I understand some people feel worry about what I have donated yesterday. Two mini fans. I also understand people wonder why I bought mini fans from time to time.

I believe people know the following:

1. We are living in the illusion world, not real, in order to sort-of LEARNING.

2. Human body are just amazing that we can perform a lot of miracle things if you know how. Be honest, many aliens are jealousy because of our body/ability. It is rather complex to tell you why they can't be a human being like us.

3. I am a second wave volunteer from a special bloodline which I have my own built-in mechanism when I incarnated to the world. Generally speaking, the first and second wave volunteers have some kind of linkage. Actually, we are sort of relative eg Simon Parkes, Mark Richards, Bill Ryan, me, etc Some of the world leaders are also in the group. As we are from different dimensions where must be higher than the 4th dimension, we must have a kind of common to find each other. The 3rd wave is normally from 3rd to 4th dimension with a purpose of ascension.


People may want to know the following:

- I am in H Team and I am in one of the operational teams working with others. I am also under 2 more teams. very busy.

- I can only do it according to karma. Let say, if Hong Kong people need to suffer very hot weather, I can't make it cool. Same principle, I can't make people have a sudden holiday.

- I am not a plan designer. Probably you know who they are.

- We are getting more busy because of the coming foreign body. Please refer to Simon's July newsletter.

- ET knows who is the 1st, 2nd and 3rd volunteers. They are willing to communicate with us friendly.

- It seems to us that the foreign body is not Nibiru, the inhabitant is very intelligent coming with unknown purpose. They don't want to show their intention. Some have been contacting Annunaki for this reason.

- We understand very well that many elites are running away, leaving Planet Earth. They have a contact with Maya ancestor, etc. Floating city.

- For ascension side, it seems to be getting more difficult because of such foreign body. We need to figure out what they really want now. Vatican is feeling something weird about their purpose.

- Chinese leaders have a close connection with Vatican in order to get the first hand information. Yes, Vatican is co-operating with Chinese government.

- Dalai Lama is using another way to find the reason. He wants to get the whole picture.

- Both sources seem to be negative.



I hope someone will write more about this stuff. I understand people concern Jade Helm 15, but something is far more bigger than Jade Helm. It is definitely not a easy task to write a newsletter about Jade Helm because the deep inside story of Jade Helm is linked with something people don't want to know about.

I received a number of weird questions last night about Hong Kong people who they really want to be a Hong Kong citizen because of the blessedness. Why Hong Kong people need to migrate to other countries, they understand why Chinese people want to leave but why Hong Kong people? Some people would like to swap their own countries (European, American, Canadian, etc) passport with Hong Kong people.

The following is truth in Hong Kong.

1. government provides high quality education (free for 7 years or 11 years ?? sorry I forgot) and medical care service (definitely affordable) to us (international standard). But, it is still necessary to do a big improvement in educational side. Our system can not build specialists. Please don't tell me how expensive the private is. It is your choice.

2. HK is metropolis like New York and London

3. HK is a financial hub, many wealthy people born here.

4. Up to this moment, HK people seem to face nothing about the REAL disaster like typhoon, earthquake, flood, drought, etc like other countries. HK is not too hot and too cold.

5. I believe the virus of SARS was the really first disaster few years ago. However, due to this reason, many experts turn up in HK.

6. HK provide government housing to 1/2 population like me in a very cheap rental price under good maintenance.

7. Government paid USD780 to each one of the HK people who is over 18 years old few years ago. One year only. Such benefit is worst system. Macao is still providing as far as I know.

8. Elderly people are being taken care well in general.

9. Some subsidies are provided for transportation, medical service, house maintenance -> private one. Actually, many sudsidies are providing. I don't want to name them all.

10. Free at least one month rent for public housing each year

11. I don't find any actual problem to speak in Hong Kong publicly. We are ok to say our own word to government.

12. Very low criminal rate. Our police force is good.

13. Very low unemployment rate and very good back up system

14. Generally speaking, if Hong Kong people who is holding HK identity card under their willingness, to speak out, actual survival problem is definitely not a problem.

