‘The BBC is purposely withholding information that is of vital interest to the UK public
and ultimately endangering the very public the BBC is contractually obligated “to serve”.

According to the UK Terrorism Act of 2000, section 15, part 3, ‘A person commits an
offense if he—(a) provides money or other property, and (b) knows or has reasonable
cause to suspect that it will or may be used for the purposes of terrorism.’

In this edition of INfocus, we shall provide proof that the BBC is using UK public funds
to suppress evidence of controlled demolition of World Trade Center 7 (WTC 7) on 9/11.’

Specifically the BBC has produced several programmes that attempt to cover up
evidence that proves the official version of the collapse of WTC 7 is physically
impossible, most notably the evidence that makes clear that WTC 7 collapsed in a
symmetrical, free-fall manner largely into its own footprint.

The criminal aspect of this lies in the BBC maintaining a position that WTC 7 did not
collapse at free fall speed when in fact even the US Government has been forced to
acknowledge that WTC 7 did indeed collapse at free fall speed, which is impossible
without all of the support columns of the building giving way simultaneously.

The BBC has refused to correct itself and instead maintains an erroneous position that
ultimately endangers the UK public by virtue of the fact that it provides cover for those
responsible for bringing down WTC 7 down in a manner completely consistent with
controlled demolition.

This position is supported by expert testimony from Richard Gage of Architects and
Engineers for 9/11 Truth, which represents over 2300 architects and engineers around
the world.

Our conclusion is that whatever anyone thinks of the events of 9/11, the BBC is
covering up critical information that is of vital public interest; this is not only yet
another breach of its founding charter, but a violation of UK terrorism law that should
result in the criminal prosecution of the BBC.

for Reuters staff in Tehran after the publication of a video story
on women’s martial arts training which contained an error.

Reuters, the news arm of Thomson Reuters, the global news
and information group, corrected the story after the martial
arts club where the video was filmed made a complaint.

The story’s headline, “Thousands of female Ninjas train as Iran‘s
assassins”, was corrected to read “Three thousand women
Ninjas train inIran“.

Iran’s Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance subsequently
contacted the Reuters Tehran bureau chief about the video and
its publication, as a result of which Reuters’ 11 personnel were
told to hand back their press cards.

The UK public funds the BBC and yet the BBC is provably failing to deliver
independent, impartial news reporting that truly serves the public interest.

The BBC was founded by Royal Charter; the structure of the charter is such
that the Queen is at the top of the pyramid and the trustees of the BBC Trust
(completely appointed by the Queen) are responsible for maintaining the
purposes of the BBC.

In this program, we point to the growing numbers of license fee payers who
refuse to pay the BBC due to scandals like the Jimmy Savile affair or the BBC

simply breaching all of its major obligations to the paying public, especially
independence and impartiality.

Our conclusion is that the license fee payers have valid reasons to refuse to

‘It has occurred almost without notice. While the U.S. continues to claim its foremost
world status as a democracy, since 9/11 it has shifted its model of government to
something far more concerning. This shift is instanced perfectly in a story that appeared
in very few of the news media outlets during the last week of July: two animal rights
activists were charged with “domestic terrorism” and jailed for freeing caged animals on
a fur farm and for vandalizing the property of the corporation that ran it. Federal law now
makes it a crime of terrorism to engage in acts that threaten the ability of a business or a
corporation to make a profit.’

This speaks directly to a shift that has occurred in the model of government on the federal
level, from what the lawyer and philosopher David Luban calls “the war model” to an even
more force-oriented model: what we will call “the terrorist model.” We will show the
structures of such a model by first defining “terrorism.” Then we can apply that definition to
U.S. actions and policies. This will allow us to see the shift in the governing model the U.S.
now uses, both abroad and domestically.

Terrorism

Definitions of terrorism are nearly as numerous and varied as are the writers of them. The
United States government alone has four official definitions of terrorism: Defense Department,
FBI, State Department, and U.S. Code. They are all similar, but different. The most detailed
definition, though, comes in the U.S. Code.

The official U.S. Code divides terrorism into two types: international and domestic. However,
the definition of each is precisely the same. Thus, according to Title 18, Part I, Chapter 113B,
“international terrorism” means activities that:

(A) involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal
laws of the United States or of any State;

(B) appear to be intended—

(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;

(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or

(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and

(C) occur primarily outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States, or transcend national
boundaries in terms of the means by which they are accomplished, the persons they appear
intended to intimidate or coerce, or the locale in which their perpetrators operate or seek asylum.

As might be expected, there are some problems with the U.S. definitions of terrorism. First, note
that by definition the U.S. government cannot be terrorist or engage in terrorist actions. Terrorism
is just what others do to the U.S. government. This raises the obvious question as to whether the
actions of a government such as the U.S. which fit these descriptions while fighting terrorism are
in reality and morally themselves terrorist, even if they have legally ruled out themselves as potentially
guilty of terrorist activities. If so, then there are a plethora of actions of the United States that could
rightfully be considered to be terrorism, such as the support of the Contras in Nicaragua, the attacks
on Grenada and Panama, both wars on Iraq (1991 and 2002), the invasion of Libya, and drone strikes.

The growing anti-Islam rhetoric in the United States underlines the need for further research into
the origin of the September 11, 2001 attacks, an American scholar and journalist in Wisconsin says.

In the most recent provocative stance against Islam, a US military professor has released a paper
calling on the United States to target critics of the so-called war on terror as well as Islamic holy sites.

Dr. Kevin Barrett argues that William Bradford has a philosophy similar to the Daesh terrorist group.

“He is using the same value system as ‘kill everybody who doesn’t agree with me’ as these lunatic
ISIL people,” said Barrett, a founding member of the Muslim-Jewish-Christian Alliance.

People like Bradford are “misrepresenting the current so-called war on terror as some kind of terrible
war of aggression by Muslims against the West,” he told Press TV on Saturday.

“This kind of hallucination is a good example of how the West has gone into absolute fear mode
post-9/11,” he noted. “In Bradford’s paper, he makes a lot out of 9/11. He uses 9/11 as his one
and only piece of evidence that there is some kind of offensive threat coming from the Islamic world.”

“This underlines the need for the very scholars, journalists and lawyers that he (Bradford) wants to
murder to stand up and speak the truth; that 9/11 was obviously an inside job,” Barrett added.

US officials assert that the attacks were carried out by al-Qaeda terrorists.

However, many experts have raised questions about the official account.

They believe that rogue elements within the US government orchestrated or at least encouraged the
9/11 attacks in order to accelerate the US war machine and advance the Zionist agenda.

Barrett argued that the 9/11 attacks were carried out through a "controlled demolition" technique by
placing explosive material inside the twin towers, causing the structures to collapse on themselves in
a matter of seconds.

The US military’s educational institutions have come under sharp criticism before for promoting the
idea of “total war” on Islam.

In 2012, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Martin Dempsey ordered the entire US military
to scour its training material to ensure it doesn’t contain anti-Islamic content.
