This recently was posted by "Educating Humanity". I've never seen anything like it: as if something was hiding behind a cloud with a huge reflective mirror or lense.
The info with it surmises HAARP, which at this point is as good an explanation as any. :confused:
Can anyone here identify the source of the flashing?

Personally I've witnessed a steady horizontal white bold lightbeam shoot out of a cloud for about twenty seconds or so. No further info to add.

I don't think this is fake, it looks extremely real. My best bet is that this is an intelligence that is in the works of spraying monoatomic gold into the atmosphere to restore our planet.

That is very cool and apparently that phenomenon has been observed for centuries so it can't be technology, at least not human.

I just read that in the comment section, I have no idea what that phenomenon actually is.
