EDIT: Upon further reflection, I think there Are certain Higher Laws such as:

Law of Attraction... where everything we focus on has an affect on our world;

A Law of Oneness... where we are all part of one Great Being, always connected;

A Law of Love... where Love has a healing/harmonizing/unifying affect on All things

A Law of Growth... where we are always in a state of continuous growth, integration and understanding of ourselves and what we may be capable of (Not sure about this one, but makes sense to me)

I actually don't think we've ever actually broken from the 'Higher Laws'... just temporarily forgotten them. Our memory is coming back to us now though... : )

The ego have no contact with present, the ego is the past, our memory, of this life.
In this point of view nothing as to come back or there is no place to return.
We just have to open our eyes behind the eyes, all have to be discovered in the eternal path of understanding.
