I had never heard of Dr. Miller, so I went on a several week long research sabbatical from posting and listened to everything I could find on YouTube regarding the man.

Please don't allow Dr. Miller's silly giggling, and animated body motions to distract from what he is saying. The man is a "functioning savant" - his description, not mine. He has special skills that made him a candidate to be chosen as an "Intelligence Community Operative" at an early age. He has worked his entire adult life for Naval Intelligence.

The reason I would go with Dr. Miller over some of these other individuals reporting on these issues, is because of his credentials. This man spent his entire adult life working for Naval Intelligence in one capacity or another. He says he has been retired for thirty, or forty years, but he also speaks of his "pay grade" not being high enough to know certain answers to questions that are posed to him. I don't think one ever "retires" from a job in intelligence, especially from Naval Intelligence. These people are at the center of the intelligence cabal.

So, can Dr. Miller be believed? He certainly does walk the talk. I don't think he is holding anything back. His story is corroborated in the information coming from so many other sources.

Pay particular attention to what Dr. Miller has to say about:

Fukushima - it's an extinction event.
Chemtrails - nothing to do with the military, it's a global corporate project.
CERN - it's the global elite's exit strategy.
Artificial Telepathy - it came from German research and has been 'operational' since the end of the Second World War.
The Holographic Universe - he claims to have written a paper on the subject prior to Michael Talbot's book on the subject, but Dr. Miller's paper was classified Top Secret so in never got seen. He speaks extensively on nano-technology and how all of our bodies are infected with nano-robots designed to preform all sorts of dastardly functions.
He tells how Monsanto is not a seed company, of even a GMO company. They are a weapons manufacturer. A weapons manufacturer that has taken-over all sorts of benign companies and turned them into weapons beyond the imagination of the average individual.
He talks about how some plants are not plants, but "delivery systems from God".
He speaks extensively on "Transhumanism".
How Magic has been the exclusive tool of the Global Elite far into antiquity.
He talks about the "Black Goo Phenomena". [Which Dr. Miller makes reference to as "Smart Blood".] All of what Harald Kautz Vella is saying, (from the Transhumanism Thread referenced in the OP) Dr. Miller gives greater detail - with regard to the physics - of these topics. Dr. Miller was there from the beginning with the research of these topics in the dark circles of the intelligence community.

Everything Dr. Miller says fits perfectly into the puzzle. All of the stuff about dimensions of consciousness, and paranormal phenomenon, and how his work with the intelligence community was at the crest of the wave into all of these investigations. It all makes sense.

I encourage any member to do an extensive research session on Dr. Richard Miller.

Over the past three weeks, I have listened to, possibly forty hours of his interviews. The man's brilliance shines-through his quirky mannerisms.

It is so often said, "our thoughts create our reality".

If one studies the science of quantum physic, one realizes there are reproducible experiments that prove, "what we think is what occurs", in the way matter is created out of the wave form; through the simple act of observation.

In metaphysics we learn much the same thing, "what you think is what will occur".

What I have come to realize; there is one very important fundamental element in the equation which is hidden from the Masses.

While we are all individual conscious experiences, collectively, we are all one single entity, i.e. The Mass Consciousness of Humanity. This Collective Consciousness exists outside of this particular reality, beyond our individual perceptions.

At the individual level of consciousness, one does and can create one's own reality.

This is the great secret the Controllers of this Reality keep from us.
This is how our reality is manipulated to the benefit of those Controlling Entities.
Control what the Mass Consciousness of Humanity focuses upon, and you will control reality.

There is no "in a nutshell" explanation of how our reality is manipulated to the benefit of a handful of Global Elite, I.e., the theme of this thread.

I do know, the technology of advanced quantum physics is indistinguishable from High Magic.

If one listens to enough Dr. Rick, one will realize the control mechanism of our Common Reality doesn't work from an individual's free will perspective. The Common Reality of Humanity is controlled through the clever manipulation of the Mass Consciousness of Humanity, at an hyper-dimensional level.

Dr. Miller's "super soldiers" are trained to enter a specific place in their mind's eye where they can make instant life-or-death decisions with increasable accuracy. I don't know how to do that.

Perhaps if we could all enter that place with a group specificity, we might be able to collectively "change the picture".

Anyone investigating how the Common Reality is effected from an hyperdimensional level, must spend time researching the work of David Icke.

I understand the aversion some have when David is introduced into the exploration, however, we are breaking-down the walls of paradigms here.

:biggrin1: :raining: I had a dream...a different kind of dream...the colors and details were so vivid, much blue/green...I came upon a blue/green wooden fence with many different hues of blue/green shades in its wood, walking straight towards it and then i turned right and came upon a big tree with overflowing leaves and a woman peeked from behind the trunk...very distinctive, i could see her face clearly, her white short hair and glasses motioning for me to take off the ear phones i had in my ears...she was trying to tell me something but i couldnt hear her...i tussled around trying to turn off the ipod i had in my ears to hear her..once i finally turned it off, i instantly found myself in front of an alter, standing still motionless....the Wave of welted emotion that sprung forth i was not expecting and it burst out of me and into being awake and waling out loud. It was a "dream" experience i wont forget-- Ive never felt emotion welt up from a deep place within like a spring coming out of myself.....

