lately ever since i have root canals got depression and anxiety, alot of time i have depression for no reason just about everything. last week i have depression and walked through dark backyard without any fear..normally the fear just kicked in but this time with depression my mind having all kind of thought able to walk through the dark or not even scared of some guy with the gun pointing at me. Looking at case of Robin Williams i kind of understand what he might go through...even with good finance along with happy family but once depression kicked in anything can happen.
one time i watched Asian Drama and the guy saying to a girl saying along the line of "even tho i'm at the party with full of laugh and happiness but without you i feel like live on the island alone"...i totally resonate with those statement. high school i have a crush with this girl and fall into kind of depression, i still remember i watched a really funny comedy but i wouldn't laugh or enjoy it while my mind think of her...waiting weekend to be over so i can see her is like years. outside look normal but inside totally opposite.
it's easy to talk to talk but if you go through these emotion might unable to control yourself...these emotion is kind of scary.

The vibrations from dental work can screw up you energy field. Dental work is one of three things that can antidote a homeopathic remedy.
I would consider acupuncture, reiki, or some other type of energy work to get back in balance. Best to you!

did the doctors put any mercury amalgam in your mouth?
mercury in large amounts can cause a bit of leakage, chronic poisoning :(
my elderly neighbor Lila experienced this in middle age.
she did eventually feel better.
hope you find out what's causing that.
possible you have a small infection and it's making you feel tired/pain/depressed.
the best to you! keep your chin up!

Hi Apokalypse
Yes as said Reiki can be very helpful.
It may seem obvious but some peoples nervous system can be greatly affected by sugar and that comes is many packages including fruit juice.
If there is above normal intolerance to sugar this can lead to nervous disorder including depression and anxiety.
The late Dr David Hawkins was one of Americas leading Psychiatrists and if some one phoned for an appointment with depression/ anxiety and similar he would advise stop all sugar and then come for an appointment in a month. Most times there was a call to say that an appointment would not be necessary.
Anxiety etc gone.
Artificial sweeteners can have the same effect.
Perhaps you might think about your user name.
I hope you dont mind me saying that.
I was a therapist who had clients that were clinically depressed and its amazing how identification with certain things can lead to anxiety.
You become what you dwell on, associate your self with--belief systems etc.
I hope whatever the cause, it is resolved and you become a happy contented self.
Best wishes
Chris

The waves from cell phones , and other secret technologies can cause these same symptoms ... also low frequency waves just before earthquakes can affect the human body ... I forget the exact number but there is a MHz number like 8.5 or 9.5 MHz the body is designed to operate at ... raising that number can make you anxious , lowering that number can make you feel down ... it is my opinion humanity is under the spell of dark technology all the time in low doses ... some more than others , I wonder what you've been researching or watching or who have you been around ??? feel better friend and know your not alone in the fight ... we support each other ... I would take in some vitamin D and C and try and get a good 8 hours of sleep in complete darkness ... doctors say the slightest light when you sleep keeps you from REM ...

Well, I am sorry you are experiencing this right now. You did not ask for advice, prayers, etc., but I see many Avalonians have offered good information already.
I have experienced anxiety and depression at various times my entire adult life. Sometimes there was an identifiable external reason, other times ... no apparent reason.
The key is to stay connected with someone ... a friend, family, clergy/spiritual counselor, etc. who you trust and can depend on. It's great that you can express yourself ... writing always helps me so I have a journal.
I also know the importance of self-care ... all the basics ... proper nutrition (less sugar/sweets, water water water, less starchy food - bread, potatoes, corn, rice, etc., avoid fried foods and processed foods ... eat fresh vegetables and fruits, portion control, etc.), balance between work and play, exercise, have a hobby, get a dose of sunlight (10-20 min) daily, establish a sleep pattern and stick to it ... We tend to cheat our bodies on sleep and we pay for it one way or another. Good sleep hygiene ... no caffeine 4-6 hours before bedtime, dark, quiet, cool room with NO TV or wifi -- zero electronics if possible. Certainly put your cellphone far away from your head.
Nurture yourself ... be good to you. Imagine yourself in the future saying kind things and lending a helping hand (by way of wisdom and compassion). Remember to reach out to your friend(s) as you would want them to do the same with you if they were in need of support.
Having a pet (cat, dog, lizard, fish, bird, etc.) is beneficial for some people. However, if you don't have time to adequately care for a pet then this is not a good option. Also, there are support groups, advocacy groups that have great ideas and are excellent resources. Whatever you do ... keep it simple. Life has a way of becoming way to hurried and complicated IF WE LET IT.
Storms bring lots of challenges ... pain, anxiety, fear ... but they eventually pass ... Whether you can imagine yourself riding the big storm waves with a well-designed raft or sheltering in a safe, secure, light and warm place ... really whatever works for you is what it's all about. Prepare for the storms ... you don't have to carry the burden alone. And if things look like they're getting worse rather than better, consider professional assistance.... Some counselors are awesome raft and shelter designers! Many of them have been through several storms of their own ...
I'm sending agape love and healing warm light energy to you. May you be comforted ... one precious moment at a time.
