Looking for insight and links to where i may find a company or people that are familiar with the concept of a nano-built (hand size) fission reactor. or something of that size that can produce around 0.2 to 1.0 kilo-volt. just need the potential difference to turn air into plasma for a short distance.

im guessing this exists somewhere around here on the planet and am just trying to find a contact.

thoughts anyone?

thanks for your time,

I was just reading about a nano generator...

Wang’s nanogenerators rely on the piezoelectric effect seen in crystalline materials such as zinc oxide, in which an electric charge potential is created when structures made from the material are flexed or compressed. By capturing and combining the charges from millions of these nanoscale zinc oxide wires, Wang and his research team can produce as much as three volts – and up to 300 nanoamps.

Hi SomniumTheater. What are you building? This sounds interesting.

iv already filed for the provisional patent in the usa here so i think its ok to talk about. however, im trying to NOT get my comp hacked so i think for another 3 days ill keep it under wraps until i file the second more "real" version of the schematic. and believe me i want to shout to the world what i think i have figured out. just not yet though. my comp receives hacking attempts daily due to other reasons so plz understand.

the nano dimers im not able to rule out yet, very exciting. please keep the suggestions coming. this power source must be out there i figure.

thank you,

Well I'm fascinated, and am going to be following your progress if you keep us updated. Best of luck to you Somnium.

If you're really concerned about security, you could load your schematics/blueprints/whatever onto a USB and carry that around with you.

Do you have a background in engineering?

my background is physics. and some ufology i might add. lol but i like to think i have some notions on philosophy as well.

in a ted talk i watched a few times the speaker referred to science as the first time you do something, engineering as the second and technology as the 3rd. this would seem consistent with me not finishing projects before but this one is different.

very much appreciate the continued interest =]
