I think we have to find a more all inclusive word for "Christ Love" (and I know that might be a "blasphemy" o.O?.. and not to be anti-Christian at all, quite the opposite!) ...but it just makes it sound so mutually exclusive and exhaustive when in fact this is not the case. There are many other cultures and beliefs around the world, that also embrace this universal principle of love and compassion... but sadly we are programmed to believe they don't... and it appears that this concept may not have even originated with Christ...
