Part of this announcement has global significance regarding the authority to imminently release Swissindo funds, globally "As soon as technically possible after 17 August 2015".

Part of the annoucement has regional significance regarding the distribution of funds to the people and governments of 14 countries of the "Linggacala Australia" region and the printing of new currencies for those countries.

That is old and very distorted opinion based on several gross misunderstandings that have been clarified in great detail many times, in many forums. I don't mean to be rude or dismissive but I really don't have time to go over it point by point.

One of the biggest misunderstandings stemmed from a rumour that the Delegates would be paid a huge salary immediately and have all of their expenses paid for a trip to Indonesia for the Semar Super Semar event on March 11th, 2014 and subsequent events in Indonesia and Laos.

It has been clearly understood by almost all Delegates, from the outset, that they are all volunteers and no one will get paid until after the money is released. No money can be released from the Swissindo Trust before August 17th 2015. It has been stated repeatedly that the money will be released and available "as soon as technically possible" after August 17th.

Some of the Delegates argue they should never be paid because they would do it all for love anyway and they won't need to be paid when they have access to their inheritance and monthly stipend as well as utilities being free, taxes being abolished because all national debts have been paid in full, public services have been paid for in full, in advance and additional funding is available for infrastructure and community projects, without any usury.

I have seen the document signed by John Kerry, U.S. Secretary of State, confirming the legitimacy of Swissindo Identification and Travel Documents.

I have seen the new currency. I have been shown a lot of other things most people have not seen, including samples of counterfeit currency from several nations, very large amounts (many hundreds of full shipping containers) of which has been intercepted and removed from circulation.

I have seen the very detailed investigative report that points directly at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) and their subsidiaries, Securancy and Note Printing Australia, as the source of huge amounts of that confiscated counterfeit currency. Fraud is rife across the whole banking industry. The RBA is not the only counterfeit operation but they have some of the most sophisticated technology this is used to print legitimate currency for several nations.

The licences, granted to Reserve Banks worldwide, to print money expire on August 17th, 2015. After that date, there will be new arrangements.

Imagine what you could do with virtually unlimited funding that you never have to repay. That would enable you to pay for all the facilities and help you need so you can develop your ideas and offer your products and/or services globally at little or no cost to the end-user.

Hundreds of Quadrillions of dollars will be available as grants for projects that care for the Earth and care for the people. If anyone wishes to apply for project funding, they need to write a business plan and an Executive Summary of the completed business plan, then complete a form and send it to Swissindo for processing.

The reality now is that Swissindo does not have enough personnel to read proposals and process applications for thousands of small proposals. They only have enough people, right now, to read a small number of proposals for large projects with a minimum budget of $10 Billion.

As soon as the Swissindo Trust funds are released, funding will be made available to enable Swissindo Delegates to set up offices in each of the five regions (Asia, Africa, Europe, America and Australia) and hire thousands of people to process the applications for project funding and to facilitate distribution of the funds.

idiit I know where you're coming from, completely, I've been in cities, and, for the most part, they're completely full of what I could get away with calling "the useless"

There's 50 men in the city of Ottawa, for example, 20 something listing in the yellow pages under the heading "refrigeration". These 50 men, I'm a master refrigeration mech as well, and our helpers, or apprentices, keep all of the grocery store foods cold and or frozen. We keep all of the buildings cool in the summer, and we keep all of the beer cold. That, expressed as a percentage, is 0.00005% of the population. Also in Canada, even before factory farming, somewhere around 1 to 2% of our population, max, grew 100% of our food. There's another 50 master electricians here (dito) who keep all the lights on.

The long and short of this is that maybe 7% of the population are essential, and the other 93%? Who knows. Institutions, government departments, on and on, but none of them essential to basic survival and basic needs being met.

Right now there's over 1 million people in the city of Ottawa, and easily there ARE 1 million people there who do not grow, nor even know how to grow, their own food, and yet they are all well fed.

I'm from a small town outside that city. Maybe 300 people here while I was growing up, and its not like you think. Life is easy out here, amongst the farmers. No one over works, no one is a slave to something else, and nothing is really hard. Things that are hard, we all insist we get help with. I'm not farmer class, I repair water pumps and motors and mechanical systems etc. and at the same time, yes I have cut the heads off chickens and cleaned them. As a child every fall I helped harvest apples from the apple orchard near by. Yes there are times when we need to get busy, but most times, no, it's a pretty sedate life.

Run the numbers on your thesis again with only 7% of the population actually needed to keep the ship afloat, and see how it looks then.

John Kerry member of the Skull and Bones, is a wicked man, who is not empowered to legitimize any document or sign it on my behalf. If a wicked man signs a document it is certainly not on behalf of any good entity... THIS IS ENOUGH, with this crap.. you are wasting your time and being deceived.

Zanshin, I don't know Keith Scott. As far as I know, there is no Keith Scott on the Australian Delegation but there are currently over nine hundred official Swissindo Delegates globally. I have asked around but so far have not had any responses to confirm whether he is officially involved with Swissindo.

I first heard of the 'plan of the experts' from Winston Shrout more than 2yrs ago.

He told us of Keith Scott's involvement with the Soekarno Trust as settlor (I believe in tandem with
Neil Keenan - albeit reluctantly).

Back then Winston was discussing a similar payment plan to the one outlined above - and seemed to
expect it's implementation much sooner.

The Swissindo team is working to release the payments as soon as technically possible. Public announcements, in all forms of media with national reach, in all timeslots, for two weeks, is a condition on governments before they can receive any payments. Payments to individuals will be unconditional.

Payments to governments will not be in one lump-sum but rather for specific humanitarian, environmental, infrastructure or other projects that benefit the people and Earth.

He was rather dismissive of Swissindo, proving he knows little about it. He also said the deadline (for world leaders/governments to accept their Country Quota payment as a gift) was 18th August when in fact it was 17th August 2015.

The team I work with daily has been contacted four times by a representative of the Vatican during the last month. They know Mr. Sino has the stated assets and authority. The Vatican representative asked if they can buy 1,000 tonnes of Mr. Sino's gold (about 42 billion USD worth). When asked how they would pay for the gold, the reply was "US dollars."

The response from the Swissindo representative was "why would we accept worthless paper as payment for gold? We have a better idea. If the Pope makes the required announcements, we will treat the Vatican the same as all countries and give you 138 Trillion in gold certificates to fund humanitarian projects, with full financial transparency."

In the second meeting the Vatican representative was told, "Swissindo is not in the business of selling gold. We are in the business of funding humanitarian projects. If the Vatican does not accept our offer, that's no skin off our nose - you can go broke like everyone else, then join the end of the queue."

In the third meeting, the Vatican representative offered to set up a meeting with the Finance Minister of the Vatican and possibly the Pope. He also offered to set up a meeting (or meetings) with the President of Russia, President of China, Prime Minister of UK and Deputy Chairman of the Federal Reserve.

In the fourth meeting, the Vatican representative informed us his contact in Rome wants $15 million in advance to arrange the meeting at the Vatican. The response was, "Swissindo will never make any corrupt payments. We did not ask for the meeting. YOU DID. We are not going broke. The Vatican is and so is most of the world. If that man wants to earn 15 million as a management fee for humanitarian projects, we invite him to submit an application for project funding."
