Why didn't the police in Wiltshire investigate the PM over allegations of child rape ?

Because if you're PM (or royalty) you can rape children with impunity in the UK.
No independent police force.
No independent judiciary.
And the media's in bed with the establishment.

Police have named Sir Edward Heath as a suspected paedophile in the most extraordinary twist yet in the ongoing investigation into allegations of historic child abuse.

Appealing for potential victims of the late former Prime Minister to come forward, Wiltshire Police revealed that he had been named in relation to offences concerning children.

The force said it was now working with the NSPCC to support those affected, but declined to give any further details about the nature of the allegations against Sir Edward, who died in 2005, aged 89.

The astonishing revelations came as it was announced that the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) was investigating claims that the police had quietly dropped a criminal trial in the 1990s after the defendant threatened to expose Sir Edward as a paedophile.

Last summer a retired police officer, who had been with the force in the 1990s, came forward claiming that senior officers had ordered a prosecution be stopped because it would have led to the former Prime Minister’s name being dragged through the mud.

The identity of the defendant on trial is not known, but it is understood that he was not claiming to have been abused by Sir Edward himself.

The trial is thought to have been at an early procedural stage and was dropped before a jury had been sworn in.

The police officer who made the allegations is understood to have claimed that he complained about the matter at the time but said his concerns were swept under the carpet.

Last summer in the wake of criticism over South Yorkshire police’s handling of the Rotherham child abuse scandal, the officer once again came forward and lodged a formal complaint.

Wiltshire Police began probing his allegations and in March this year passed the matter to the IPCC, which will now explore whether there is evidence of a police cover up and also what the police did at the time to investigate the allegations against Sir Edward.

Meanwhile a spokesman for Wiltshire Police said its detectives were now appealing for any alleged victims to come forward.

The spokesman said: “Sir Edward Heath has been named in relation to offences concerning children. He lived in Salisbury for many years and we would like to hear from anyone who has any relevant information that may assist us in our enquiries or anyone who believes they may have been a victim.

“We are working closely with the NSPCC to ensure that any victims are appropriately supported. They provide trained helpline counsellors to listen and provide assistance.

“We take all reports of child abuse, either current or that occurred in the past very seriously. Victims will receive support throughout any investigation and associated judicial process.

“If there is evidence of offences having been committed we will ensure that, if possible, those responsible are held to account through a thorough and detailed investigation.

“This includes any other parties who are identified as having been involved in child sex abuse. Some people may never have spoken out about the abuse they have suffered but we would urge them to please contact us and to not suffer in silence.”

It is understood that while Wiltshire Police is not aware of any other allegations against the former Prime Minister, his name had been passed to the Metropolitan Police, which is carrying out Operation Midland, a probe into claims of a VIP paedophile operating around Westminster.

Sir Edward, who led the Conservative Government between 1970 and 1974, bought his Salisbury home, Arundells, in 1985 and lived there until his death a decade ago.

He was famously reticent about his private life and while rumours often swirled, this is the first time the unmarried former Tory leader has been name as publicly surfaced in connection with child abuse.

Last night Labour MP Tom Watson, who is fighting for the deputy leadership of the party, said: “I received information in 2012 concerning allegations of child abuse carried out by Edward Heath and a separate claim concerning Heath was made to me subsequently.

“I passed them both to the police, who have confirmed to me that at least one of those allegations is being investigated and taken seriously.”

The chief Executive of the NSPCC, Peter Wanless said: "Whether abuse happened in the past, or is occurring today, whether those being accused are authority figures or not, allegations of crimes against children must be investigated thoroughly.”

In a statement the Sir Edward Heath Charitable Foundation said: “We welcome the investigation by Wiltshire Police, which we wholeheartedly believe will clear Sir Edward's name and we will co-operate fully with the police in their inquiries.”

This was speculated by David Icke and others in the 1990's. It goes to
the heart of the cover up and whether there are blood lines and sects'
going back to Babylon and beyond , or the Reptilian entities that seem
to posses some of these same bloodlines. I have posted many articles

Met Police
◾Umbrella inquiry: Operation Fairbank

Fairbank is the Met Police's umbrella inquiry into historical child sex abuse claims
involving politicians and other public figures. It began in 2012 as a "scoping
exercise" to establish evidence for formal investigation and went on to establish a
number of criminal investigations: Operations Fernbridge, Midland, Cayacos and
then later Athabasca.

