Just read an interesting article by Ellen Brown. She quotes one of my favorite financial writers, "Simon Black" and I'd highly recommend his Sovereign Man blog. This is not a new solution to the financial crisis, as you'll see in the article.
So...what can be done about the United States' massive 17 trillion dollar debt that the bankers and politicians amassed? Just hit the delete button! Poof! Gone! All that money/debt was created out of thin air anyway. If it came from thin air, I say put it back in the air!
Ellen's article just reinforces my own opinion that the entire crisis is just another in a long line of fake crisis that the controllers use to steal more and more of our hard-earned money. I agree with many others that every market crash is manufactured.

There is no crisis , only manipulation .

Aaah, so true. The debt was never ours to begin with. That would be the proper thing to do. Someone else stated and I've always liked it even within that scheme... "losses are socialized and profits are privatized."

So why are so many prominent voices now warning that a global financial crisis is imminent? The answer is actually very simple: A global financial crisis is imminent.

So ... if all those US Treasuries sitting on bank balance sheets can't be paid ... poof gone.
If all those savings deposits in banks can't be paid ... poof gone.
If all those pension, retirement and "Social Security" promises, public and private, cannot be paid ... poof gone.
Talk about a depression ... that would be a depression of epic proportions.
We've (us humans) have built up a financial/monetary/economic structure with monumental fraud and imbalances. Dismantling it, or even (as is more likely) restructuring it on a more firm basis, is difficult work. Every promise that cannot be met is someone else's savings, expected income or future well being. The entanglements are vast beyond imagination, mostly hidden or fraudulently misrepresented, and deeply corrupt.
Easy answers are a tad scarce right now.

We're all in the same boat on this one. Taking from one of us affects all of us. We may be able to finally look into the mirror and see all our human friends staring back. Materialism and the con game of "you too can rise to the top" shows exactly what each of us has compromised, manipulated, believed and indeed become... can't throw one of us to the wolves without being devoured ourselves. Thanks to this forum for letting us connect on the stark realities of our day. Let us live today with a heart of love.

it starts with the illusion of scarcity according to the ed posts (extra-dimensionals).
they starve us of necessities and then watch us act like rats to survive.
limitless food and fresh clean water resources. replicators. back to sustainable organic agriculture and the elimination of gmo food poisoning and resultant health problems.
getting rid of the parasitical 1/10th of 1 % would be rulers and their minions. redistribution of the wealth and political control back to the people.
back to common law and an end to the traitors called lawyers who really owe their allegiance and lifestyles to our would be owners; look up what a birth certificate really means if you don't know already.
back to a real medium of exchange that has a true barter system foundation. collateral based; debt is not and never has been an asset. it's a liability and designed thru usury aka interest to be a slavery instrument from its inception.
^ simple basic stuff. the shift is underway. it will be more and more obvious with the passing of each and every day from now into "the event".
sovereign ppl, sovereign nations, sovereign planet.
these changes need to be made and are in process of being implemented.
the transition will be rough in spots.

the transition will be rough in spots. Why do you suppose it will be different this time? Haven't 'they' been doing this for hundreds and hundreds of year? Build up an economy, destroy it, gather up the spoils, rinse, repeat.
