I have been reading a wonderful book, Project Trojan Horse, by John Keel, that actually answers these questions. What I am going to do is take your questions one by one and answer them with info I have gotten from reading the book, but I really recommend that you read the book yourself.

To start off, let me say that Mr. Keel believes that the UFO entities are not extraterrestrial. He believes that the extraterrestrial meme was implanted in our belief systems by the entities, themselves. Disclosure will come when we stop buying the bull**** it sells us and creating belief systems out of it, and actually see what is there. In other words, disclosure will come when we wise up.

From the experience I had when I made the dimensional shift, each dimension vibrates at a certain frequency range. This frequency range is somehow connected to the consciousness/being, the consciousness/being can travel across the boundaries from one frequency range into another. Each frequency range has a certain density/weight/compactness, you can understand it as putting on weight or dropping weight, it's the same feeling but more central to the heart/chest area. When I returned back from the dimensions I experienced, down here to earth, I put on weight, heaviness went into me and I got back at the state of consciousness of being alive here. When we are talking about highly intelligent beings out there in creation, it is within the range of the intelligence of some of these beings to understand how these things work, hence they can travel across the dimensional boundaries. They are simply put less limited. What I learned from this experience is that unconditional love is the key. Two soul mates can connect in unconditional love and make a dimensional shift together, you do not have to attach any technology to this, it's all built in by nature to get more access when your being is in more love - simply put when you are more peaceful/more unconditionally loving. Then the limitations start fading away. When we see crafts, I think it is a temporary sharing of the same frequencies. When I had my UFO encounter here in this physical dimension, I had first tuned my inner being towards truth and Christ love. In that more peaceful state of being I was able to perceive the UFO although it was in the same physical dimension as where I was.

At our normal state of being, we become aware of our absolute density typically when we are losing a lot of peace very quickly or when you listen to a heavy song. So although the density is kind of outside of our awareness where we currently are, it is there in absolute terms and is a result of all of our definitions, beliefs, thoughts, emotions etc. kind of a result of the truths and falses that we hold inside both consciously and subconsciously. You can logically understand this from the point of view that truthful definitions equal happy/peace/fun/love/freedom/excitement as a very light state of being, while false definitions equal sad/non-peaceful/not fun/not loving/non freedom/fearful as a very heavy state of being and that you carry with you and live a mix of these. This mix of frequencies is within the frequency range where your consciousness currently is in being.

In order to "ascend" and boost that ascension process consciously, in other words to become lighter in density and being aware of it, one has to analyze the internal state of being from the perspective that it constantly vibrates at a certain level that relates to an absolute truth scale and open up to the idea that this can be tuned by the own being such that it is raised relative to the absolute truth scale. The sum of all "I define this <<positive thing>> as being true" and all "I define this <<negative thing>> as being true" will determine the current fundamental frequency because relative to absolute truth that combination of definitions will pitch at a certain fundamental frequency. Relative truths are bound to the current realities thinking states and circumstances, absolute truths are boundless and contain positive emotion. So the process of shifting frequencies to entirely different realities is a lot about changing core definitions that are within you and false relative to absolute truth. This could be things like: "I must live in city X because else...". Or, "I must do this, because else...". Or, "my type of person does not attract these kinds of persons". Or, "nobody understands my needs, I'm left alone in creation...". So ascending is a process that can be boosted, but it also happens naturally/automatically.

Couple things to add...

-the ultraterrestrials , according to Keel (he spoke with Indrid Cold directly, on the phone, and this is how it was explained to him) are trapped in our time/space and are simply..well....bored. bored out of their minds! Which is why they're always f'ing with us. It's an explanation that many poo-pah because it'seems so unsatisfying...and seems to reduce the human experience to an existential piece of horse sh!t. But I tend to believe it..

- the entities often referred to themselves as "searchers". searchers of what? Hypnotically suggestive subjects like Woodrow Derenberger no doubt. This is why some are more likely to be visited than others...

Like Selkie said, the phenomena is all encompassing. Good and evil are synonymous in their phantasmagorical world. They play the good guys and the bad guys simultaneously...to keep the drama going. It's no coincidence that ufo's and cryptid's and men in black and all sorts of strange phenomena often occur in the same space at the same time - they originate from the same source or energy. The only thing that confuses me a little is that your stereotypical ufo memes are noticeably absent from Keel's books....things like greys or tall whites. Reptilians are only mentioned in passing in 'the mothman prophecies'. Taking their place are these unorthodox, "oriental" looking aliens with long tapered fingers....a type of "alien" I've never read about in any other testimony. Any thoughts on this Selkie???

Perhaps the meme of the greys and reptilians had not entered our minds when Keel wrote Operation Trojan Horse? It seems to me that the meme of the greys took off with Whitley Strieber, while the reptilian meme took off with David Icke. As for the tall whites, there are tall blondes in Keel's books, the "Venusians", so maybe the tall blondes have morphed (in our minds) into the tall whites? Thinking along those lines, maybe the small, "oriental" types have morphed (again, in our minds) into the greys? After all, almost no one sees fairies anymore, and almost no one is visited by incubi and succubi, either, and yet, they were of the phenomenon, too.

Also, I would like to add that it should be remembered that the phenomenon lies. The "entities" are liars. So if "Indrid Cold" said that they are trapped in our space/time, I would not believe "him", even though "his" explanation is plausible. Rather, I would believe John Keel, who says that they are not a part of our space/time.

p.s. The forms the phenomenon can take are endless, and can be as varied as the percipients themselves. Perhaps someone with a commonly held frame of reference will see something that a lot of other people see, while someone with a unique frame of reference will see something unique?

p.s. I just had a thought: regarding the greys and reptilians, for example, when a powerful cord is struck in the human imagination, like what happened with the publication of Communion by Whitley Strieber, or Children of the Matrix by David Icke, could it be that the phenomenon has the ability to re-program the imaginations of most of the people in the affected society with a new meme simultaneously? Or could it be the other way around, and that the phenomenon has the ability to pre-program us, and that the publication of a book like Communion is just a match to tinder, and a whole new meme takes off?

So yes, I love John Keel. I had only read Mothman and Our Haunted Planet before. Operation Trojan Horse is new to me, and I am about to start The Eighth Tower. But I love John Keel, and I agree with you...I can't believe his work is so neglected. But then, peoples' egos and belief systems get tied up in this stuff, so I guess its not surprising :(

Most of them are 4th density or above. As I understand it this means they can remove their physical bodies from this density among other things, and their craft can do the same.

No one could attack them. Anyone taken against their will is thoroughly under mind-control. They look at the time lines and see the future before they abduct someone, it's not perfect though because the universe is not deterministic. If the person they're after is not in a position where they can be controlled completely the operation would be aborted before it started.

For peaceful contacts that are agreed to, yes they are chosen specifically. As I understand it most if not all of them are chosen and agreed to be contacted before they were born to the present life time.

Sometimes they mind control people to see them as humans so they don't freak out too much. Also by mental contacts perhaps you mean projected images or astral abduction. They can simply project images to someone, or take them out of body somewhere, presumably because these are easier than physical abduction if taking the body is not necessary.
