Normally I wouldn't embark on a three hour documentary without a little bit more intro, but since it is sigma6 who started this thread, and I respect him and appreciate his understanding of "trusts" and public and private venue, I'm going to watch this.

Just so you know, it does matter who you are and what you write and I've hit the "thanks" button on the OP.

There is only one basis for exchange (instead of currency), the fact of our existence, the physical needs that generates, and the physical energy/knowledge we have available to use in this life. This "substance" must not be under the control of OTHERS in the way that the criminal bankers are ill using us all. First, criminals responsible for the murder of billions must be put to death. This is just, if the death penalty can be exacted for the murder of one person, then the deaths of others must be prevented by removing mass murderers. We do not need the plunder of resources by one country of another's resources. We were given the wonderful gift of growing vegetation for food, medicine and all else. In truth, we do not need the garbage we manufacture to sustain life. Free energy, conservation, and a fair exchange for our labor in sustaining ourselves and others is all the world needs. Roundup for the parasites.

Not to worry, (and your trust is well placed...lol) ';D ...it might be a little tame or generic for you Grip, but it is still well done... I enjoy a good "collage" where the author has really picked through some good material to highlight specific emphasis and terms, ... and this one was well done imo... I could see myself watching it a second time... what originally caught my attention was the cover image of the tree... what does that remind you of? ':D (hint: Winston's logo) So I gave it a nod for subtle detail... and I think he lived up to that...

P.S. You can always watch it at 1.5 speed, which I find myself doing a lot more often then not these days...

amor, this is an intelligent thought... and in fact brings up one of the biggest controversies in the CR movement (Commercial Redemption) i.e. who has the "ultimate" control over that "thing" (our life energy) you so well described (well done!) regarding our "energy" (which is really what it is...) It is pretty well established from numerous sources, there is a financial process (I'm no expert on securities or bonds) but through the use of these instruments, an actuarial value (complex statistical calculation) of our lifetime of labour is represented in the world of "fiction" (i.e. accounting, banking, commerce, treasury, security exchanges, insurance companies, etc...) as "money" ...and that is where "money" comes from... and why money is "debt"... this is the part that doesn't get touched on... where does all this debt come from? who is it owed to... (especially in the final analysis)

We are the creditors... long story short, we are given a certificate, that is a direct reference to what is a security. That has the potential to allow us to access it (via a trustee, why it says on BC's "For Treasury Use Only" for example...) This "mechanism" is used everyday, in thousands of courts across the country (why every court can operate like a bank and has a treasury account) This is why our signatures have securitizable value. The problem is how all that is structured... and how we operate it. I say it is a trust... the implications being if you don't understand trust... good luck trying to "access" it or have any "control". It is this ignorance which makes many lament that "we are all slaves!" (it is true, but mostly because of our collective ignorance, not necessarily all our fault, but we ARE ignorant, and few are doing anything about it... except a lot of "lamenting")

Thus why I refer to trust as a form of a "power control distribution" system (among many other metaphors) but the most accurate "metaphor" and best way to "see it" is to start learning as much as you can about "trust interpretation" (not the easiest subject I know, but not impossible either...) Anyone can begin with the basics... just don't take that as a literal and be all understanding... it has depths to it...

I added some content that would fit in with thread equally well... I should add proper links
but this will do for now...

Good supplement to this video... insight on the Birth Certificate NAME: for any bold followers who are still following... BC NAME research and trust interpretation (i.e. the modus operandi of how they "get away" with it... how statutory interfaces with trust... the mechanism that guides how rules and policies are created, even though they are all fiction... they still have utility, function, are also referred to as "devices" another term might be "misleading oversimplification"... anyhow you get the picture I hope, and here is more of it...

Excellent post sigma,

Will Hughe obviously knows his stuff - unfortunately this will be difficult to follow for most, as his style presumes
an adequate working knowledge of contract, specifically trust law, amongst his readership.

His breakdown of film, for the commercial message therein, reminds me of Jack Smith.

Jack Smith has some good analysis' ... and metaphors should have a solid correspondence to what they are trying to explain... they are meant to be explanatory and a simplification of much more complicated or technical information, by now everyone has heard of the Matrix Movie metaphor, one of the most powerful interpretations of the whole model of government corporation proliferation and control of the "system".... If you can understand that "Corporations" are man made legal devices, machines, considered legally dead entities, their purpose to provide some function to serve man, etc... and the dozens and dozens and dozens of other layers, historical references...

But here is a more technical side...

(Proceeding Against The Crown Act - Definition)
Property vesting in the Crown -
(5) Where property vests in the Crown independent of the acts or the intentions of the Crown, the Crown is not, by virtue of this Act, subject to liability in tort by reason only of the property being so vested; but this subsection does not affect the liability of the Crown under this Act in respect of any period after the Crown, or any servant of the Crown, has in fact taken possession or control of the property.

This takes some serious decoding, so convoluted (to me anyway) is the meaning... But essentially what I am getting out of the above is that the act of simply "HOLDING" the legal titles (which this definition would definitely apply to...) is in, of itself, not enough to subject the Crown to any liability... so let's just absorb that ONE aspect for a second... some of these subsections expose the incredible detail and logic games going on... 1) We can deduce a number of things here... for one they DO recognize the very real "possibility" of interpretation of "liability" in the first place!! ...which is a concept that for 95%+ people appears to be going right over their heads!!! So here you have it... in black and white...

I think it is important that these concepts are pointed out, as I can clearly see from many other's comments, people are not grasping the implications of what is REGISTRATION. (Even though it has been with us for over 2000 years) REGISTRATION creates trust by definition) by splitting title (right to use of a thing) into two separate components... i.e. legal title (original signature paper document = record = legal title in trust) and "equitable title" the actual conceptual "right" to the physical object (res) that the "title" refers to, the title of which that was registered by the "registree", this establishes a claim of right to the "use" or registered PROPERTY RIGHT. Of course all this is now within the context of REGISTRATION... and why we are all here gathered today to understand the importance of WHAT REGISTRATION TRULY IS... beyond just a record in a record hall. ;D

i.e. the authors (freemason lawyers in charge of the system) are "tipping their hat" by mentioning this (they can't avoid it...) So the one big takeaway here is one of simple observation and question and perhaps connecting it to the study of the BC as a form of property... and that big "IF"... when you do the follow through of all the definitions... you will find the Birth Certificate is a certificate to what can clearly be identified as "property" under their very own definitions....

continued...

Frank O'Collins of Ucadia is doing a series this month on trusts which I am following. Here is the link:
