2 - Your child has an excess of healthy, functioning brain cells.

3 - You need cash. The National Vaccine Injury Compensation program has paid out 2.8 billion dollars to parents of children injured or killed by vaccines.

4 - You and your spouse are feeling alienated and you need a crisis to bring you together.

5 - You believe that pharmaceutical conglomerates which earn billions from vaccines are more credible than consumer groups.

6 - You think thousands of parents who report that their children became autistic two weeks after vaccination are lying.

7 - You don't see a problem in logic when the government tells you that vaccines work, but that vaccinated children can catch diseases from unvaccinated children.

8 - You think the government should dictate which healing methods you and your children are allowed to use.

Of course your child is not deficient in any of the above mentioned. None of us are deficient in those. The idea is to get rid of them.

Even more damning evidence has surfaced proving that Big Pharma had their hands in the creation of the bill.

Another reason to operate outside statutory (Corporate Policy) interpretation... give up your benefits and figure out how to manage your Person (the legal corporate entity that was originally issued to you...) not as an identity (which it never was, and still isn't) but as the receipt and proof of your pledge of your energy to the state, and thus the reason why you don't own anything (because it's held in a trust via the public registration) but that also means you should be able to access it to offset the cost of things you might want for yourself... seeing as your whole lifetime of energy is in that pledge...

The Sacramento Bee is reporting (http://www.sacbee.com/news/politics-government/capitol-alert/article24913978.html) that State lawmakers behind bill SB277 (https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billNavClient.xhtml?bill_id=201520160SB277) have ties to the makers of vaccines. Pharmaceutical companies and their trade groups gave current members of the Legislature more than $2 million. Nine of the top 20 recipients of these funds are either members of the Senate health committee, or leaders who could influence the outcome of the bill, as well as push it through to law.

One senator, in particular, is also a doctor, Richard Pan, who received more than $95,000 in campaign cash. He also just happens to be the man who wrote the bill.
As if that weren’t bad enough, Big Pharma also donated more than $500,000 to outside campaign spending groups that helped some of these top nine individuals be elected to their current legislative positions.

Furthermore, pharmaceutical companies contributed nearly $3 million in additional cash to the 2013-2014 legislative session lobbying, among these representatives, the state pharmacists’ board, and other agencies – who could also sway the outcome of SB277 – for mandatory vaccines.

Dr. or Senator Pan, whichever title you choose, is an ‘industry insider’ with far-reaching influence. He has been a teaching faculty member at UC Davis Children’s Hospital, and served many organizations which determine medical funding.

While he has flip-flopped on the vaccine issue in the past, previously introducing a bill which would have required parents to get their doctor’s approval to refuse a vaccine for their child, he recently said that the Disney measles episode, argued by some to be a false flag, was reason enough to promote forced vaccinations ‘for public health.’

Thousands of people are now calling for the resignation of Dr. Pan for obvious conflict of interest, and a recall of the bill which caused massive protests in California before legislators voted it into law.

I thought I would throw in part of an article by Dr. Mercola regarding this topic. I found something in it that was really alarming. This legislation would prohibit non vaccinated people from attending any school and bar them from employment in the future. How is that for a picture perfect Orwellian dystopia!!! I really could not believe my eyes. What a classic example of problem -reaction- solution. This is the opportunity the government has been waiting for. Sending out feelers to see what we are willing to tolerate. Tow the line or become a virtual outcast. It is so creepy it makes me nauseated.

In 2012, then California Assemblyman Dr. Richard Pan (D-Sacramento)1 assured Californians that a bill he sponsored (AB2107) to increase child vaccination rates in the state would not remove parental rights to make vaccine choices for their children.

Now a state Senator, he's singing a different tune. This year he worked with attorney Senator Ben Allen (D-Santa Monica) to fast track a bill (SB277) through the state legislature

The bill would make it virtually impossible for California children to attend daycare or get a school education without receiving more than 40 doses of 10 federally recommended vaccines or filing a medical vaccine exemption granted by a medical doctor.

If the bill is made law, parents and their children will pay a hefty price. As Dr. Pan stated on his Facebook page2 on June 9:

"it is time for all state legislatures to step in... Yes, parents have the right to refuse vaccination for their children, but to protect other parents' and children's rights, these families must then accept the consequences of their decision: no admittance to public preschool, school, college, or workplace. [Emphasis mine]

That's right; unless you vaccinate your child, he or she will be denied a school education from preschool through college. You'll have no option but to homeschool.

And, it sounds like Dr. Pan is not going to be content with preventing children from getting an education but is also going to lobby to deny employment to adults unwilling to comply with federal vaccine recommendations.

How can this occur in America, "land of the free"? It is with a shudder I realize that my satirical April Fool's article, "US Government Rolls Out Mandatory Adult Vaccination and Tracking Program", is becoming more frighteningly real with each passing day.

Many of my readers were outraged after reading that satire piece. They didn't realize it was a joke until they read my disclaimer at the end of the article because it hit so close to the truth.

That really says something about the growing discomfort with and deteriorating faith in oppressive and ineffective public health policies and laws.

Where do we draw the line and say it is okay to violate one's sovereignty? Should we open up that can of worms and say we are all slaves owned by the state and they can do whatever the hell they want with their property, because that is how it is?

The Supreme Court Ruled back in 1795 that the government HAS NO JURISDICTION over the Natural Man when it stated:

“Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them.” S.C.R. 1795, (3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed. 57; 3 Dall. 54),

When did we as a nation turn over our natural rights to choose for ourselves what we can and cannot do with our own bodies, to an artificial person, a bankrupt administrative corporation run by executive orders from a bunch of banksters whose only interest is profit and control?

So, the vaccine issue is not so much a public health issue, although those who choose to vaccinate should have nothing to worry about from those who choose not to vaccinate, if vaccines actually work, but is an issue of individual sovereignty.

There are more and more statutes, rules, regulations, mandates, licenses, fees, and all manner of encroachment on the sovereignty of individuals. When do we say enough is enough?

There is never the need to give good reasons to rebuke Government arguments. Governments so often becomes corrupt and all their reasons for implementing measures are just excuses some insidious purposes. People should always be aware they are the master and if they don't want some policy they simply shout "We don't want no XXXX", without having to explain. They can say, "yes, we understand there is terrorism, there is 911, but we don't want these stupid security scans. This is an order, and you are my employee, Mr. Government!"

Taking the power from the governments is perhaps the most important thing for humankind in this new era, a necessity following awakening. The alternative is to allow humanity to fall back into another 2000 years of abyss.

Both my girls were born at home, and have never had vaccines. They are both grown adult women now, and are both healthy as can be, never get colds or flu's, and are smart and sharp as a whip. I'm glad I was able to make this choice for them, and I cringe at the thought that the emerging generation feels or knows so little about freedom and would submit to mandatory vaccinations.

It breaks my heart.

I was vaccinated as a child and I survived 24 years so far without having any side effects. ;) I think it's a good thing. And I'm shocked because some people can actually risk their child's life just to join the new "no vaccination" fad. Are they not happy with the choice of their own parents? Will they be able to forgive themselves when their child dies?

People who refrain from vaccinating their children do not do it because they've joined a "fad". They do it because they have educated themselves and know that the risks outweigh the potential benefits.

In Poland, you probably received one or two vaccinations as a child. In North America, they try to shoot dozens of vaccines into virtually newborns! There is a difference between what they used to do in Europe over 20 years ago and what they try to do now. Most of the vaccines administered now are not necessary.

I personally know people who have suffered greatly because of vaccines that were forced on them by the government. The worse case I personally know was, at the time, 28 years old. She became extremely ill within minutes of a flu shot and was paralyzed hours afterwards. She remains paralyzed and will be so for life! I know some cases of autism in children after vaccines, but I won't bother recounting those as pretty much everyone is acquainted with that kind of case scenario. Don't think I'm trying to convince you. I could not care less how you personally feel or what your beliefs are. I am merely stating what feels right for me.

If you'd like to defend vaccines, then that is your privilege. But I don't think you'll find much support on this thread.

The problem with the so called "vaccination science" is that it is not a science, it is based on fraudulent epid. studies whose source data is of restricted access and therefore impossible to verify or validate... in other words all these epid. studies are belief based (you have to believe the CDC or WHO because you can't check the data)... it is interesting to note that all biological studies have shown that vaccines are to be avoided and the only studies supporting vaccination are epid. (very easy to falsify and with data of restricted access). By the way polio has not gone away, it has simply be renamed aseptic meningitis, Acute Flaccid Paralysis (AFP), Guillain-Barre’ syndrome aka “French Polio”, traumatic neuritis, Reye’s syndrome, enteroviral encephalitis, transverse myelitis, poliomyelitis, ... (and most of these polio type diseases are vaccine induced)

In 2005 global vaccine sales were $10 billion. That number is expected to increase over four-fold by the end of 2015 to $41 billion according to the statistics portal Statista.

So, anti-vaxers are a minority.

In 2009-10, we had the great Swine Flu Scare, which boosted vaccine makers’ profits by even more billions. Britain's GlaxoSmithKline estimated a boost in vaccine sales by as much as $2 Billion dollars from its Swine Flu vaccine alone. Sanofi-Aventis estimated a 40% increase in vaccine sales in 2010.

And they're gunning for our kids:

Flu shot use has jumped from 20 million doses in 1990 to 113 million in 2009. That parallels the huge increase in childhood vaccinations. In 1984 there were 10 mandatory vaccinations for children from birth to age 6. By 2007 the number had grown to 36

Meanwhile, there have been no long term studies on vaccination safety for even single vaccines – much less the effects of so many combined vaccines. What Would I Do If Forced To Be Vaccinated Against My Consent?

by Dr. Ken O'Neal, ND, MD

(The Best Years in Life) The principal difference in this Forced Vaccination Protocol from the Immune System Booster Protocol is the intensity and amounts of supplements taken for a shorter period … say one week. If a vaccination were forced upon me or a family member, I would follow the suggested protocol below.