◾Grafton Close Children's Home: Operation Fernbridge (now closed)

Launched in February 2013 and led by the Met Police, Operation Fernbridge
investigated allegations of abuse in the early 1980s at Grafton Close Children's
Home in west London, and at Elm Guest House in Barnes, south-west London.
In connection with Grafton Close, two people were charged with offences. One
was found dead and one, Catholic priest Father Anthony McSweeney, was found
guilty of sexually abusing a teenage boy. He was sentenced to three years' jail
in March. The operation has been closed and investigations into Elm Guest House
taken up by Operation Athabasca (see below).

◾Elm Guest House: Operation Athabasca

This new investigation takes over from Fernbridge in investigating allegations
about a paedophile network centred on Elm Guest House in Barnes, south-west
London in the 1970s and early 1980s. Police are still appealing for information
on 020 7161 0500.

◾Dolphin Square: Operation Midland

Established in November 2014, Operation Midland is examining claims that boys
were abused by a group of powerful men from politics, the military and law
enforcement agencies at locations across southern England and in London in the
1970s and 1980s. It is also examining claims that three boys were murdered.
It has focused on the Dolphin Square estate in Pimlico, south-west London.

◾Paedophile Information Exchange: Operation Cayacos

Operation Cayacos is investigating allegations of a paedophile ring linked to
convicted paedophile Peter Righton - a founding member of the Paedophile
Information Exchange, which campaigned to make sex between adults and
children legal.

Greater Manchester Police is investigating allegations that Cyril Smith, the larger-
than-life Rochdale MP who died in 2010, abused vulnerable young boys in the town.
His family says he always denied the accusations. The allegations first surfaced in
1979 when Private Eye magazine carried reports that he abused teenagers at
Cambridge House, a privately run "hostel for working boys" in Rochdale. It has also
been alleged that he raped boys at Rochdale's Knowl View residential school. He
also frequented Elm Guest House in south-west London - a location linked to the
Met Police's Operation Fernbridge.

Other inquiries and investigations

A number of other inquiries and investigations are under way or have been
completed. Here are the details.

Inquiries into the handling of abuse allegations

Independent inquiry Announced in July 2014, the independent inquiry will
investigate the way public bodies handled child sex abuse claims. Former judge
Elizabeth Butler-Sloss was chosen to head the inquiry, but she stepped down
following concerns about her family links. She was replaced by Fiona Woolf, the
Lord Mayor of London. But in October 2014 she also stood down after concerns
were raised over her social links to the former Home Secretary Leon Brittan. In
February 2015, New Zealand judge Lowell Goddard (pictured) was announced as
the new head of the inquiry.

Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) The police watchdog is
investigating alleged corruption in the Met Police, including claims it covered
up child sex offences because MPs and police officers were involved. The
IPCC is investigating 14 referrals spanning four decades. The Met said it had
voluntarily referred the allegations, which arose from Operation Fairbank.

Home Office (Wanless) review Headed by NSPCC chief executive Peter Wanless
(pictured), the review examined Home Office handling of historical child sex
abuse allegations and the way police and prosecutors dealt with information
given to them. This followed a call from Labour MP Simon Danczuk to explain
why written allegations about powerful paedophiles - presented in the 1980s
to Lord Brittan when he was home secretary - have since disappeared. A 2013
Home Office review of allegations concerning child abuse from 1979-99 resulted
in four files, not previously disclosed, being passed to police. The Wanless review
found no evidence that records were deliberately removed or destroyed.

Historical Institutional Abuse(Northern Ireland) Set up to establish if there were
systemic failings by institutions or the state in their duties towards children in their
care between 1922-95. Due to report January 2017. Chaired by Sir Anthony Hart
(pictured). A High Court judge in Belfast has granted a judicial review into how the
Kincora Boys' Home will be investigated. Three senior care staff at Kincora were jailed
in 1981 for abusing 11 boys. Allegations remain that some members of the British
intelligence services knew of the abuse and helped to cover it up.

Scotland care inquiry A statutory public inquiry into the historical abuse of children
in care has been set up by the Scottish government following scandals involving
child abuse at institutions including those run by the Roman Catholic church.

Other inquiries

Operation Pallial, North Wales The National Crime Agency is investigating
allegations of historical abuse at children's homes in North Wales. It has found
evidence of 140 alleged cases of historical abuse between 1963 and 1992. Also, Mrs
Justice Macur has been appointed to review the 2000 Waterhouse inquiry into North
Wales abuse dating back to the 1970s.

