California legislators now trying to pass a companion bill to force adults to be vaccinated

"Now that nearly all school-age children in California have been summoned into the state's growing medical dictatorship through Senate Bill 277, corrupt politicians are now trying to pass a companion bill that would force adults to be vaccinated in accordance with the government's prescribed vaccine schedule.

Introduced by California Senator Tony Mendoza of Senate District 32, Senate Bill 792 is the medical mafia's latest attempt to force vaccines on individuals without informed consent. It would mandate that adults who work in settings where children are being cared for or educated to be jabbed with many or all of the same vaccines that the children are forced to receive, without the option for a personal or religious exemption.

Those who refuse the mandate would face criminal penalties for non-compliance, according to the bill's verbiage, which takes it one step further than SB 277 in forcing people under duress to accept a medical treatment that they might otherwise refuse due to the risk of serious adverse events, including death.

"This bill would make California the first state to require mandated vaccinations for all childcare workers, including all private and public school early childhood education programs (Headstart, Private preK and preschools), family daycares, and daycare centers," warns Vaccine Impact.

"This bill eliminates medical autonomy, crushes religious freedom, undermines personal freedom, and burdens quality providers with a non-optional series of medical interventions in the form of mandated vaccines that are not even 100 percent effective."

SB 792 would force adults in childcare settings to get annual flu shots
If passed, SB 792 would require all qualifying adults to be vaccinated for influenza, pertussis, and measles beginning on September 1, 2016. These same individuals would also have to receive annual flu shots between August 1 and December 1 of each subsequent year, in perpetuity.

"This bill, commencing September 1, 2016, would prohibit a day care center or a family day care home from employing any person who has not been immunized in accordance with the schedule for routine adult immunizations, prescribed by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention," reads and excerpt from the bill.

"The bill would make conforming changes to provisions that set forth qualifications for day care center teachers and applicants for licensure as a family day care center. Because the bill would extend the application of a crime under the act, the bill would impose a state-mandated local program.""

I just wanted to point out that if people think about what "they" are saying and not just obey, they can see that it doesn't make much sense.
I have the feeling as well, that they are pushing it too far, so that more and more will realize what is going on!

A California senator who successfully fought to make vaccines a mandatory requirement for most school kids is now fighting to keep his job in the face of recall efforts from opponents of the new law.

A petition to recall state senator Richard Pan, a pediatrician, over his support for compulsory shots was approved by the California secretary of state this week.

Pan, a first-term senator, authored and championed SB277, a bill recently signed into law that removes personal belief exemptions, including religious objections, for vaccinations of school kids. It makes it harder for parents to opt out of a list of 10 shots which will be required beginning in 2016 for all students in both public or private school who do not have a medical waiver.

Once the law goes into effect, parents who do not wish to vaccinate must homeschool their children in either individual or group settings.

The law sparked vitriolic controversy for months as it made its way through the legislative process. Opponents regularly flooded the Capitol to protest, and Pan received death threats over the measure.

Now, opponents have begun gathering the 35,926 signatures from voters in Pan’s district needed to qualify for a recall election. The petitioners have until 31 December 2015 to gather the necessary support. If they are successful, an election for Pan’s seat would be held within 180 days after the secretary of state verifies the signatures.


While Pan initially told media he was not concerned about the recall effort, “now we are taking it seriously because the petitions are approved”, said Los Angeles-based political consultant Rose Kapolczynski, who is helping Pan with the anti-recall campaign. Pan is on vacation and not available for comment.

Pan, a pediatrician who represents a district around the state capital of Sacramento, debuted a website and Facebook page on Wednesday to combat the attacks.

“Please help me fend off this recall,” he wrote on Facebook. “Join me to urge our neighbors to not sign their petition, to vote no on any recall ballot.”

Aaron Mills, a volunteer leader of the recall effort in Sacramento, said his group is “just getting started”, but says he is fighting to oust Pan because he is concerned that SB277 is a “bad precedent” that could lead to other medical mandates.

“I just want to make my own decisions for my family,” he said. “I’m just tired of politics as usual catering to special interest groups instead of the constitutional rights of the people who elect them.”

Opponents of the vaccine law are also attacking the measure on other fronts. Former California assembly member Tim Donnelly, a Tea Party activist who now has a radio show, is leading a referendum drive against the law, which is also currently gathering signatures.

If successful, it would nullify the law. But that effort would need about 366,000 signatures in the coming weeks, a much higher threshold than the recall effort. Still, Donnelly said that he has already paid to print 100,000 petitions and has 1,500 volunteers trained to collect signatures in key areas across the state, and 3,500 more who are willing to help. He added that the effort is galvanizing both conservative voters concerned about civil liberties as well as liberal parents doubtful of vaccine safety. “I’ve never seen anything like it,” he said. “We’ve got hardcore Christian conservatives working side by side with people on the far left.”

Anti-vaccine advocates are also pursuing a legal strategy to combat the law in court, according to California Coalition for Health Choice member Rebecca Estepp. She is helping to spearhead an effort to find “what cases would be the best to do a legal challenge as soon as possible”, she said.