Forced Vaccination Protocol

This 7 day protocol for adults would depend on how many days notice one has; for example:

1. If I had two or three days of warning of a ‘forced vaccination’, I would immediately do a Therapeutic Liver Flush (see item 8) and also start taking Colloidal Silver in ¼ ounce servings every 4 hours for the first day. The second day, I would increase to ½ ounce servings every 4 hours. The third day, I would be consuming 1 ounce servings every 4 hours up until the time of vaccination. Immediately prior to the vaccination, I would consume 2- 8 ounces of silver, depending on body size. If the days of notice are reduced, I would simply eliminate the smaller quantities for the first days. (It is generally a good practice to consume Probiotics an hour or so after consuming larger quantities of silver to replenish the colon flora. Remember large quantities of silver may cause short-term flu-like symptoms (Herxheimer effect) or diarrhea. This generally lasts only a couple of days until the body is able to flush the bacterial or viral die-off caused by the silver. [Read “A Layman’s Guide to Using Colloidal Silver ”.]

2. Have a cold pack or an ice pack with you (in an ice chest in your car) for everyone being forced to take a vaccination and apply it to the injection site immediately to stop or slow immune response. (Get to your ice packs immediately after vaccination, do not linger to talk or anything else. If a vaccination is being forced on you, do not agree to pay for it and do not sign any kind of release or consent form. If they are claiming the right to force a vaccination on you, then they do not need you to agree to it by your signature, do they?)

3. Take four ounces of Colloidal Silver orally immediately after the vaccination and continue 3 times daily 8 hours apart e.g. 8am, 2pm and 8pm for at least 7 days. If you have any lung symptoms also nebulize 5ml of silver with 1-3 drops of Lobelia 3 times a day for 7 days.

4. Take full doses of IP6/Inositol ultra strength powder or Max 3 capsules twice daily in the morning and at bedtime on an empty stomach for 14-30 days.

5. Take ten tablets/capsules of Oral Systemic Enzymes on an empty stomach 3 times daily, first thing in the morning, mid afternoon and just before bedtime for at least 7 days.

6. Take 300mcg (micrograms) of a quality Selenium three times daily for at least 7 days. (See Chris Barr’s interview on selenium .)

7. If you are unable to get at least 30 minutes of sunshine daily (without a shirt or in tee shirt and shorts) you may want to supplement with up to 5000 I.U. daily of Vitamin D .

8. Again, a Therapeutic Liver Flush using the 2 day protocol of Epsom Salts, olive oil and grapefruit juice should also be used early in this 7 day protocol. If that protocol is too much or not convenient for you (you must stay inactive and near a toilet for 1-1/2 days), a 14 Day Liver Cleanse condensed into 7 days is better than nothing. Even a normal healthy liver may be overtaxed after a vaccination and especially after using doing intensive body cleanses as suggested in this protocol.

9. Eat nothing but fresh cantaloupe (organic if possible) for the first 24 hours after the vaccination; it is one of the better natural cellular cleansing foods.

10. Get as much rest and sleep as you need during this 7 days.

11. Drink fresh squeezed lemonade diluted with a distilled or carbon filtered water morning and evening for the duration which stimulates more bile production and detoxification.

12. As a further suggestion if you have a juicer or access to a health food store selling the ready made products, drink ½ cup (about 4 oz.) of parsley juice, ½ cup (about 4 oz.) of cilantro juice and 1 cup (about 8 oz.) of celery juice (all organic if possible).

Your post should not be deleted. It serves as an example of how most people who have not done proper research, think.

We have all been brain washed by our doctors and society at one point or another. Most people believe what they are told until they find something that shatters their belief systems.

Everyone is here to learn, as well as to teach. I hope you will learn much in your stay at Avalon. There is much to be learned in life and this is a good place to be right now.

I am one of the few that never had vaccinations as a child and I am never ill. Never. My children (all 7 of them) have had no vaccinations either and my 20 year old eldest Son is one of the most remarkable young men I have ever met. Again none of them are ever ill. No coughs, no colds or anything more serious thank God. I rest my small but not entirely insignificant side of the vaccination debate...

That's the problem in a nutshell. When I was vaccinated for polio it was one immunity per shot, and I was in fifth grade. Now a days, they load up newborns and babies with seven to nine vaccinations in one day, and each of those shots can contain multiple vaccinations.

In March 2011 Neil Z miller (3) wrote that in the USA more than 2,000 babies died after receiving pneumococcal and Hib vaccines and yet nothing whatsoever was done. He reported that whilst these vaccines were suspended in Japan after just four deaths, the news of over 2000 deaths in the USA was barely even reported. According to Miller Paul Offit had called the Japanese authorities foolish, saying that the babies probably died of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). In fact he passed their deaths off as anything he could, except the vaccines that is. Miller wrote:

According to Paul Offit, media spokesperson for the vaccine industry, “the Japanese Ministry of Health was foolish to suspend the Hib and pneumococcal programs.” Offit thinks the deaths were probably caused by SIDS, or underlying conditions, or another cause – anything except the vaccines. Often, children get sick and die by chance.

Actually, Paul Offit could be right, many of the vaccinated babies could be dying as a result of SIDS because in May 2011 an interesting article hit the internet by storm stating that a study published in the Journal of Human and Experimental Toxicology found that the countries that administered the highest number of vaccines during the first year of life experienced higher infant mortality rates. (4)

This is not new because studies have been stating that vaccines were causing children to die for many years.

The Pourcyrous study (5) was the first study to examine the impact of multi-vaccinations on the immature brain. It is clear from the results of this study that the more vaccines a child has, the larger impact the vaccines have on the child’s brain. Massroor Pourcyrous, MD, Sheldon B. Korones, MD, Kristopher L. Arheart PhD, Henrietta S. Bada, MD studied 239 preterm infants who were given either a single vaccine or multiple vaccines, their results are as follows:

Abnormal elevation of CRP level occurred in 85% of infants administered multiple vaccines and up to 70% of those given a single vaccine. Overall, 16% of infants had vaccine-associated cardiorespiratory events within 48 hours postimmunization. In logistic regression analysis, abnormal CRP values were associated with multiple vaccines (OR, 15.77; 95% CI 5.10-48.77) and severe intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) (OR, 2.28; 95% CI 1.02-5.13). Cardiorespiratory events were associated marginally with receipt of multiple injections (OR, 3.62; 95% CI 0.99-13.25) and significantly with gastroesophageal reflux (GER) (OR, 4.76; 95% CI 1.22-18.52).

This study has had so much impact that it has now being quoted in papers and books on adverse reactions to vaccines and SIDS worldwide.

As today saw the news that yet another vaccine is to be added to babies vaccine schedule, the Meningitis B vaccine (6), we to ask ourselves how many Stacy’s will it take before action is taken?

The story one could say, shows how thin the line is between life and death, the healthier baby survived, her twin did not.

I vaccinated my children and am thankful that nothing major went wrong. I was also was vaccinated as a child after my mother almost lost my sister to whooping cough. She was unvaccinated and had a very severe case of whooping cough. This scared my mom and I was vaccinated. My sister has far less colds and flus than I do and bounces back quickly after an illness. She has higher energy levels and stamina. She runs a daycare and seldom catches anything that is going around among the children.

I don't have time to look for the videos right now but Dr. Blaylock is a neurologist who speaks out against them, and fluoride as causing brain damage in all children, not just some. Apparently, after a child is vaccinated the brain swells in response to protect itself. Another video to be on the lookout for is that of a person who works for the vaccine industry and warns that vaccines are not as clean as they could be. He is not against the concept of vaccines but states that they are often contaminated, especially the flu vaccine. He states that this is because of the rushed production. He also explains that economically the vaccine industry makes a lot more profit from the flu vaccine because it potentially be paid for vaccinating an entire population, whereas the children that are vaccinated only make up a small percentage of the population as a whole. He thinks that regulations should be tightened up to clean the vaccines so they are not contaminated with bits of the medium that the viruses grow on (like parts of animals such as monkeys or eggs), and other chemicals.

Even if you do not feel that you have been damaged by vaccines, there is a doctor who is teaching that the early live polio vaccines (the sugar cube) were infected (apparently unknowingly) with monkey cancers. This may explain the high rate of cancer in the population.

Also Jane Burgermeister made a very good case for the unscrupulous use of the flu vaccine as a method of population control by having unethical companies putting live virus in the flu shot so that it spreads within a population. Maybe this is not happening all the time, but who is making sure that it doesn't?? Who is regulating the industry rRB88icknE8

Thank you, to everyone who has contributed on this thread, including the ones who are diametrically opposed to the thoughts expressed in the OP.

Vaccination has become a subject of great polarization, and I imagine it will continue to be so for a long time.

While I do believe vaccines were created to save lives, I am also aware that whenever something to help humanity has been discovered, TPB almost always seem to manage to turn such discoveries for their own profits and not for the betterment of humanity. And the uninformed fall into the trap. In my early twenties, I walked into a clinic to have a polio shot, although I'd already received one as a child. A number of people managed to scare me in making me believe that the childhood polio shot expires after a number of years and I should receive another one. I remember feeling ill for about 24 hours after that vaccine. Fortunately, the illness did not last.

Around 10 years ago, I became mysteriously and mystifyingly ill. After nearly a year of hospital tests and nothing was found, I qualified for an appointment with the Environmental Health Clinic. This clinic is run by very enlightened MDs. They recommend detoxification, filtered water, proper nutrition, good quality supplements, and just about everything that naturopaths recommend. These were some of the kindest and most understanding medical people I've ever met.

