Regulators are very sketchy about how much of this poison is harmful. There are no legal limits. Aren't the authorities supposed to be protecting us??
There are 'indicative levels' as per the EU. These are debatably still dangerous, and the whole emphasis appears to be on the Carcinogenic angle, with no mention of the INFLAMMATORY aspect.

As we know these are created by high temperature processing of carbohydrates. So obviously fried food like KFC is contaminated, but if you look at the following article, alot of common or garden CEREALS and BISCUITS are also affected.

the other problem is that food is externally heated to as high a temperatures as can be tolerated, to make it cook as fast as possible. this means external burn and center warmed/heated.
this external burn leads to carbonization of the external parts, which is tied to this situation.
This is the most common action committed upon a 'cooked' or 'fried' cereal.
in the world of electronics, similar is done, when components and boards are soldered. They are hit with heat for a short a time as possible (solder dip process), and brought to the edge of destruction in multiple ways.
The most efficient, thus the most economically favorable factory.... is one that can ride the ragged edge of destruction, as quickly as possible, regarding throughput.
Food factories are identical in those aspects of design and operation.

I just finished explaining to my daughter how food is processed and why grains are preserved for so long in our "capitalist" society and what happens when you eat non preserved rotten grains.
I was missing the fast flash cooking. I will add that up later on.
Then we discussed vertical gardens and feeding the planet with natural foods, no GMO , using available technologies.

Vertical farming used to be my huge obsession.
I really hope people catch on and do that :)

So oxidation makes me grow old, I wonder how long I'm gonna last without oxygen. Makes sense though I always tell friends/ love ones "doctor makes money when you're sick" I wonder how mamy got the message if any.