But Pan’s supporters are also working to get their message out, and expressed confidence that he will stay in office.

“I think the recall is probably driven by a very small group of people, maybe a lot of them are not even in Senator Pan’s district,” said Amy Alfieri, a Pan constituent and mother of two who was an active supporter of SB277 and is now a committee member on the “Keep Dr Pan” effort. “It’s just a frivolous waste of time for them to target a responsible, ethical person who’s working really hard to protect children. It’s just ridiculous.”

Also, if I decided to go get a flu shot, or any one of these vaccinations….can I tell the doctor to just give me the needle and I’ll inject myself with it later?...after I get the contents of the needle examine at a private lab. Hmmm is right. Again, if you accept their stated purpose for vaccines, you're right, their actions make no sense. The vaccinated should have no fear of the unvaccinated if the vaccines work. But the real purpose is not what they say, which is why we can't use that logic.
I believe this is happening because more and more people are coming to understand what vaccines are. Since the pharmaceutical companies and the governments they control can't defend vaccines with evidence, and evidence against them is piling up, they instead are going through legislation, social media propaganda, marketing, etc to ingrain in the masses that vaccines are common and normal and anyone that disagrees is a conspiracy theorist. They know that people trust their authorities before spending the time to research for themselves and dare to have an independent opinion against the mainstream. It's classic psychological manipulation.
My wife is a nurse practitioner in a clinic that does urgent and general care and I can promise they would not give you a needle to inject yourself. :)

The AMA is a private concern, a front for the medical and pharmaceutical corporations. It is not a government agency, nor a spokesperson for anyone but corporations.

The recent California law (#SB277) ordering all public and private schoolchildren to receive the full schedule of vaccines has a context.

A money context.

I'm not just talking about corporate donations to legislators. I'm talking about the state of California itself and the businesses that operate here.

For example, the University of California system of colleges is a vast sprawling kingdom. Biomedical $$ grants pour in, and a significant portion of the money funds vaccine-related research.

I began searching for and itemizing such grants. They're easy to find. But then, something overtook me: California companies that do biomed and biotech research and sell related products.

I plunged, in other words, into California culture. I say that because the number of these companies is staggering. They form a background context in which a mandatory vaccination law is easy to understand---just as a farm bill would be easy to understand in Iowa, or a bill about ranching would be easy to understand in various Western states.

California is biomed biotech "pasture and ranchland."

At a site called labrat.com, I found a list of California "biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and chemical company jobs."

I scrolled down the list and counted. It took a long time. I arrived at a total of 517 companies. I was somewhat taken aback. That's a large number.

But then I found a site called biopharmguy.com. It featured its own list of "Biotech companies in San Diego and Southern California." In just that part of the state, I counted an astonishing 660 biotech companies.

Now we're talking context and culture. Big-time.

Money, money, money.

Along with war-making defense dollars, agriculture dollars, Silicon Valley and Hollywood dollars, California floats on biotech biomed money.

And in that context, a mandatory vaccine law is simply par for the course.

Individual rights re vaccination? The freedom to choose? Vaccine dangers? Never heard of it.

Yes, the natural health dollar is also significant in California, but it has yet to become a major political force. Proponents of a 2012 GMO ballot initiative to label GMO food couldn't get their measure passed. And owing to a 2014 California law regulating agriculture, there will apparently be no more bans against growing or selling GMO food. Prior to the law, four California counties had banned GMOs.

Biotech, biomed, GMO, medical drugs, pesticides---all these areas overlap. The companies who do business in these sectors form a strong money culture. And state politicians, including Governor Jerry Brown, are aware of that fact.

Illustrating Brown's position, here is a quote from James Fallows' 2013 profile in The Atlantic:

"Brown's reduced and balanced budget includes more spending for what he considers the big challenges of the future: clean-energy initiatives, an expensive (and controversial) north-to-south high-speed-rail project, new canals and aqueducts, even California-based medical-research projects beyond those sponsored by the National Institutes of Health." (emphasis added)

Even with a reduced state budget, and even though there is already a flood of $$ for medical research, Brown saw fit to inject more.

Turning back, rejecting, stepping on the mandatory vaccination bill would have sent the wrong signal to biomed businessmen. It was never going to happen.

One of the largest natural health companies in California, Whole Foods, is no help, to say the least. Now that the US Congress is on the verge of denying any state the right to pass a mandatory GMO labeling law, Whole Foods is poised on the edge of a new upswing in sales. Why? Because it uses a private company to verify that many of its products are GMO-free. So it has a leg up. It produces its own food labels. Under the guise of stating "we don't endorse political positions," Whole Foods makes more money as the culture becomes more repressive. And the company knows that.

What about the business of doctors in California? A 2014 report titled, "California Physicians: Surplus or Scarcity?" from the California Healthcare Foundation Almanac, presents a mixed bag of very interesting figures:

From 1993 to 2011, the number of doctors in California has grown by 39%, double the rate of population growth. Patient demand for medical care will continue to expand.

However, nearly one-third of the doctors in California are moving close to retirement age. On top of that, 20% of the doctors in the state work less than 20 hours a week caring for patients.