My first visit lasted four hours. I was asked more questions than I remember, but I do remember the first questions they asked. They were as follows:

1 - Did you suffer a major physical of emotional trauma shortly before you became ill? The answer was "no".

2 - Did you get a flu shot before you became ill? The answer was "no". And then I remembered years earlier when a friend of mine and his mother received a flu shot and they both became very ill and 2 weeks later were diagnosed with Epstein Barr. It seems that the vaccines were contaminated. A number of people were plagued with Epstein Barr after receiving a flu shot that year. My friend was incapable of functioning for one year; it took his mother two years to recover. But I was aware of the dangers of flu shots by then because I've known too many people who have experienced side effects that never went away and contributed to their early demises.

3 - How many vaccines have you received in your life? "Many!" I was vaccinated numerous times as a child, as a teenager and as young adult. I was informed that I should avoid vaccines in the future unless enforced by law! I really appreciated the knowledge and candidness of these wonderful MDs. They set me on the road to recovery, and although I have not fully recovered, and the factors for that, which I won't get into here, are many, I have become progressively better by following their protocols and doing my own research. I have taken my health into my own hands, and since then, my health has improved greatly and continues to do so.

For those of you who prefer to receive vaccines, I sincerely hope you will be the lucky ones who will not be affected. I wish this for you and your children.

It would not please me to learn that those of you who receive vaccines would experience ill side effects. I wish you all well. I say this from my heart.

And I'm shocked because some people can actually risk their child's life just to join the new "no vaccination" fad. Are they not happy with the choice of their own parents? Will they be able to forgive themselves when their child dies?

Lucky you, congratulations in that case. I have just the opposite story. Nearly all my life I've had chronic fatigue (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?71624-Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome-The-Deadly-Cycle), I suspect that it might have been caused both by vaccines and antibiotics, but of course I can't be 100 % sure. And no, I don't blame my parents, they didn't know any better and just tried to do their best and always have done in the best of their knowledge. I do also have different traits... and ways of thinking and being. Of course that could be genetic and also part of my character anyways. I am worried that so many children are getting so many potentially dangerous vaccines these days. I wish my nieces weren't vaccinated, but that was my brother and his partner's decision. Then again, they are perfectly fine and happy at the moment, but still I would seriously consider taking any vaccines. I know I certainly will not be ever taking any other vaccines, I'd rather take a bullet.

"The entire hard drive" was another short saying he had of it. "Erase the whole drive" These were all from the stark realization that there wasn't anything installed on his hard drive (his own head) that had been installed there as a benefit to him in any way shape or form. These words and others like them are the result of an awakening, that isn't the same as a slight change in stance on just a few things, but that absolutely everything in his mind, no matter the matter, was erroneous, misleading, not factual, and of no service to him what so ever.

It's hard to believe that so many people had conspired against him his entire life. That is hard for any of us to believe, and the only solace there is in that is that it is very likely most of the people doing these dis-services to him themselves did not know that they were even doing it, for, we do not live in a living world, we live in a dead world of words. Everyone everywhere today is not the master of something they themselves created, more often than not they were just born into a position that already existed, and their role has been just that: a role.

Playing a role is not living, it is a perfunctory response to life.

Long live the Awakening! Truly an idea who's time has come.

Well, according to this graph, there isn't even any evidence that vaccines ever did anything for any of us to begin with.

This is problematic, even to the ones who are in a position to profit from the continued proliferation of using vaccines.

Even if you yourself run a corp. that makes billions doing x, y or z, you're not going to remain unaffected by x, y and z.

The only certainty in this life, the only thing anyone has ever been able to prove to me beyond the shadow of any doubt, is that yes, I am going to someday die.

And then what happens?

Do I get to come back into a role similar to the one I just left?!?!?!?!?!

Good luck with that, for, Human embryo's are only susceptible to habitation for a very short period of time and only at the right time during their growth.

Anyway, I seem to have this uncanny ability to be at the right place at the right time, sometimes, we all do, and the more I allow these types of things to happen, yeah, the more they happen. I only ever saw 2 episodes of the show Game of Thrones, and right after watching the very first one I'd seen, I just happened to visit a friend on that night that that episode was airing for it's first appearance, and because of that episode I immediately began referring to it as Game of Loans.

Even "Royalty" had to go, with hat in hand, and sit on the cold stone bench of the iron bank.

It isn't people doing stupid/evil/greedy things, it is the written words of whatever organization they are in.

It all comes down to that answer right there.

And of course, the "conditions" that are attached to that money, is what has visualized into an organism that is digesting itself now. It is digesting it's home, it's resources, it's everything, all being cannibalized by itself.

This is the only place change is needed.

A turning away from (SERIOUSLY?!?!?!) centuries old means.

Conditions can be any. We have since learnt that this place is more than abundant enough to tolerate surplus everywhere. If the condition is that I need to see an improvement, then so be it, it doesn't matter. Wealth creation, here, can be done at will and there is no need to pillage, for, what exactly are you pillaging in the end? Yourself.

Wind you probably have this covered, but I am going to ask anyway... how are your iron levels?

They were actually too high when I first checked them years ago, then a couple years ago again they were just normal and I'm going to get more blood tests taken soon. Unfortunately the virus that is cfs (that's the theory) is not showing in the blood tests. I used to think that my problem lies in the thyroid & adrenal gland, but it's much more than that. Unfortunately western medicine has not been able to treat me that well, but with patience (and money I might say - which is a luxury I don't really have) I am able to get some treatments which might help. When it comes to vacciness and other "medicine" I just think they're being used way too overabundantly and I don't think it's safe, there are already too many unknown agents and stressors weakening people's immune systems.

Thanks, this looks valid indeed. Maybe the death toll declined because overall health improved a lot after the turn of the century. But that doesn't per say mean the vaccine is a hoax. It can still mean that people do still get seriously ill from the measles, but it isn't fatal to the majority anymore, only to the ones that have a very weak health due to other conditions.

yes, your right if the premise is 100% true that a vaccine can cause for instance something what they call "autism", because if it isn't 100% certain it is difficult to weigh out the 100% truth that for instance the measles, and all the other diseases, can potentially be very serious.

but anyone is the judge of that, of course.... personally I believe judges should weigh only the facts, not the uncertainties.

but say it is true, vaccines create 'autism'... to my knowledge vaccines contain a less aggressive version of a virus, that our immune system lets into our system, learns its signature and then kills, and with the learned signature stored with all the other signatures, it uses these signatures to don't let them in into our system anymore during one's lifespan to come. So the immune system then blocks the aggressive version of the virus that was of the same signature as the one in the vaccine.

Given this knowledge it is hard for me to grasp that viruses in a vaccine are different than all the other viruses that are around us all the time.

Someone else here brought up that reality where great profits are being made here. Billions of dollars are now involved with this process.

It would be nice and noble to believe that "we" only do things because "we" care about each other, but even if that were remotely possible in a world where everybody now gets recurring electric/phone/water/fuel/rent/mortgage/insurance/registration bills etc., those things would be things we just do for each other without regard for monetary exchange.

Maybe we should study the nature of what is called "autism" first, or ADHD, ADD, or many like them that are in the DSM Classification of psychological disorders.

First of all, many of them are cases of false generalization. Labeling children with certain personality traits as being "sick", or unfit for what we can "use" in "society", is a serious crime in itself, in my opinion.

For just ONE thing, diseases supposedly eliminated by vaccine were all already almost gone anyway especially due to increased sanitary conditions. In every case after specific vaccines were introduced, the symptoms under which doctors mandatory reports had to say were or weren't that disease constantly changed to cook the books to make vaccines look good.

I didn't vaccinate my child 20 years ago based on the scary data and serious questions already in the public domain. Strange, the world health organization shows plenty of deaths:

Numbers of officially reported measles cases have also dropped, from 520 102 cases in 2000 to 106 052 in 2012 (Fig. 3.4). The Democratic Republic of the Congo accounted for 68% of the cases reported in the Region in 2012. The percentage of eligible children given a first dose has improved from 56% to 73% between 2000 and 2012(according to the WHO and UNICEF estimates, Fig. 3.4), and in 2012, nine countries achieved measles vaccination coverage of 95%, while 15 had coverage of 90% or more.

Vitamin D supplementation was often curative for those bacterial diseases, and true vitamin A (retinol, not beta carotene) for viral diseases. Having held my proverbial breath for some summary judgment, on page 479 come the authors’ last words: “The reality . . . is that vaccinology, as portrayed to the public today, amounts to writing religion on the back of ignorance.”

A study just published in BMC Medicine (http://www.biomedcentral.com/1741-7015/13/146) by Santa Fe Institute Omidyar Fellows Ben Althouse and Sam Scarpino used algorithms to see what caused a resurgence of whooping cough (pertussis) in the U.S. and UK.

It has now been openly declared that the DTaP vaccine is causing the uptick in whooping cough.

Out of the hypotheses, asymptomatic shedding was the final detectable problem. However, the authors have more to say on it, some of which sounds very contradictory coming from researchers who have proven that the mechanism of the acellular DTaP is, in part responsible for the spread of a dangerous bacterium.

Highlights, and this writer's observations:

Researchers hypothesize 4 causes of whooping cough (pertussis) resurgence, zeroing in on low vaccine coverage and unvaccinated populations, failure of vaccine, microbial resistance, and asymptomatic shedding from newer, acellular vaccines.

Vaccinating individuals in close contact with infants too young to receive the vaccine (“cocooning” unvaccinated children) may be ineffective and prove negative.

It isn't really explained how asymptomatic transmission accounts for infecting the vaccinated population and why even more vaccine coverage would help...

