View Full Version : No Alien base on the other side. I am disappointed.

From a million miles away, NASA camera shows moon crossing face of earth. A NASA camera aboard the Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVR) satellite captured a unique view of the moon as it moved in front of the sunlit side of Earth last month. The series of test images shows the fully illuminated “dark side” of the moon that is never visible from Earth.

The images were captured by NASA’s Earth Polychromatic Imaging Camera (EPIC) [PDF], a four megapixel CCD camera and telescope on the DSCOVR satellite orbiting 1 million miles from Earth. From its position between the sun and Earth, DSCOVR conducts its primary mission of real-time solar wind monitoring for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

the whole thing is a base.

It really looks like the firsts "South Park" episodes (without flash). A paper piece passing on another. That moon is a picture ? No shadows, no nothing. Always a good laugh with Nasa material.

Didn't you see the bases? I saw two dark spots that are obviously bases. The rest are probably air brushed out.

I couldn't see any bases in Europe, either.

Just looks like a bunch of mountains and half-dead grass to me.

Good read no satellite required: Penetration by Ingo Swann , The question of Extraterrestrial and Human telepathy. Bill Ryan has posted as an attachment somewhere on this forum. :silent: Can't seem to get it loaded here. Sorry.

That's just an animation, not real imaginary from space!

To be honest I wasn't holding my breath, to say the least, that NASA would allow anything to be shown expect, mundane rocky lunar surfaces. A book by the late Ingo Swann called, Penetration, goes into quiet interesting details about the moon.

There are much better pictures of the far side of the Moon on Google Images (although I doubt high enough resolution to see anything "interesting")

It never ceases to amaze me what level of subtle suggestion that NASA will go to ... ever since Richard Hoagland repeated their classic phrase, which was a brilliant railroading of his attempts at exposing the mathematical telemetry of the pyramids and anomalies on Mars as nothing more then "a trick of light and shadow". And I have no doubt the later photos which were supposed to be more accurate tried to make the face look more featureless. That must have stung... Such betrayal...

Classic, in how it is chiding, patronizing, the play on words... oh so subtle NASA! bravo... and how it must lull the public back to sleep... almost as if it was just an offhand statement... Oh how they must revel in their cleverness... One simply can't trust an organization that is dependent on maintaining an illusion in order that they continue their status as the recipient of billions of taxpayer dollars...

Should have been able to see the moon turning as it circled the earth as the same spot faces earth at all times. That gif is laughable

Yes. But, even with all the advances in technology, they've sure gone downhill since Stanley Kubrick (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000040/?ref_=tt_ov_dr) died.

it is and attack to human intelligence on every level.
should it not be oblate spheroid instead of perfect sphere?

love sunspot directly in centre of sphere and moon covering it.. eclipse anyone?

i think that moon had to pass or this picture would not be convincing enough :D

made one without frame delay .. earth jumps are awesome too..

our Moon isn't even from our Universe ... a fragment from a planet 4.5 billion years older than the Earth... it was pulled through the dimension door by a comet twice the size of Earth , for millions of years being hit with dust , meteors , debris ... captured by the Earth's gravity , the Et's say one day it will free itself ... give contact report 5 a read it is fascinating , it tells also how Venus and Mars Orbits switched by the destroyer comet passing through our inner solar system every 575.5 years ...the plejaren have re-directed it since and it no longer threatens Earth ...http://www.futureofmankind.co.uk/Billy_Meier/Contact_Report_5

The animation reminds me of an old Terry Gilliam collage animation. And yes, it should be an oblate spheroid, and not a perfect sphere.
