About to put our little one in the bath tub. And he's talking, meant to be a dialogue, but well, preparing all the stuff attention diverges. And I missed a bit because all of a sudden he was laughing hysterically, assuming that I was still following. Now this is just absolutely wonderful, I mean so positive. I can totally appreciate this. I needed a smile today and thank all of you. Boy and Puppy (repost)
A family in New York began visiting shelters to look for the perfect pup. After a few weeks of searching local shelters, they found a puppy that they fell in love with - Theo. He craved human friendship and attention. Three days after coming home with them, he joined Beau for his daily nap. Beau's mother took a picture and now they are warming hearts around the world.

The early trees caught pink dust.
Sunrise only touches the tops,
there's a full day head,
everyone must get their share.

It's the trees that caught my attention, really. Carefully planted in the past, but now an embodiment of some free will. There's a tree lane where the trees have a couple of growing options, the most obvious one upwards, and then branchwise: face traffic on their one side, or face their counterpart on the other side of the lane. With a fairly flat soil, I wonder if it might be the tree's own decision to take its branches, and bend itself towards the opposite tree, rather than hang over traffic fumes.

Their positions are beautiful. Some trees will have their branches tentatively elongated towards an opposite tree, while others go for full entanglement.

Yesterday, when all was chaos, people showed themselves from a very beautiful side. Business class, economy class, whatever language, race or colour, it didn't matter, so many people were just trying to help, do whatever they can.

On Twitter people leaving the capital by car were offering (free) seats to anyone heading the same way, as all public transport had been frozen. Taxis working for free. Hotels offering free rooms.

It was a consolation to me that even when terrible things happen, humans are still able to show their most beautiful side.

At the same time we are also mourning our losses. Love and strength to all the families.