Authors claim that before a new vaccine is ready for clinical use, other options are necessary for reducing incidence, including vaccination of pregnant women

According to Science Daily's assessment (http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2015/06/150624071018.htm) which focuses on "anti-vaccine" sentiment, the authors vigorously want higher DTaP rates regardless, and present the information for policy and vaccine makers. Other outlets have implicated that a demand for safer vaccines in the 1990s caused the problem, but they dismiss death and injury associated with previous whole-cell vaccines. The burden of safety is to be on the manufacturers.

In the end, more vaccination is called for despite the admission that whooping cough is being spread by the vaccine.

The authors reveal that a newer model of the vaccine is in the pipeline. Just as before, the only time any fault is admitted on the part of a vaccine, there's another one ready. Yet, lack of vaccination rates will always be the focal point even when the vaccine is shown to spread that very disease - in the vaccinated population no less...

Background
The recent increase in whooping cough incidence (primarily caused by Bordetella pertussis) presents a challenge to both public health practitioners and scientists trying to understand the mechanisms behind its resurgence. Methods
Using wavelet analyses of B. pertussis incidence in the United States (US) and United Kingdom (UK) and a phylodynamic analysis of 36 clinical B. pertussis isolates from the US, we find evidence in support of asymptomatic transmission of B. pertussis. Next, we examine the clinical, public health, and epidemiological consequences of asymptomatic B. pertussis transmission using a mathematical model.

We find that:
1) the timing of changes in age-specific attack rates observed in the US and UK are consistent with asymptomatic transmission;

2) the phylodynamic analysis of the US sequences indicates more genetic diversity in the overall bacterial population than would be suggested by the observed number of infections, a pattern expected with asymptomatic transmission;

3) asymptomatic infections can bias assessments of vaccine efficacy based on observations of B. pertussis-free weeks;

4) asymptomatic transmission can account for the observed increase in B. pertussis incidence; and

5) vaccinating individuals in close contact with infants too young to receive the vaccine (“cocooning” unvaccinated children) may be ineffective. Conclusions [emphasis added by H.C.]
Although a clear role for the previously suggested mechanisms still exists, asymptomatic transmission is the most parsimonious explanation for many of the observations surrounding the resurgence of B. pertussis in the US and UK. These results have important implications for B. pertussis vaccination policy and present a complicated scenario for achieving herd immunity and B. pertussis eradication.

That there has been a rise in whooping cough incidence in many countries around the globe is irrefutable. The findings presented in Warfel et al., in conjunction with ours, have profound implications for the understanding of B. pertussis transmission dynamics and for vaccination policy. Clearly, more research is necessary, but if our results hold, public health authorities may be facing a situation similar to that of polio, where vaccinated individuals can still transmit infection [68 (http://www.biomedcentral.com/1741-7015/13/146#B68)]. This suggests further modifications of recommendations to clinicians for protecting unvaccinated children [69 (http://www.biomedcentral.com/1741-7015/13/146#B69)] and ensuring that aP coverage remains high. Our results on the potential surveillance bias associated with B. pertussis incidence highlight a critical need for population-wide serological surveys to detect recent infection, studies to examine the genetic diversity of the B. pertussisbacterium, more detailed studies of the incidence rate in unvaccinated individuals, and increased active surveillance of attenuated symptomatic B. pertussis infections. In light of current evidence and our results, we cannot dismiss the potential far-reaching epidemiological consequences of asymptomatic transmission of B. pertussis and an ineffective B. pertussis vaccine.

No, the idea is that vaccines are bad and are only geared toward making profit appears to be the general consensus of this forum. To say that disease only affects countries with poor hygiene is not true. To show cold climate areas have less food poisoning cases would be argued that they are a more hygienically clean people when there is simply a less hospitable environment for bacteria (or disease for that matter) to thrive.

I am not saying that vaccines are a cure-all without possible consequences, but everyone gets into a major uproar about one study done that showed vaccines are the cause of many evils. But what people tend to forget is the doctor lost his license for falsifying his data which was gathered at the request of lawyers to sue the pharmaceutical industry to make money, but still so many people want it to be true that they keep spouting that vaccines have been proven to be the root of all evil.

What is the ratio of studies that show vaccines cause autism? Here's the findings of 10 studies (https://www.autismspeaks.org/science/science-news/new-meta-analysis-confirms-no-association-between-vaccines-and-autism) covering over 1.2 million children that says it is not. The only study of which I'm aware that states it is, was by the doctor that lost his license for falsifying data.

The argument whether vaccines work or don't work, is not corroborated. I am not looking at their efficacy, I am looking at what is in them.

Vaccines contain live virus, bovine sera or other animal sera, Thimerosal (MERCURY), casein and gelatin, phosphate, formaldehyde, ammonium sulfate, washed sheep red blood cells, glycerol, sodium chloride, porcine (PIG) pancreatic hydrolsate, aluminum hydroxide, aluminum phosphate, hydrolized gelatin, polio virus, phenoxyethanol, neomycin, streptomycin, polymixin B, and glutamate. The live viruses are cultured in petri dishes from animal parts and kept alive with the adjuvants. You are introducing live viruses into your body.

These ingredients, if you do the research on them, are toxic. I am choosing NOT to put these toxic ingredients in my body, and I want to retain that choice without being told that I must, for some health idea which is not corroborated, and has a better chance of being deliberate. I'm playing the odds in my favor, since the vaccine debate is fraught with so much disinfo and bad science.

If a newborn receives the colostrum from the mother and is given adequate sustenance, to where the immune system is left to develop naturally on it's own, it does not need to be stimulated by harmful viruses in order for it to work properly. If our systems were fed adequate vitamins and minerals and we were not compromised by a food supply which is inadequate, we would not need the pharmaceutical industry to create live viruses in petri dishes and keep them alive with toxic mercury adjuvants and inject these toxins into our systems to stimulate a compromised immune system to function properly.

I'm telling you, my kids were never vaccinated and they never get sick. An immune system left to develop on its own without compromise works just fine. If you find this testimony anecdotal, then that is your prerogative. Go ahead and get vaccinated, just don't tell me that I have to or that my kids have to in order to go to school.

I understand your frustration regarding toxic vaccines, hidden agendas and so on. But it's the same with fluoride in water. Is not the water that is bad... The vaccines by themselves are a noble and compassionate idea. How this idea got twisted and perverted it's another story.

Waves, I wasn't aware that the study wasn't available for the public. I get access as I'm doing post graduate study. It's far from being an isolated high level body of evidence though. Surely you must realise the weight of evidence heavily and I mean HEAVILY favours vaccines. If you don't, then stop limiting your literature or web searches to hypothesises that attempt to validate your preconcieved ideas. There's more rubbish studies out there riddled with all kinds of bias then good ones.

The argument about compulsory vaccination is a different story all together. Not exactly sure how I feel about making vaccinations compulsory. Thankfully, it hasn't been necessary to this point in Australia....but now they are virtually forcing parents or risk all sorts of penalties including refusing their education. Can't say that sits with me well at all.

Anyway, this topic tends to just frustrate me as the arguments become circular. Herve, and all of those that are heavily invested in this issue, I know where you stand, I respect that stance, I just can't agree with it. In this instance I'm with the masses in the scientific and general community.

Outhere's meta-analysis is just one of several high quality studies showing zero link between autism and vaccines. The fact you guys keep bringing up Wakefield's small case series of serously questionable data as one of your (anti-vaccinators) flag ship arguments really speaks volumes. I've read through the other studies listed and they are so rife with poor research methods, confounders and leaps of faith that I no longer lose much sleep over my children's vaccination schedules.

If you guys invested as much time looking at both sides of this issue and you knew how to interpret scientific studies there's simply no argument.

the problem is that most people (MD included) are scientific illiterate: they don't read the scientific literature and incapable of differentiating good (unbiased) science and bad (fraudulent) science

You need to ask yourself why there is not a single double blind study comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated (except in DOGS where the outcome shows that vaccines turn your own immune system against yourself)

In the past few years more professionals have come forward to share a truth that, for many people, proves difficult to swallow.

One such authority is Dr. Richard Horton, the current editor-in-chief of the Lancet – considered to be one of the most well respected peer-reviewed medical journals in the world.

Dr. Horton recently published a statement declaring that a lot of published research is in fact unreliable at best, if not completely false.

“The case against science is straightforward: much of the scientific literature, perhaps half, may simply be untrue. This is quite distrubing, given the fact that all of these studies (which are industry sponsored) are used to develop drugs/vaccines to supposedly help people, train medical staff, educate medical students and more.

It’s common for many to dismiss a lot of great work by experts and researchers at various institutions around the globe which isn’t “peer-reviewed” and doesn’t appear in a “credible” medical journal, but as we can see, “peer-reviewed” doesn’t really mean much anymore. “Credible” medical journals continue to lose their tenability in the eyes of experts and employees of the journals themselves, like Dr. Horton.

He also went on to call himself out in a sense, stating that journal editors aid and abet the worst behaviours, that the amount of bad research is alarming, that data is sculpted to fit a preferred theory. He goes on to observe that important confirmations are often rejected and little is done to correct bad practices. What’s worse, much of what goes on could even be considered borderline misconduct.

Dr. Marcia Angell, a physician and longtime Editor in Chief of the New England Medical Journal (NEMJ), which is considered to another one of the most prestigious peer-reviewed medical journals in the world, makes her view of the subject quite plain:

“It is simply no longer possible to believe much of the clinical research that is published, or to rely on the judgment of trusted physicians or authoritative medical guidelines. I take no pleasure in this conclusion, which I reached slowly and reluctantly over my two decades as an editor of the New England Journal of Medicine” (source)

I apologize if you have seen it before in my articles, but it is quite the statement, and it comes from someone who also held a position similiar to Dr. Horton.

