I've had many interests of late and one of them in particular happens to be astral projection. This is a novice speaking, so to all of you Avalonions (heh) I have some questions in which I would humbly appreciate.
1. Is Astral Projection a subconscious act, meaning can I do it unknowingly. I've had numerous times, about once a month where I dream of the physical reality we know as everyday life and the events that happen within that dream are very lucid and tend to come true as time goes on, it does not scare me but it has happened too many times for me to call it a coincidence.
2. Is that even considered astral projection, if not, what is happening to me? I don't get much sleep due to my dreams, they are very real and often I do not enjoy them. When I fall asleep it is very deep and not long lived (around 3-5 hours), during those times I sometimes experience visions and subliminal messages that always catch my attention when I'm not expecting it (like deja vu on steroids) and it's always in the back of my mind when it happens, not like I'm thinking about it but everything in my mind points it out randomly and then I remember.
3. If I'm just some sort of lunatic are there any everyday exercises that CAN help me astral project? I'm a newbie when it comes to practicing these sort of things, I'm kind of a bookworm but I've now decided to quit learning from text and start experiencing. I'm not afraid and my intentions are very finite, I understand that everything I may experience should be open to interpretation and I offer no prejudice in this matter.
