"It is far better to grasp the universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring." - Carl Sagan

As expected the video drew debate but certainly did not change the mindset of anyone that does summoning. I don't understand why that word "summon" is so important? Is it because there's a a special power associated with the ability to summon that only the select have? Titles are not important as much as the message and sharing the phenomenon with an open mind...

Looks like Stephen Greer thinks the word "summon" is egoistic because he associates it with the definition where to "Summon" is more of a command. There is also a definition of summon that just means to send a call for or to ask for someone to come. I don't think the word is at all important. It doesn't seem to me like only a select few have an ability to "summon". I've done it several times at night when I saw UFO's or lights or orbs. I asked them to come closer either by thinking it or saying it out loud and they did come MUCH closer. The word summoning never occurred to me. It seemed like they heard me (telepathically) and responded so I think it's probably possible for anyone who has the intention to do it successfully if the UFO's/ET's/Orbs, etc. decide to respond to them.

Maybe there are some people who do "summoning" who think it's a big special deal. I've never thought it made me special as I believe almost anything is possible for someone who believes they can do something.

Hi NancyV, thanks for taking the time to share. Seeing your motive is more in the asking, much better then having a special ability which comes across in some cases, and the uploaders history shows us motive. It is a big deal to some people that have elected to call themselves ie. "The summoner." That is the difference imho. Cheers