There is much more than anecdotal evidence to support these claims, however, including documents obtained by Lucija Tomljenovic, PhD, from the Neural Dynamics Research Group in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of British Columbia, which reveal that vaccine manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and health authorities have known about multiple dangers associated with vaccines but chose to withhold them from the public. This is just one of many examples, and alludes to one point Dr. Horton is referring to, the ommision of data. For the sake of time, I encourage you to do your own research on this subject. I just wanted to provide some food for thought about something that is not often considered when it comes to medical research, and the resulting products and theories which are then sold to us based on that research.

It’s truly a remarkable time to be alive. Over the course of human history, our planet has experienced multiple paradigm shifting realizations, all of which were met with harsh resistence at the time of their revelation. One great example is when we realized the Earth was not flat.

Today, we are seeing these kinds of revelatory shifts in thinking happen in multiple spheres, all at one time. It can seem overwhelming for those who are paying attention, especially given the fact that a lot of these ideas go against current belief systems. There will always be resistance to new information which does not fit into the current framework, regardless of how reasonable (or factual) that information might be."

What do you tell a mother who has just spent 26 nights in a row with her young child in pain, and has not slept for weeks, is haggard and at her wits end? Do you just tell her that there is no proof? Do you tell her that the incidence of autism and the resultant intestinal collapse is coincidental and she should just go home and live with it?

I'm 62 years on this planet in this incarnation, and I do not recall any incidence of childhood disease with my peers when I was growing up. We drank out of water hoses, ate dirt and got lots of cuts and scrapes, since we actually got to play outside. Nowadays, you can't go anywhere without hearing about the latest child who has this or that catastrophic malady, or major disease.

Many of my peers are now dying in their mid sixties, and many others are losing their teeth, and are facing catastrophic illness. This cacophony of disease is now across all spectrum's of our society and is not isolated to those who are 80 years or older. Too many people in their 30's dying of cancer for me to look the other way and NOT dig deep into allopathic history and the pharmaceutical industry. I smell a rat, period.

It's our children who cannot speak for themselves and it is the children for whom I weep. It is our children for whom we must stand up and advocate, as they are the future of mankind, our legacy. Why is it that when I was growing up we had but one MMR at about age 6 when we started school, and that was it? Why is it that a newborn cannot even leave the hospital without some vaccine, and children have an additional 36 vaccines?

Don't tell me that pumping toxins into an infant, whose immune system and blood brain barrier is developing, can withstand such a toxic onslaught and not be affected.

I call bullsh!t on that. PERIOD!

What happened when a UK doctor appeared as an expert witness to help two mothers prove in court that their children didn’t need to be vaccinated?

A 3 year court case against the British General Medical Council that ended with the doctor accused having all allegations dropped.

Dr. Jayne Donegan, a UK GP, has lived a most fascinating story. It began with her originally being a very strong advocate for vaccinations, but fast forward quite a few years later, and she now not only speaks out against the dangers of vaccinations, but ended up being taken to the General Medical Council with some pretty serious claims by them regarding her professionalism.

After a few stressful years in court against them, Dr. Donegan won her case. But chances are, this is the first you’re hearing of it.

In order for you to get the full account of what happened, it’s best to read her full story. Dr. Donegan gave me her permission to use her account below:

Dr. Jayne Donegan’s Story
Having trained as a conventional medical doctor, qualifying from St. Mary’s Hospital Medical School, University of London, in 1983, all of my undergraduate teaching and postgraduate experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Family Planning, Child Health, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine and General Practice led me to be a strong supporter of the Universal Childhood Vaccination Program. Indeed, I used to counsel parents in the 1980s who didn’t want to vaccinate their children against whooping cough – which was regarded as the ‘problematic’ vaccine in those days.

I used to tell them that there were, indeed, adverse reactions, associated with the vaccine – I was not one of those doctors who would gloss over such unpleasant details – but that we doctors were told that the adverse reactions that might occur after the pertussis vaccine were at least ten times less likely than the chance of getting complications from having the disease, and that, essentially, the point of giving their child the vaccine was to prevent them from getting the disease.

I Used To Think Parent’s Who Don’t Vaccinate Were Either Ignorant or Sociopathic
Indeed, I used to think that parents who didn’t want to vaccinate their children were either ignorant, or sociopathic. I believe that view is not uncommon among doctors today. Why did I have this attitude? Well, throughout my medical training I was taught that the people who used to die in their thousands or hundreds of thousands from diseases like diphtheria, whooping cough and measles – diseases for which there are vaccines – stopped dying because of the introduction of vaccines.

At the same time, I was taught that diseases like typhus, cholera, rheumatic and scarlet fever – for which there are no vaccines – stopped killing people because of improvements in social conditions. It would have been a logical progression to have asked myself why, if social conditions improved the health of the population with respect to some diseases, would they not improve their health with regard to them all, but the amount of information that you are required to absorb during medical training is so huge that you just tend to take it as read and not make the connections that might be obvious to someone else.

It was a received article of faith for me and my contemporaries that vaccination was the single most useful health intervention that had ever been introduced, and when my children were born in 1991 and 1993 I unquestioningly – well, that is to say, I thought it was with full knowledge backed up by all my medical training – had them vaccinated, up as far as MMR, because that was the right thing to do. I even let my 4-week-old daughter be injected with an out-of-date BGC vaccine at a public health clinic.

Out Of Date BCG Vaccine Injured My Child
I noticed (force of habit – I automatically scan vials for drug name, batch number and expiry date) that the vaccine was out of date and said, “Oh, excuse me, it looks like it’s out of date,” and the doctor answered matter-of-factly, “Oh don’t worry, that’s why the clinic was delayed for an hour – we were just checking that it was OK to give it, and it is,” and I said, “OK,” and let her inject it… my poor daughter had a terrible reaction, but I was so convinced that it was all for the best that I carried on with all the rest of them at 2, 3 and 4 months.

No Evidence Of Measles Epidemic
That is where I was coming from – even my interest in homeopathy didn’t dent my enthusiasm for vaccines; so far as I could see, it was the same process – give a small dose of something and it makes you immune – no conflict. So what happened? In 1994 there was the Measles Rubella Campaign in which 7 million schoolchildren were vaccinated against measles and rubella. The Chief Medical Officer sent out letters to all GPs, pharmacists, nursing officers and other healthcare staff, telling us that there was going to be an epidemic of measles.

The evidence for this epidemic was not published at the time. In later years it seems that it was predicted by a complicated mathematical model based on estimates and so might never have been going to occur at all. We were told, “Everybody who has had one dose of the vaccine will not necessarily be protected when the epidemic comes. So they need another one.” “Well, that’s OK,” I thought, “because we know that none of the vaccines are 100percent effective.”

Alarm Bells: Now Three MMR’s Were Needed?
What did worry me, however, was when they said that even those who had had two doses of measles vaccine would not necessarily be protected when the epidemic came and that they needed a third. You may not remember, but in those days there was only one measles vaccine in the schedule. It was a live virus vaccine, so it was like coming in contact with the wild virus, just changed slightly to make it safer and leading to immunity. Since then, of course, the pre-school dose has been added because one dose didn’t work, but in those days there was just “one shot for life.”

And now we were being told that even two shots of a “one shot” vaccine would not protect people when the epidemic came. At this point I began to ask myself, “Why have I been telling all these parents that vaccines are safer than getting the disease and that basically, having the vaccine will stop their children getting the disease – with the risk of complications – it’s not 100 percent, but that’s basically what they’re designed to do – when it seems that they can be vaccinated, have whatever adverse reactions are associated with the vaccine, and still get the disease with whatever complications may be associated with that, even when they’ve had two doses of the “one shot” vaccine? So what was the point? This doesn’t seem right.”

If you are wondering how come anyone would have had two doses of the “one shot vaccine,” it is because when the MMR was introduced in 1988, many children had already been vaccinated against measles, but we were told that we should give them the MMR anyway as it would “protect them against mumps and rubella and boost their measles immunity.” We were also told that the best way of vaccinating was en masse, because this would “break the chain of transmission.” So I thought, “I wonder why we vaccinate all these small babies at 2, 3 and 4 months? Why don’t we just wait two or three years and then vaccinate everyone who has been born in the meantime, and ‘break the chain of transmission’.”

Things Just Didn’t Add Up
So some things just didn’t seem to quite add up. However, it is very hard to start seriously questioning whether or not vaccination is anything other than safe and effective, especially when it is something that you have been taught to believe in so strongly. The more medically qualified you are, the more difficult it is, as in some ways the more brainwashed you are. It’s not easy, or at least it wasn’t then, to start going down a path that might lead you in the opposite direction to all your colleagues and the healthcare system in which you work. I read some books that could be described as “anti-vaccination.”

They contained graphs showing that the majority of the decrease in deaths from and incidence of the infectious diseases for which we have vaccines occurred before the vaccines were introduced in the 1950s and 60s, for example with whooping cough, and in the late 1960s with measles. I decided that I couldn’t just accept what these books were telling me, especially as the message was the opposite to what I had learned up until now. I needed to do some research. The graphs in my textbooks and the Department of Health Immunization Handbook (the Green Book) appeared to show that the introduction of vaccines caused precipitous falls in deaths from vaccinatable diseases.

Collating My Own Vaccine Charts – Why Was It so Hard To Obtain The Information?
I decided that if I were going to seriously question what I’d been taught at medical school and by my professors, I would have go and get the real data for myself. Accordingly, I called the Office for National Statistics (ONS) and asked them to send me the graphs of deaths from the diseases against which we vaccinate from the middle of the nineteenth century, when we started keeping records, until now.