According to Dr. Miller, it started way back in the early seventies.

- In the early seventies while at the University of Washington Miller worked in a lab next to infamous mind control scientist Jose Delgado. Delgado was doing chip implants in monkeys, and Miller was working with microwaves. Another scientist was studying drugs such as ketamine and BZ gas.

A researcher named Allan Frey had discovered a “new sensorimotor input” in man, a kind of “sixth sense,” which involved microwaves. Building on Frey’s work, and inspired, he says, by his experience with Krill, Miller was involved in developing “synthetic telepathy,” a technology that enables an audio signal (voices etc.) to be projected with microwaves into a person’s head, bypassing the ears.

The “hundredth monkey effect (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hundredth_monkey_effect)” is just a metaphor for an observation that was later postulated into a theory. Although I personally see great potential in the theory, it is in no way, a proven effect, other than an observation that occurred in the mid 1980s. Additionally, there is no statistical analysis of what the actual number of monkeys required to cause the effect vs. the total number of monkeys within the community.

Are you somehow suggesting the number of members, combined with an abstract number of an alleged audience - let’s liberally assume a number somewhere around one million souls - would in any way represent the “one-hundredth monkey” with a world population of 7,366,540,000 (+)? (that’s billion)

Oh sh!t, I was busy this weekend listening to the cancer documentary put together by Ty Bollinger when Observer called to my attention the video above. My first reaction is: What in the hell do they need “THAT MUCH” power for?

One has to look at the entire history of earth in order to understand the full context of what may be occurring at CERN, and the implications thereof. Of course, much of this will be speculation, yet great fodder for any science fiction writer who wants or needs a script.

We know, all things manifest are energy held in resonance by a fabric which we know very little about. What we do know is that there are billions of years of history which went into building the current environment. What we also know, is that there are many dimensions and frequencies to the energetic constructs of the universe, and all manner of entities, both physical and astral.

We also know there are other dimensional beings from other star systems which have come to earth in deep antiquity and messed with the indigenous, through DNA splicing and other such manipulations. We also know that there were very advanced energetic technologies thousands of years ago, which were lost in some cataclysmic event, which caused a great flood as well as the loss of Tiamat, the missing planet in our solar system whose remnants makes up the asteroid belt.

Some might suggest that the loss of the planet Tiamat, the raining of water from an extreme heat event onto this planet caused the flooding, and the loss of the ancient technology, were all connected somehow.

We can now begin speculating that these events, and these interloping beings have spent thousand so of years attempting to restore this technology, and have almost succeeded via CERN.

We can look at current history in the last 70 years since the Nazi Bell, Project Paperclip, the prevalence of a secret space program, the existence of an underground economy consuming trillions of dollars in resources, the testimony of Bob Dean, Phil Schneider, among others, of the high strangeness and the extreme advancements which are hidden from the mainstream.

We can see some of the blowback from these experiments from the early days at Montauk, the Philadelphia experiment, Dulce underground bases, HAARP, CERN, and of course, Area 51.

We can reasonably deduce that the technology available to these elite alien interlopers, whose bloodlines stretch back into ancient antiquity, and their agendas, are fraught with misconceptions, failures, and dangerous experiments. We can certainly agree that these elite at the top of the power pyramid on earth are psychopathic and have little or no regard for the indigenous empathic humans.

So, what do you get when you add up the variables? What do you get when you take a group of powerful elite ancient bloodlines with an agenda spanning thousands of years, whose origins and whose physical makeup appears to not be empathic human, but alien psychopathic, and you give them all the power and resources to play with the very fabric of space/time?

If we speculate that they already blew a bunch of holes in the fabric of space/time many years ago at Montauk, which can be reasonably supported by data, and that all manner of strange anomalous manifestations from other parts of the galaxy, or dimensions of this fabric, have “leaked” through, and that there are holes which need to be patched, or other portals which need to be opened, or they “want” to be opened.

Or for whatever nefarious reasons, such as to eliminate the indigenous population, which they are done with, having USED us to restore their technology, and now wish to euthanize us while they bring in their own hybrids to inhabit this earth, for which they need to terraform this planet to make it hospitable for these new hybrids, or whether they are using this technology to escape this dimension because they have been stuck here since the great cataclysm of thousands of years ago, who knows?

In truth, the US military sources and US intelligence sources had already developed these technologies for a good long while in the time of this military publication. How do I know? They have been used on me as early as 1986-1988. They have been used on others in their testimony as early as the 60's and 70's.
