why would it be?

I'd rather be prepared than sorry later...........

I survive, but barely. My hubby doesn't care and is tired of me speaking on the shtf scenerio. Guess who's gonna survive and who's not? The one NOT pitching in or helping to store dry goods isn't gonna make it. He loves over eating and will eat until his stomach actually hurts, then lay down. No muscle tone or endurance, no matter how hard I ride him. He's a take it as it comes military and if it happens then its meant to happen. See what I'm workin' with?

'Survival Inventory': It’s come to a point where a lot of food, medicines, seeds, batteries, alternative energy sources and items replaced for better efficiency that I’ve gathered years back have reached or are about to reach their expiration date. You know the ones in preparation for changes and disruptions and enough for the other unprepared folks.

Many have profited from this fear game for a lot of years. Below is a 6 minute clip that encapsulate everything. “A Higher Conscious Conversation” was produced 34 years ago.

My decision? I'm no longer waiting to exhale.

I never stored food or batteries or anything but now I'm thinking seriously about it although I'm a procrastinator and may not.

Now there seems to be clear writing on the wall but then, some things are also changing for the better.

Some want to be on the safe side and other take their chances.

I hope you are right RunningDeer.

"meant to happen is a strange concept to me."

Don't worry but make your plans so you are prepared even if it is just emotionally. Be happy!!!!

According to the mike Adams quiz... I won't survive, nobody will.

Let's see now... when I bug out I can't ferget to take my hunderd pounds of salt! in my back pack??? along with my 2500 gallons of water... oh and can't forget to take my garden with me... and how bout all those shovels, picks, axes, hammers, nails, saws, rope (200 feet at least) glue. glue? yaeh everbody otta have tube a glue???? gonna have a really big back pack????????????????????

How much can YOU carry????????

I did this whole thing for sooooo loooong that I finally got tired of throwing away "Rotten" back packs full of "Stuff".

I decided on sumpthin a bit difrnt!!! I just returned to my True Spirit self!!!

Now I don't care what kind of SHTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RunningDeer... Just as your video states...

I AM the underground... have been for more than 3 yaers on this forum... but what good does it do... when nobody can understand.., simple???

William Buhlman has produced... simple... however... few, (very few) can understand that which he has produced.

"Adventure Beyond The Body"
and
"The Secret Of The Soul"

your ticket to LIFE.

"IF" you can understand... simple...:wizard:

Regardless of wether SHTF or not, I think it is a great idea to buy food in bulk, store extra money in silver or gold, grow your own garden, be in shape etc etc.

Yeah....it seems all the spiritual stuff is totally ignored. I've read the Buhlman books but I just can't seem to do it.

I think we have all decided to come here to experience various things.

I think if you're strongly feeling like you should do certain things, go for it, but realize doing them may not save you or make a difference in the final end. What is that saying about the best laid plans of mice & men?

I think universe will somehow find a way for us to experience what we came here for, whether we like it or not.

Go Spiritual... Spiritual will save yer sorry A... er (other end) ccccc.

when you finally take to heart and start believing that which Buhlman (and me too) discovered: "That everything we think we know... is wrong!!!" you too will discover your other self.

Your true Self.:wizard:

I've heard this fear mongers for to long (over 30 yrs), and still here we are. Live one day at a time and worry about nothing. Enjoy life to the max.

The quiz may not reflect preparedness wisdom, but it is fascinating that it comes from someone I would not expect. I find that very compelling. Indeed, a change, collapse or war is approaching. The radical climate changes occuring because of the Fukishima meltdown will speed up the inevitable.

It's a strong article. Different from Mike Adams' writing style from several years ago or from his earlier books. I've purchased items on his site and use to regularly check out the test results from his 'Forensic Food Lab (http://labs.naturalnews.com)'.

A couple things I kept in mind when I read and re-read his quiz called, "Preparedness Pop Quiz: If you score less than 20 points on this, you're probably already dead (http://www.naturalnews.com/049838_Preparedness_pop_quiz_survival_social_chaos.html)," and what he calls, "His Blunt Message":

Many of the products Mike Adams listed on his quiz, he sells on his website.
If I'm not mistaken, he resides in Texas which is one of the states where Jade Helm will take place. It's in his best interest that at least the the word gets out.

I haven't paid close attention to Mike Adams for a while. He's changed from when I first found him on the Alex Jones' Show. (or I have, or both) This quiz and article is a reminder of why I chose to go elsewhere for current events.

If you live your life like the man quoted in the video, you will begin to take up and meet those people, make those connections. Throw away the TV, the magazines, the newspapers, the radio. all of it. Shut it down, and wake up.

In exercise, the gain comes from the rest period, not the workout itself.

The body and mind are the same, the silence is where the growth happens. The rest is what becomes incoherent noise.... life dumbing and life numbing noise, if it persists.

The deal is to be active to move into it, and within it.... no matter what it written on the wall, the TV, the newspapers, the radio, or the internet.

That is the only ay it will ever get here.

Even the prisoners in the prison know that some of them, a few of them, are definitely going to die when the rush the guard with the shotgun. That's a given.

They do it anyway, as that is the reality that is in front of them. The trick is they realize it, and the general population does not.

The general population keeps thinking there is a door, and the door is open, so they never leave.

In the video, he's 'feeling right now, as if history and memory are being erased'.

Well, that is coming true, with the internet and modern electronics.

No physical record...and no permanence in the given record. The record can be changed at any time, with the push of a button, and the permanence of record, the book, the paper, all that is going away.

When both those things happen, when they reach their full potential..., as similar to AI and VR.... and the record becomes wispy and ephemeral, then you'll funereally* understand why there is no record of prior civilizations. As you will be in the same condition, the same moment.

(*A perfect spellchecker Freudian slip, it is supposed to say finally, but...funereally is probably most appropriate, ie, standing in and on your own death, in a final moment of realization. One without past, and no record.)

However.........................................

What is the point of the learned life? What is the end desire, the point to launch into?

There is a way to thrive, which is much more fulfilling than just surviving. I honestly believe being in tune with nature and the natural ebb and flo of nature is the key. The earth has a protective and nurturing capacity when you tune into her rythyms. She will warn you with her wind, her weather, and show you her cycles of birth, growth, death, decay and rebirth to guide you. I am not trying to sound airy fairy or make light of our situation. It is just that we have a great guide who is open to communicating with us if we can just take the time to unplug and watch and listen. Also stating your intent with the plant population that you are growing to feed your family will help them to provide for your sustenance. I tell each plant I put into the ground that I wish to see it grow strong and healthy and produce to feed family and friends. I thank it for this as I plant. You can actually build up a relationship with the world around you. I think this is paramount when it comes to surviving. I mention it here even though it may seem off topic because we often forget the gifts we have in our own power to ensure our survival and success. With an attitude of gratitude for what you have now, what you are able to learn and accomplish in the future will flow towards you more freely. When we pull together as a community to change this place for the better we need to include the one who hosts us on her back as well. I am being honest when I say if you open up the communication, she will listen and respond.