They said, “We don’t have them – except for smallpox and TB; we suggest you try the Department of Health.’” Which I did. They didn’t have graphs from the nineteenth or early twentieth century either. They said, “You’d better try the Office for National Statistics.” “I’ve already tried them,” I said. “They were the ones who advised me to contact you.” It seems to be getting rather circular, so I called up the ONS once again and told them my problem. “Well,” they said, “we have all the books here from when the Registrar General started taking returns of deaths from infectious diseases in 1837; you can come along and look at them if you like.” There was nothing for it.

I had to go the Office for National Statistics (ONS) in Pimlico, London, with my two young children aged 6 and 4 in tow, to extract the information myself. The girls were very good – they were used to traveling/following me around – and the library staff were very nice; they kindly gave my daughters orange juice to drink, and paper and crayons to draw with and amuse themselves, while I pulled out all the mothy old books from 1837 until 1900, after which, thankfully, there was a CD ROM that could be bought at vast expense and taken home.

It was the most user-unfriendly piece of data storage that I have ever come across, but it was better than having to physically be there day after day. So I went home with all my notes and the CD Rom and eventually produced my own graphs. I was startled to find that they were similar to the graphs in some of the books that I had recently read.

I was astonished and not a little perturbed to find that when you draw a graph of the death rate from whooping cough that starts in the mid nineteenth century, you can clearly see that at least 99 percent of the people who used to die of whooping cough in the nineteenth and early twentieth century had stopped dying before the vaccine against whooping cough was introduced, initially in the 1950s and universally in the 1960s.

I also realized that the reason the Department of Health’s graphs made the vaccine appear so effective was because they didn’t start until the 1940s when most of the improvements in health had already occurred, and this was before even antibiotics were generally available. If you selected only deaths in under-15-year-olds, the drop was even more dramatic – by the time whooping cough vaccine was part of the universal immunization schedule in the early 1960s all the hard work had been done.

Department of Health’s Own Charts: Not A Good Way Of Showing Changes in Mortality and Disease
I now began to realize that graphs such as those featured in the Department of Health Green Book were not a good or clear way of showing the changes in mortality (death) and morbidity (incidence of disease) that occurred before and after vaccination was introduced against these diseases.

Measles is similar: the Department of Health Green Book features a graph that does not start until the 1940s. There appears to be great drop in the number of cases after the measles vaccine was introduced in 1968, but looking at a graph which goes back to the 1900s you can see that the death rate – death being the worst-case complication of a disease – had dropped by 99 percent by the time the vaccine was put on the schedule.

100% Decline In Measles Deaths Three Years Before Vaccine Was Introduced
Looking specifically at under-15-year-olds, it is possible to see that there was a virtual 100 percent decline in deaths from measles between 1905 and 1965 – three years before the measles vaccine was introduced in the UK. In the late 1990s there was an advertisement for MMR which featured a baby in nappies sitting on the edge of a cliff with a lion prowling on the other side and a voice-over saying, “No loving parent would deliberately leave their baby unprotected and in danger.”

I think it would have been more scientific to have put one of the graphs using information from the ONS in the advert – then parents would have had a greater chance of making an informed choice, rather than being coerced by fear. When you visit your GP or Health Visitor to discuss the vaccination issue, and you come away feeling scared, this is because you are picking up how they feel.

If all you have is the “medical model” for disease and health, all you know is that there is a hostile world out there and if you don’t have vaccines, antibiotics and 100 percent bactericidal hand-wash, you will have no defense at all against all those germs with which you and your children are surrounded. Your child may be OK when they get the measles, but you can never tell when disaster will strike, and they may be left disabled or dead by the random hand of fate.

Health comes from nutrition plus other common sense measures
Health Is the Only Immunity
I was like that myself, and when the awful realization began to dawn on me that vaccines weren’t all they were cracked up to be, I started looking in a panic for some other way of protecting my children and myself – some other magic bullet. My long, slow journey researching the vaccination disease ecology involved learning about other models and philosophies of health and the gradual realization that it was true what people had told me all along, that “health is the only immunity.”

We don’t need to be protected from “out there.” We get infectious diseases when our body needs to have a periodic clean-out. Children especially benefit from childhood spotty rashes, or “ex anthems” as they are called, in order to make appropriate developmental leaps. When we have fevers, coughs, rashes, we need to treat them supportively, not suppressively.

Standard Medical Treatment Suppresses Symptoms And Causes The Most Harm
In my experience, the worst complications of childhood infections are caused by standard medical treatment which involves suppressing all the symptoms. What is the biggest obstacle to doctors even entertaining the possibility that the Universal Childhood Vaccination Program may not be the unmitigated success that it is portrayed to be? Or that there may be other ways of achieving health that are better and longer lasting? Possibly it is the fear of stepping out of line and being seen to be different – with all the consequences that this can entail, as I know from personal experience.

As George Bernard Shaw says in his preface to “The Doctor’s Dilemma,” 1906 :

Doctors are just like other Englishmen: most of them have no honor and no conscience: what they commonly mistake for these is sentimentality and an intense dread of doing anything that everybody else does not do, or omitting to do anything that everybody else does.

The British General Medical Council Court Case
Here is some very interesting information regarding Dr. Donegan, and why her authority on vaccines should be paid attention to, simply because the medical world actually did. In 2002 Dr. Donegan went to the High Court, as she was involved in a case where two mothers were fighting their ex-partners about their children’s vaccinations. The mothers did not want them to be given to their children – under any circumstances – for fear of causing irreversible harm, but the fathers did, so a controversial court case ensued.

Dr. Donegan had been writing and speaking publicly about vaccinations and natural ways of keeping children healthy so she was asked to be an expert witness by the two mothers. Dr. Donegan gave her professional opinion that the safety and efficacy of vaccines has not been well studied and that there were other ways of achieving health than vaccination for these children.

The case proved very long and extremely stressful. At times it was under very unfair circumstances where she would be given hardly any time to get documents together, despite the opposition having double the time to prepare theirs.

Junk Science Accusation

Due to the information she was providing in court (which went straight against the typical mainstream medical advice), the Appeal Judges called her evidence “Junk Science” and the GMC (General Medical Council) – the organization that regulates doctors and tells them how to practice – targeted the doctor herself.

Dr. Donegan ended up being accused of “serious professional misconduct” which could have eventually ended her entire medical career. They served her official papers in 2004, but it took three long years of writing reports and going through hundreds of medical documents and studies before the case was finally heard in 2007. The allegations are below:

“That you (Dr. Donegan):
6a. Gave false and/ or misleading impressions of the research which you relied upon, 6b. Quoted selectively from research, reports and publications and omitted relevant information, 6c. Allowed your deeply held views on the subject of immunisation to overrule your duty to the court and to the litigants, 6d. Failed to present an objective, independent and unbiased view;
7. Your actions in head 6. above were, 7a. Misleading, 7b. In direct contravention to your duty as an expert witness; unprofessional, 7c. Likely to bring the profession into disrepute; And that in relation to the facts alleged by you have been guilty of serious professional misconduct.”
As I am sure you can appreciate reading this, these allegations were incredibly serious. They basically said that the testimony Dr. Donegan provided in court was made up, that she was giving harmful advice, which could damage the entire medical profession and had allowed her personal views to come into the case.

Over the next three years Dr. Donegan had to prepare her defense, answer letters, go through stacks of evidence and collate documents which made it very difficult to look after her family or carry on her professional life as a doctor. She also had to cope with having her legal team withdraw from the case, six weeks before she was originally due in court.

Scientific “Proof”: Very Different From “Proof” In A Court Of Law
Dr. Donegan then managed to find Mr. Clifford Miller, a lawyer who was exceptionally well-read on the subject of vaccination. Not only was Mr. Miller very good with the law, he was also a scientist, having attained a BSc in physics. He had an in-depth knowledge of the scientific method, what constitutes scientific “proof,” and how this is very different from what is accepted as “proof” in a court of law.

Dr Donegan and Mr Miller, were very careful of using only medical journal reports and studies as their evidence to support what they were saying. This is very important to remember.

They only used information from respected medical sources.

This case had started out with almost impossible odds, yet after almost three years of legal wrangling and a three-week hearing by the GMC panel in Manchester, the GMC came to this conclusion:

The Panel were sure that at no stage did you allow any views that you held to overrule your duty to the court and to the litigants.
You demonstrated to the Panel that your reports did not derive from your deeply held views and your evidence supported this. You explained to the Panel that your approach in your report was to provide the court with an alternative view based on the material you produced in your references. That material was largely drawn from publications that were in fact in favor of immunisation.
It was clear from your evidence and the evidence of your witness that your aim is to direct parents to sources of information about immunisation and child health safety to help them to make informed choices.
You told us that there are many books by doctors and others in this and other countries who seriously question vaccination and they cite a lot of history, proofs, and medical papers to support their arguments. You did not use any of those publications because you did not think that the GMC would regard those as satisfactory support or references for your recommendations. You largely used what was available in refereed medical journals.
The Panel is sure that in the reports you provided you did not fail to be objective, independent, and unbiased.
Accordingly, the Panel found that you are not guilty of serious professional misconduct.
The case between Dr. Donegan and the GMC was very much like that of David and Goliath, and was another rare example of David actually winning.