The purpose of this short report is to show my own experience of how Hong Kong social welfare system works and some comments from the user point of view.




Process of experiencing the social welfare system

- stop rent payment starting from September, 2014. I received the first warning removal letter from Housing Authority. One month notice.

- I received the second warning letter at the end of November that 7 days plus 21 days provided in order to let me find a place to move. Mr Law and Ms Cheng from my public estate came to my place and talked to me about the removal detail. They provided me a source, Hong Kong Family Welfare Society which is supported by Community Chest, to give me help.

- I went to the Social Welfare Security Field Unit in my area to submit my application. I told the one who took my case that I had HK$20 only. He gave me a free meal letter, the service is provided by Home of Love.

- I get food at Home of Love.

- Few days later, Ms Li from HK Family Welfare Society came to my home without prior notice. I rejected her help that time.

- Mr Law invited me to talk at his office on 29 December, 2014 about the removal issue. I told him that I could not make it because of lacking of money. He helped me to write an extension period of stay letter and took me to HK Family Welfare Society in order to open my case.

- I accepted my case opening this time and Ms Leung was introduced as my social worker.

- Ms Leung took few documents from me in order to apply the fund for paying the rent. She asked my difficulty of what kind of thing I might need. I told her something about the daily consumption necessity such as shampoo, toilet paper, etc. She applied 2 Welcome supermarket $50 coupons to me and $50 telephone card money.

- She submitted my case to the Social Welfare Department again.

- Ms Chung from the Social Welfare Department called.

- A letter from Ms Wong, YMCA, received (YMCA is the organization linked to the social welfare department to help people get job). A meeting was scheduled on Jan 20, 2015.

- I met Ms Chung on Jan 22, 2015. It is the requirement to meet YMCA first. I have submitted as much information to her as possible.

- I met Ms Chung on Jan 27, 2015 for clarification of the documents which I submitted before and arranged an immediate home visit at the same day. Ms Chung told me that if the process was smooth, it took normally a week to get the money.





Point of View as a user:



I would like to point out is that because my information have been releasing to the general public for some time. Many people know who I am, I have experienced some abnormal treatments during the time of solving the problem. 80% people (except sisters) I met know me but they pretended to have no idea.



Housing Authority:

- I believe the procedure of giving me warning letter is correct.

- Referring other organisation to offer help is correct.

- Money is paid and new rent agreement is being prepared.





Family Welfare Society:

- Ms Leung, my social worker, knows my case because she was told by Ms Li.

- Ms Leung provides good information. She is the one to write the 2nd letter to Home of Love to continue my free meal.





YMCA

- Big topic. Come next time.





Social Welfare Department

- She told me that she has been contacting with Mr Law from my estate, and Ms Leung from Family Welfare Society very well about my case. Of course, my background also.



General Comments: I would like to comment is that they are all professional in their own area and I believe that they (except YMCA) can perform a good job. The linkage among them is fine and organised.





Home of Love (Female ward)

- A place where is full of love.

- Capacity to serve female to stay is around 15.

Suggestion to government ->

- Job assistance may be necessary.

- Home finding assistance may be necessary.

- Further education assistance may be necessary.

Are you enjoying your holiday in Japan now? It seems that some of your colleagues and you are enjoying being a lapdog to destroy our country. Also, it sounds to me that you want to migrate to other countries for good desirably. Government may contact you soon for this service.

I just realise that the feedback of my short report mentioned above is so powerful. Many people want to be a HK citizen. Frankly speaking, the problem in HK is over-population. If the one who have at least 2 passports should go back the place where they spend ton of money in order to get their citizenship. They have chosen where they want to live for a while.

Could you imagine that if so many wealthy people leave HK for goods, how many chances the young will have? I can tell you that many new wealthy people will born very soon. For sure, I am one of them although I am not young anymore.

Attention to our young generation: prepare well and build a better society together.
