It's hard to tell if these are ufo orbs or balloons. The photography does not help. For the record let's continue as if they are UFO orbs. They seemed to be clustered around a chemtrail cloud in the sky. I live in Phoenix and noted the fairly realistic chem trail batch they were using, it's a much more realistic looking cloud.
They are doing it today as well for the sky is covered with this stuff today.
I mention this because it correlates with something crrow777 had filmed quite a bit, UFO orbs in chem trails.

They look like weather baloons to me in structure and movement.