Operation Garford, Suffolk Investigating historical abuse allegations centred on
Kesgrave Hall School from the 1970s to the 1990s. Results of the original
investigation, carried out in 1992, are being reviewed. Suffolk police are carrying
out two further, unconnected investigations into allegations of abuse at two other schools.

Independent Jersey Care Inquiry The Independent Jersey Care Inquiry is
investigating historical abuse claims in Jersey's care system from 1960 to present
day. It began in July 2014. Frances Oldham QC is the inquiry chairwoman.

Jimmy Savile inquiries

Operation Yewtree Police investigation into Savile (pictured) and others. An
investigation by the Met Police and NSPCC reported in January 2013 on allegations
against Savile. Cases which emerged as a result of investigations into Savile, but
were unconnected to him, included Max Clifford, Rolf Harris and Dave Lee Travis.
Investigations into other suspects are continuing.

Savile NHS inquiry Reports found Jimmy Savile sexually assaulted victims aged five
to 75 between 1962 and 2009 in 28 hospitals, including Broadmoor and Leeds
General Infirmary. Reports relating to 13 other NHS organisations, including Stoke
Mandeville Hospital, were published in February 2015. The Stoke Mandeville report
found Savile abused 63 people connected to the hospital between 1968 and 1992.

Savile BBC inquiry Dame Janet Smith is investigating whether culture and practice
at the BBC enabled Savile to carry out abuse of children unchecked. It has now
finished taking evidence. Her report was expected in May 2015, but its publication
has been delayed. Dept for Education Headed by human rights lawyer Lucy Scott-
Moncrieff - to look at allegations that Savile abused children in schools and
children's homes, from the 1960s to 1980s.

It's worth remembering the purpose of organising the paedophile rings was not
to provide underage jollies for kinky MP's and their friends but a means of exerting
political influence over them and in their work byway of blackmail.

Yeah one of the staple ways of controlling a democracy , is to think our elected
politicians are democratic and free . J Edgar Hoover was said to have dossiers on
the rich , famous and power full. Then there is the 'old boys' and now 'girls'
networks. Public school ties , secret societies, Masonic orders, political 'whips' as in
the vid in #7 . Intelligence assets the list goes on. Then there are the 'blood lines'
and possible other aspects.......

.. my original comment was in no sense intended to belittle the victims' suffering, which must have been indescribable... but unscrupulous persons will always find a use for the weaknesses of others.

For example, it is known that Saddam Hussein employed the services of a German plastic surgeon who was struck off for abusing young boys in Hanover, in order to do corrective surgery on one of his body 'doubles', to further improve his likeness (Saddams nose was slightly thicker, while his double had pock marks).

Saddam correctly deduced that the surgeon would stay silent in return for a very large sum of money and the threat of a visit from the Mukhabarat. (reference - 'In the Shadow of Saddam, Michaelef Ramadan)

the very week when David Icke has been proved right about Prime Minister
Ted Heath to ban him for posting what reflects the truth about Heath and his
relationship with Savile.

David was the only person who publicly named Prime Minister Ted Heath as a
paedophile, Satanist and child killer while he was still alive and has done so
constantly since.Indeed this very picture and words have been posted in the
past on Facebook long before the Heath story broke in the mainstream media
this week and it was not removed.

Now, as what David said 17 years ago about Heath in The Biggest Secret comes
wide public attention, Facebook has removed the picture and blocked him from
posting anything for three days.Facebook you are a disgrace and this will rightly
reflect on your growing reputation for censorship and invasion of privacy as well

Tim Fortescue, an assistant whip while Sir Edward was prime minister, was
part of the so-called ‘Westminster Secret Service’ who would hide dirty
secrets for MPs and blackmail them for loyalty.Mr Fortescue, who died in 2008,
admitted Ted Heath had encouraged him to compile a ‘dirt book’ on Tory colleagues
and would try to ‘get a chap out of trouble’ before demanding favours in return.Sir
Edward, who has now himself been accused of child abuse, also kept his own to

scandals 'involving small boys' in order to exert control over them to make sure

now, 'I'm in a jam, can you help?'.

more.’The admission was made in a 1995 BBC documentary on life in Parliament,
which was released last year when the Westminster paedophile scandal first
emerged. Mr Fortescue's interview lifted the lid on the lengths the whips’ office
would go to in order to prevent an MP’s private life becoming public. Since then the
Prime Minister has ordered that all secret Tory files about the private lives of MPs
are to be opened up for an inquiry into widespread child abuse at the heart of the
establishment. A panel of experts will examine evidence that successive
governments, charities, political parties, the NHS, the BBC and the Church failed to
protect children from paedophiles. It has been claimed that powerful figures,
including MPs, judges, senior military figure and celebrities, were able to avoid
prosecution for abusing children as part of an Establishment cover-up.

