Hello Avalonians! I am very interested to hear what you think of this television series. I think it is very relevant here and I am sure those of you that have seen it will have some thoughts about it. Obviously, it has a lot of interesting occult symbolism and spiritual themes, many of which are relevant to this time. The writers obviously have not just spiritual knowledge, but knowledge of the western esoteric tradition in particular.
The peppermint buttler has been shown performing rituals and incantations with perfect intonation and real methods and symbolism which I found interesting. I am particularly interested what you all think of the inclusion of this character as someone who works with evil entities?

I think this show is extremely positive for humanity, depicting spirituality and spiritual experiences as a normal and ever present part of life like I have never seen before. It also depicts experiences such as telepathy, OBE's and contact with entities as something true and normal that just happens sometimes.

Also remember the recent episode where Starchy is on the radio talking about how PB has been replaced by a lizard and Jake is all dismissive, but then she actually was a fake PB lizard? Hmm.

Oh yeah, Betty's vision of Simon in the episode with Magic Man comes from The Moon from the smith-waite deck, was very interesting, and is the perfect card to represent the Ice King's state (deceit, shadow, forgetfulness, blindness, madness..), and forshadow his emergence from this state as the crustacean is on the card.

Also the whole thing with the catalyst comet and Orgalorg trying to stop it and take its power sounds rather familiar, doesn't it? I can't wait to find out what effect the comet will have, apart from giving Finn the opportunity to discorporate and return to Source (Jake used the word 'Grok' one time too)

i agree with you. We do watch it and my kids love it. This cartoons are helping the kids with knolege we all have inside and making normal to talk about this issues. For those who donīt know what this is about, is about a post apocaliptic world fill with living candys and all kinds of magical entities plus just one human Finn; who has an unconditional friend who helps him out in any adventure he goes through. His friend is a magical dog who can shapeshift his body into any form or size. i just love it. THis world is fill also with all kinds of magical entities and almost everything is alive and talks, minerals, animals and vegtables...
AS we are in Spain the episodes are not the latest. This cartoons are making common knowlege, or normal, many of the topics we talk here.

I have a four year old, so "we" watch some cartoons. What they ALL have in common is Aliens, shapeshifting, spacecraft, different technologies, landings on earth. When I was a kid all I had was Marvin the martian. This tells me they are most obviously preparing their young minds for the inevitable.

When I was a teen and even much later, I loved watching science fiction, space fantasy, etc., as an escape from the cement jungle of the city. My brain was with Sabu in the jungle or Tarzan, etc., etc. It prepared me for some of the wild things I put on this forum.

My thoughts too!

I never brought it up around here because I didn't think anyone else knew about it, but it's a fabulous (literally & figureatively) piece of art.

My daughter (now in her 20s) introduced me to it a couple of years ago. She and her friends love it on a totally different level, though.

Maybe I'll use it to bring up some more esoteric views of the universe with her.

I'm so glad that others on the forum are familiar with this show. I should have known that Avalonians would be aware!

Namaste All,

Brian