GMC Agreed: Children Do Not Need Vaccines To Be Healthy
I would like you to have a really serious think about this trial – the claims that were made – the eventual outcome and what it might mean about the entire vaccine industry:

Dr. Donegan was called upon as a witness to provide evidence that children do not need vaccines to be healthy and that many are unnecessary and unsafe.
This brought unwanted attention to her from the British General Medical Council who then took her to court.
During this 3 year trial, she presented her evidence against a very tough opposition involving many QCs and a very expensive legal team, yet Dr. Donegan and her much smaller team WON the case.
What do you think it means about the evidence she provided and the fact that this medical council could not prove her wrong?
What does this cause you to think about vaccines now?
And what does it make you think about the actual science when presented in a court of law?
Case Results Kept Quiet In The Media
This shocking outcome with its unlikely win – surprise surprise, never really made it into the media. It should have been on every front page of each newspaper in the world, but of course it wasn’t. With the media being owned/funded by Pharmaceutical companies who have the ability to put pressure on Governments to do what they want, it’s no wonder this landmark win was kept out of the publics view.

When Dr. Donegan was first accused of serious professional misconduct it did of course make it into the papers, but after she won, there was hardly any media attention at all. Yet wouldn’t you think the public deserves to know this outcome? Wouldn’t you have liked to know about this? Wouldn’t you also like to know about the dirty tactics used in court against Dr. Donegan?

Dr. Donegan was asked after her GMC enquiry ended, what had she learned from this experience:

Perhaps it is that if a parent says, “I’m worried about the safety of vaccination,” they are told, “You don’t understand, you’re not a doctor.” However if a doctor says, “I’m worried about the safety of vaccination,” they are told, “We’re charging you with serious professional misconduct… “

... which indicates that by the time vaccinations became profitable, measles had long ceased to be a major problem due to better hygiene and nutrition.

I went to put out the garbage a while earlier and ran into a neighbor who is your typical unenlightened individual who believes in Western medicine only. In her opinion, if Western medicine cannot cure a disease, it is because a cure doesn't exist. Alternative cures are bogus, and that's all there's to it. We live on the same floor, so I invited her in for coffee and to look at this graph. The conversation went something like this:

I: what does this graph tell you?

She: that vaccines ended deaths from measles.

I: what else?

She: that there used to be a lot of deaths before the measles vaccine.

I: do you see that deaths from measles had greatly decreased before the vaccines were introduced?

She: yes, but they hadn't ended.

I: don't you think they might have ended on their own, without the vaccines?

She: no! It was the vaccines that ended the deaths.

I: you feel sure about that?

She: yes, without vaccines, the deaths might have gone up again and we might have more people dying from measles than before.

I: so that's what you get from this graph?

She: yes, that's what I get. It's pretty obvious to me.

I forgot to ask her how many vaccines she has received. I know she gets the flu shot every year and she gets much sicker in the winter than I do.

Mind you, I received quite a number in bygone years, but never as a baby, and none since I've become aware of the perils. And I've never had a flu shot.

Whether vaccine work or not isn't the question. The much larger question is, do I have the right to determine whether a substance is injected into my body?! YES I do! Rare is the scientist who goes to prison on research misconduct charges. But on 1 July, Dong-Pyou Han, a former biomedical scientist at Iowa State University in Ames, was sentenced to 57 months for fabricating and falsifying data in HIV vaccine trials. Han has also been fined US$7.2 million and will be subject to three years of supervised release after he leaves prison.

His case had a higher profile than most, attracting interest from a powerful US senator. Han’s harsh sentence raises questions about how alleged research fraud is handled in the United States, from decisions about whether to prosecute to the types of punishments imposed by grant-making agencies.

Han was forced to resign from Iowa State in 2013 after the university concluded that he had falsified the results of several vaccine experiments supported by grants from the US National Institutes of Health (NIH). In some cases, Han spiked rabbit blood samples with human HIV antibodies so that the vaccine appeared to have caused the animals to develop immunity to the virus.

In a confessional letter sent to the university just before its investigation concluded, Han said that he began the subterfuge to cover up a sample mix-up that he had made years before.

The US Office of Research Integrity (ORI), which oversees investigations into alleged misconduct involving NIH funds, barred Han from receiving federal grants for three years — the maximum penalty that it generally imposes on junior investigators. The case probably would have ended there had it not drawn the attention of Senator Charles Grassley (Republican, Iowa), who has a history of investigating misconduct in the biomedical sciences.

“This seems like a very light penalty for a doctor who purposely tampered with a research trial and directly caused millions of taxpayer dollars to be wasted on fraudulent studies,” Grassley wrote in a February 2014 letter to the ORI. The office can issue lifetime funding bans, but former ORI officials say that such punishment is reserved for especially egregious cases, such as those in which human subjects could have been endangered.

Criminal prosecution
In June of that year, after extensive media coverage of the case and of Grassley's reaction to it, the federal prosecutor in Des Moines pressed charges against Han. The scientist was arrested and his case brought before a grand jury. In February 2015, he pled guilty to two felony charges of making false statements to obtain NIH research grants. (See Han's plea agreement, the prosecutor's sentencing memorandum and the sentencing agreement.)

Alan Price, a former associate director of investigative oversight at the ORI, says that criminal prosecution is unusual for a “medium-level” fraud case such as Han’s. “In most cases, I don’t think it would have been done. But Senator Grassley cares deeply about these issues and wanted to make that point.”

The case has raised some concern among experts in scientific misconduct. The very few researchers who face criminal charges are not necessarily those who have caused the most harm to other scientists’ careers, or to science generally. “We’re so preoccupied with major cases and so subject to policy pressure, we've lost sight of the larger picture,” says Nicholas Steneck, an expert in research integrity at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Grassley appears to agree — telling the Senate in July, “I worry that other cases may go unnoticed or unaddressed if there isn’t a public outcry.” He argues that lawmakers would not need to involve themselves in such matters if some government agencies that oversee research grants could levy harsher penalties and had more capacity to investigate alleged fraud.

Power limits
Most US funding agencies, including the National Science Foundation (NSF), have an inspector-general who investigates potential misconduct and fraud. These officials can withdraw grant money and impose prohibitions on receiving government funds, and often refer cases for criminal prosecution.

But the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which includes the NIH and the ORI, separates these powers. The ORI cannot directly investigate suspected fraud or misconduct; it is limited to overseeing probes by the institutions that employ researchers suspected of wrongdoing. In cases where evidence of misconduct or fraud is found, the ORI can impose funding bans or refer potential criminal cases to the Department of Justice or the HHS inspector-general.

The HHS inspector-general can initiate investigations of suspected research fraud or misconduct, but is often preoccupied with other matters such as health-insurance fraud. And it cannot impose funding bans or other administrative penalties.

The NIH and the ORI told Nature that they do not even track how many recipients of NIH grants have faced criminal prosecution.

In contrast, the NSF inspector-general has sole oversight of that agency's misconduct investigations, and is involved in several criminal prosecutions each year. Most concern researchers suspected of misusing grant money or using plagiarized or falsified data to obtain funds, as Han did.

But David Wright, a former ORI director, says that the benefit of criminal prosecution is unclear. Formally barring a researcher from receiving federal funds is usually a professional death sentence, even if the ban is short, he adds. “It’s questionable how much more is to be gained by jail time.”

In reality, however, no one knows the aggregate fate of scientists subject to funding bans, or whether the notion of such punishment deters people from committing misconduct. Price says that he and others at ORI once tried to conduct a formal, anonymous survey of these researchers to understand how their careers had been affected. But the White House shut the project down, saying that it cost too much and people were unlikely to respond.

In Canada, vaccination is not mandatory, but this doesn't mean vaccination is not pushed by doctors and schools. They are! They're pushed to the point of causing exasperation to parents who choose to not vaccinate until most of them give in out of desperation from harassment. But some have found a way to get around it. I know a very smart woman who did just that!

When her child was 1 year old, the doctor wanted to vaccinate her. The mother refused. The doctor was miffed. The mother walked out of the office saying she thought her child was too young for vaccination. Period!

The woman knew that when the child was to enter kindergarten, she'd be asked about vaccinations, and if she had no proof, she'd be strongly advised to vaccinate before entering grade 1. Upon starting grade 1, if the child is not vaccinated, a meeting is set up with the school board, which is followed by phone calls, until eventually, most parents will vaccinate so that they be left alone. But this is what this woman did:

When the child was around 4, the mother starting asking around the neighborhood if there were children who were ill with measles, chicken pox, mumps, etc., and immediately found a child who had chicken pox. She told her little girl that they should visit the sick child and bring her a little gift to cheer her up. Off they went. Days later, her child got chicken pox, but because she's well nourished and well taken care of, she got over it within a week and was naturally immunized. A couple of months later, the child was exposed to mumps, and then measles. By the time she entered kindergarten, the child had been naturally immunized against all contagious childhood diseases so she could not be asked to be vaccinated. This woman started a trend and soon afterwards, many other moms in the neighborhood did the same thing!

Moral of the story: the unvaccinated children, in general, did far better in school than the vaccinated ones. I know one could argue that there are many factors involved here, and there may be, but I was so impressed by the creativity shown by this woman who has kept check on the vaccinated and unvaccinated children in that area for her own information.

What is even more interesting to note is that these children are now teen agers, and according to this woman who has kept watch on them, the vaccinated children seem to spend much more time in the park doing drugs while the unvaccinated ones do not show such inclinations. I know one could argue that there are many factors involved here too, and there might be, but I find it all very fascinating...

An Open Letter to Legislators Currently Considering Vaccine Legislation from Tetyana Obukhanych, PhD in Immunology

Dear Legislator:
My name is Tetyana Obukhanych. I hold a PhD in Immunology. I am writing this letter in the hope that it will correct several common misperceptions about vaccines in order to help you formulate a fair and balanced understanding that is supported by accepted vaccine theory and new scientific findings.