Sex parties would be held at Dolphin Square in Pimlico and also children in care
would be plucked from homes and abused. Whistleblower Peter McKelvie has
claimed a 'powerful elite' of at least 20 prominent establishment figures formed a
VIP paedophile ring that abused children for decades. Now, for the first time, Sir
Edward Heath has been named by police, with five forces now investigating claims
he was a child abuser.

Wiltshire Police said today they have received 'tens' of calls.

‘Jimmy Savile’s nephew today claimed a 14-year-old friend was abused by Sir Edward
Heath as police revealed they are investigating his links to the DJ and a paedophile
ice cream mogul. Guy Marsden, who was taken to ‘paedophile parties’ by his uncle
from the age of 13, says the alleged attack happened in central London in the 1970s.

It came as North Yorkshire Police detectives started examining Sir Edward Heath’s
relationship with Jimmy Savile and his paedophile friend Peter Jaconelli, who was
known as ‘King Cornet’.
A new photo has emerged of Heath with Jaconelli, the 21-stone former mayor of
Scarborough who made a fortune in ice cream but also used his power to lure in
children, abusing them unhindered for 40 years.’

‘A vulnerable child vanished after going on Sir Edward Heath’s yacht but
police ignored it, it was alleged today.Linda Corby, 61, claims she watched
11 children board the then prime minister’s boat Morning Cloud when it
docked in St Helier, Jersey, but a few hours later only ten walked off.

Mrs Corby says the children, aged between six and 11, were from the
Jersey care home Haute de la Garenne, where a paedophile ring
targeted young residents for decades.

She claims she and Jersey senator Ralph Vibert, who has now died,
were ‘warned’ about Sir Edward and then watched in horror as they
saw one child was missing.’

I agree Carmody I suspect nothing of this nature comes to light without it suiting some un named--in a control situation.

a description of what may have taken place in this country for much of the past 40

What has allowed it to gain a possibly unjustified smack of reality is the slowness
and bungling that has accompanied just about everything “the establishment” has
done to meet the growing concern that something sinister and just as disturbing
has been going on for decades with the connivance of those who are able and paid
to put an end to it.It is now getting on for two years since the slew of claims about
a high-powered Westminster paedophile ring operating in London’s Dolphin Square
area first bubbled murkily to the surface.

Claims were made of abuse of vulnerable children in care and rent boys, filming
them performing sex acts on establishment figures and even an allegation of
murder.As with everything these days from an illegal war to contaminated
supermarket chicken, an inquiry was ordered but the incompetence was dizzying.

It took seven months and three attempts before a judge was chosen, and
shamefully we had to go outside of the UK and to New Zealander Lowell Goddard to
make it happen. Somehow the fact the two British recruits suggested had close and
even family links to people who were in some way connected to some of the events
was missed.

One of Judge Goddard’s first announcements was that this inquiry could last four years!

So much for swift justice, or perhaps she’s just been taking lessons from Sir John
Chilcot, whose Iraq inquiry has now taken longer to compile than it took to fight the
war it is investigating.Running in parallel has been another inquiry into so-called
cover-ups and sex rings, this time involving the BBC and shamed ex-presenters
such as Jimmy Savile and Stuart Hall.

Yet another establishment figure was put at the helm, this time Dame Janet Smith.

She took a relatively speedy two-and-a-half years to complete her findings but
when she was ready to produce it in May this year, she was told not to by… the
police! Yes, unbelievably the Metropolitan Police asked for publication to be
delayed as it claimed it could hinder ongoing investigations.

appointed to oversee investigations into allegations against him.

Wiltshire Police will lead an investigation involving at least seven forces
carrying out inquiries linked to abuse claims against the late politician.

But just last week Wiltshire Police was at the centre of the revelations
which led to Sir Edward becoming the highest profile figure to be
embroiled in historic paedophile allegations.’

for investigating abuse allegations against Edward Heath, speaks to LBC.

McGrath Goodman is a respected senior writer with Newsweek and says
she was expelled from Britain because of her investigation into allegations
of abuse surrounding former Prime Minister Ted Heath.

“You wonder why they would take so much trouble with you unless they
really wanted to scare you off. I felt like the attempt was to intimidate
me,” said McGrath Goodman.’