And finally, nearly 20% of medical care in California is delivered by non-physicians (i.e., nurse practitioners and physicians' assistants).

What do all these statistics imply? Increasingly, to serve (toxify) the population, medical care in California will become "automatic," one-size-fits-all, quick in and out.

That's a perfect climate for mass vaccinations, which will cover all the disease labels drug companies can exploit.

Again, context/culture is everything.

When searching for reasons governments pass laws, the money trails need to be followed---especially the trails that are not so obvious.

It turns out that California isn't really the "health nut" state. It's the biomed biotech state now. On every front. That's where the dollars are, and where they are going.

The power players are on board.

Vaccines are mandatory in California and it wont be long before this becomes mandatory nation wide. All citizens, except for those who have the superior claim on their bodies through an apostilled "live birth record", the original from the hospital, in their possession, recorded on the public record complete with an affidavit declaration of their status, rescinding all of their adhesion contracts, and walking away from any benefits and privileges of citizenship, then there will be nothing you can do to get away from the draconian system of forced genocide coming down the pike towards us at breakneck speed.

Even if you do stand as self determined, self responsible, and self actualized, it is no guarantee that they will leave you alone, or that you could enforce a tort claim against any Individual (that is the key) who lays claim to you and causes you harm.

Only those who are fundamentally sovereign have consent over their own bodies. Jeanne Lenzer, associate editor of the British Medical Journal, has published an investigative report showing how the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is not honest when publishing disclaimers in their studies stating that “they have no financial interests or other relationships with the manufacturers of commercial products.”

This news does not come as a surprise to those of us in the alternative media, but it is significant that the report was published in one the world’s most respected medical journals, the British Medical Journal. Lenzer explains why this is so significant:

The CDC’s image as an independent watchdog over the public health has given it enormous prestige, and its recommendations are occasionally enforced by law.

She goes on to quote Marcia Angell, former editor in chief of the New England Journal of Medicine:

The CDC has enormous credibility among physicians, in no small part because the agency is generally thought to be free of industry bias. Financial dealings with biopharmaceutical companies threaten that reputation.

CDC Receives Millions of Dollars in Industry Gifts and Funding

Lenzer goes on to document in her investigative report how the CDC has been receiving millions of dollars in “industry gifts and funding” since at least 1983.

Despite the agency’s disclaimer, the CDC does receive millions of dollars in industry gifts and funding, both directly and indirectly, and several recent CDC actions and recommendations have raised questions about the science it cites, the clinical guidelines it promotes, and the money it is taking.

Lenzer writes that in 1983 the CDC was “authorised” to accept this funding from pharmaceutical companies, and that in 1995 Congress actually passed legislation that was signed into law by President Bill Clinton “to encourage relationships between industry and the CDC.”

Jeanne Lenzer’s report in the BMJ gives several examples of how funding from the pharmaceutical industry probably effected the outcomes of research studies used to promote questionable drugs.

CDC Spends $4 Billion of Taxpayer Funds to Purchase Vaccines

In 2014 Dr. William Thompson of the CDC became a whistleblower and revealed that a key study by the CDC withheld data linking the MMR vaccine to autism in African American boys.

Whiles Lenzer’s report did not touch on the explosive topic of vaccines, we will remind our readers here of a few facts showing the obvious conflicts of interest within the CDC in overseeing vaccine safety, and setting vaccine policy.

The 2015 fiscal budget of the CDC is $6.6 billion, a decrease of $243 million from 2014. However, “Vaccines for Children” is the largest category within the budget, and it increased from $3.5 billion in 2014 to $4 billion in 2015, an increase of $514 million. So the American taxpayer, through the CDC, is forcibly purchasing $4 billion of vaccines from the pharmaceutical industry. (Source.)

Can we trust the CDC to give us accurate information regarding the efficacy and safety of vaccines?

Last year (2014) Dr. William Thompson of the CDC became a whistleblower and revealed that one of the key studies the CDC has used for years to make the claim that vaccines are safe and not linked to autism withheld key data that did not support their conclusion.


The mainstream media, with strong ties to the pharmaceutical industry themselves, basically ignored this story which should have been one of the top news stories of 2014.

Former CDC Director Julie Gerberding Becomes Head of Merck’s Vaccine Division

Julie Gerberding was in charge of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) from 2002 to 2009, which includes the years the FDA approved the Merck Gardasil vaccine. Soon after she took over the CDC, she reportedly completely overhauled the agency’s organizational structure, and many of the CDC’s senior scientists and leaders either left or announced plans to leave. Some have claimed that almost all of the replacements Julie Gerberding appointed had ties to the vaccine industry.

Gerberding resigned from the CDC on January 20, 2009, and took over as the president of Merck’s Vaccine division, a 5 billion dollar a year operation, and the supplier of the largest number of vaccines the CDC recommends (article here).

It was reported last month (May 2015) that Dr. Gerberding, now the executive vice president of pharmaceutical giant Merck, sold 38,368 of her shares in Merck stock for $2,340,064.32. She still holds 31,985 shares of the company’s stock, valued at about $2 million. (Source.)