Do unvaccinated children pose a higher threat to the public than the vaccinated?
It is often stated that those who choose not to vaccinate their children for reasons of conscience endanger the rest of the public, and this is the rationale behind most of the legislation to end vaccine exemptions currently being considered by federal and state legislators country-wide. You should be aware that the nature of protection afforded by many modern vaccines – and that includes most of the vaccines recommended by the CDC for children – is not consistent with such a statement. I have outlined below the recommended vaccines that cannot prevent transmission of disease either because they are not designed to prevent the transmission of infection (rather, they are intended to prevent disease symptoms), or because they are for non-communicable diseases. People who have not received the vaccines mentioned below pose no higher threat to the general public than those who have, implying that discrimination against non-immunized children in a public school setting may not be warranted.

1) IPV (inactivated poliovirus vaccine) cannot prevent transmission of poliovirus (see appendix for the scientific study, Item #1). Wild poliovirus has been non-existent in the USA for at least two decades. Even if wild poliovirus were to be re-imported by travel, vaccinating for polio with IPV cannot affect the safety of public spaces. Please note that wild poliovirus eradication is attributed to the use of a different vaccine, OPV or oral poliovirus vaccine. Despite being capable of preventing wild poliovirus transmission, use of OPV was phased out long ago in the USA and replaced with IPV due to safety concerns.

2) Tetanus is not a contagious disease, but rather acquired from deep-puncture wounds contaminated with C. tetani spores. Vaccinating for tetanus (via the DTaP combination vaccine) cannot alter the safety of public spaces; it is intended to render personal protection only.

3) While intended to prevent the disease-causing effects of the diphtheria toxin, the diphtheria toxoid vaccine (also contained in the DTaP vaccine) is not designed to prevent colonization and transmission of C. diphtheriae. Vaccinating for diphtheria cannot alter the safety of public spaces; it is likewise intended for personal protection only.

4) The acellular pertussis (aP) vaccine (the final element of the DTaP combined vaccine), now in use in the USA, replaced the whole cell pertussis vaccine in the late 1990s, which was followed by an unprecedented resurgence of whooping cough. An experiment with deliberate pertussis infection in primates revealed that the aP vaccine is not capable of preventing colonization and transmission of B. pertussis (see appendix for the scientific study, Item #2). Furthermore, the 2013 meeting of the Board of Scientific Counselors at the CDC revealed additional alarming data that pertussis variants (PRN-negative strains) currently circulating in the USA acquired a selective advantage to infect those who are up-to-date for their DTaP boosters (see appendix for the CDC document, Item #3), meaning that people who are up-to-date are more likely to be infected, and thus contagious, than people who are not vaccinated.

5) Among numerous types of H. influenzae, the Hib vaccine covers only type b. Despite its sole intention to reduce symptomatic and asymptomatic (disease-less) Hib carriage, the introduction of the Hib vaccine has inadvertently shifted strain dominance towards other types of H. influenzae (types a through f).These types have been causing invasive disease of high severity and increasing incidence in adults in the era of Hib vaccination of children (see appendix for the scientific study, Item #4). The general population is more vulnerable to the invasive disease now than it was prior to the start of the Hib vaccination campaign. Discriminating against children who are not vaccinated for Hib does not make any scientific sense in the era of non-type b H. influenzae disease.

6) Hepatitis B is a blood-borne virus. It does not spread in a community setting, especially among children who are unlikely to engage in high-risk behaviors, such as needle sharing or sex. Vaccinating children for hepatitis B cannot significantly alter the safety of public spaces. Further, school admission is not prohibited for children who are chronic hepatitis B carriers. To prohibit school admission for those who are simply unvaccinated – and do not even carry hepatitis B – would constitute unreasonable and illogical discrimination.
In summary, a person who is not vaccinated with IPV, DTaP, HepB, and Hib vaccines due to reasons of conscience poses no extra danger to the public than a person who is. No discrimination is warranted.

How often do serious vaccine adverse events happen?
It is often stated that vaccination rarely leads to serious adverse events. Unfortunately, this statement is not supported by science. A recent study done in Ontario, Canada, established that vaccination actually leads to an emergency room visit for 1 in 168 children following their 12-month vaccination appointment and for 1 in 730 children following their 18-month vaccination appointment (see appendix for a scientific study, Item #5).

When the risk of an adverse event requiring an ER visit after well-baby vaccinations is demonstrably so high, vaccination must remain a choice for parents, who may understandably be unwilling to assume this immediate risk in order to protect their children from diseases that are generally considered mild or that their children may never be exposed to.

Can discrimination against families who oppose vaccines for reasons of conscience prevent future disease outbreaks of communicable viral diseases, such as measles?

Measles research scientists have for a long time been aware of the “measles paradox.” I quote from the article by Poland & Jacobson (1994) “Failure to Reach the Goal of Measles Elimination: Apparent Paradox of Measles Infections in Immunized Persons.” Arch Intern Med 154:1815-1820:

Studies of measles outbreaks in Quebec, Canada, and China attest that outbreaks of measles still happen, even when vaccination compliance is in the highest bracket (95-97% or even 99%, see appendix for scientific studies, Items #6&7). This is because even in high vaccine responders, vaccine-induced antibodies wane over time. Vaccine immunity does not equal life-long immunity acquired after natural exposure.

It has been documented that vaccinated persons who develop breakthrough measles are contagious. Is discrimination against conscientious vaccine objectors the only practical solution?
The majority of measles cases in recent US outbreaks (including the recent Disneyland outbreak) are adults and very young babies, whereas in the pre-vaccination era, measles occurred mainly between the ages 1 and 15. Natural exposure to measles was followed by lifelong immunity from re-infection, whereas vaccine immunity wanes over time, leaving adults unprotected by their childhood shots. Measles is more dangerous for infants and for adults than for school-aged children.

Despite high chances of exposure in the pre-vaccination era, measles practically never happened in babies much younger than one year of age due to the robust maternal immunity transfer mechanism. The vulnerability of very young babies to measles today is the direct outcome of the prolonged mass vaccination campaign of the past, during which their mothers, themselves vaccinated in their childhood, were not able to experience measles naturally at a safe school age and establish the lifelong immunity that would also be transferred to their babies and protect them from measles for the first year of life.

Luckily, a therapeutic backup exists to mimic now-eroded maternal immunity. Infants as well as other vulnerable or immunocompromised individuals, are eligible to receive immunoglobulin, a potentially life-saving measure that supplies antibodies directed against the virus to prevent or ameliorate disease upon exposure (see appendix, Item #8).

In summary: 1) due to the properties of modern vaccines, non-vaccinated individuals pose no greater risk of transmission of polio, diphtheria, pertussis, and numerous non-type b H. influenzae strains than vaccinated individuals do, non-vaccinated individuals pose virtually no danger of transmission of hepatitis B in a school setting, and tetanus is not transmissible at all; 2) there is a significantly elevated risk of emergency room visits after childhood vaccination appointments attesting that vaccination is not risk-free; 3) outbreaks of measles cannot be entirely prevented even if we had nearly perfect vaccination compliance; and 4) an effective method of preventing measles and other viral diseases in vaccine-ineligible infants and the immunocompromised, immunoglobulin, is available for those who may be exposed to these diseases.

Taken together, these four facts make it clear that discrimination in a public school setting against children who are not vaccinated for reasons of conscience is completely unwarranted as the vaccine status of conscientious objectors poses no undue public health risk.

Bombshell: CDC destroyed vaccine documents, Congressman reveals; CDC whistleblower case is back

“…the [CDC] co-authors scheduled a meeting to destroy documents related to the [MMR vaccine] study. The remaining four co-authors all met and brought a big garbage can into the meeting room and reviewed and went through all the hard copy documents that we had thought we should discard and put them in a huge garbage can.” (William Thompson, CDC researcher)

On July 29, US Congressman Bill Posey made his last stand on the floor of the House. Granted five minutes to speak, he laid bare the lying of the CDC in a now-famous 2004 study that exonerated the MMR vaccine and claimed it had no connection to autism.

“No connection to autism” was the lie.

Congressman Posey read a statement from long-time CDC researcher William Thompson, one of the authors of the 2004 Pediatrics study designed to determine, once and for all, whether the Measles-Mumps-Rubella vaccine could cause autism.

Thompson saw and participated in violating the protocol of the study. He was there. He helped his co-authors destroy documents that would have shown an MMR-autism link.

You can see a rush transcript of Congressman Posey’s remarks here (on the ageofautism.com website), which includes his reading of a statement from whistleblower Thompson.

Posey pleads with his colleagues for a Congressional investigation.

Of note: two of the CDC researchers on the infamous 2004 study, who according to Thompson, destroyed vital documents, are Coleen Boyle and Frank DeStefano. They are both high-ranking executives at the CDC in the area of vaccine safety.

This calls into question every single CDC study, under their tenure, that claims vaccines are safe.

CDC whistleblower Thompson’s statement, which Posey read on the House floor, includes this bombshell:

“However, because I [Thompson] assumed it [destroying the documents] was illegal and would violate both FOIA and DOJ requests, I kept hard copies of all documents in my office and I retained all associated computer files. I believe we intentionally withheld controversial findings from the final draft of the Pediatrics paper.”

Thompson has the smoking-gun documents. So does Congressman Posey. I believe others do as well.

So: publish them. Publish them now.

There are lawsuits to be filed. Eleven years have passed since the CDC committed its crime of concealing the MMR vaccine-autism connection. How many parents, never informed of the truth, have permitted their children to receive this vaccine? How many children have been struck down by the vaccine?

The lawsuits should be filed against the CDC and the individual authors of the 2004 study. Lawyers must depose every CDC employee who had knowledge of the crime.

And what about the fact that the MMR vaccine is one of the shots that has been mandated, by law, in California, in other states, and in Australia? Mandating neurological destruction of children is a crime that must be investigated and punished. If these states (and other countries) insist on keeping the MMR on their schedules, they are guilty parties.
