I've got to 22-23 mins in, where they're discussing (22:10) why the 'storytellers' and 'SSP whistleblowers' weren't invited to speak at this particular conference.

They agreed that while there is value there, the whistleblowers have their own presentation venues, and often (without meaning to) end up blocking real scholarship, with their claims sometimes coming over more as entertainment, stifling any discussion of major issues, with the work of serious researchers getting 'lost in the noise'. Most interesting. I do not disagree.

At 24 minutes, they speak of how apparently, ET technology has been back engineered and improved. Improved at a level where it is sold back to other ET groups as a better technology, better devices, different devices and technology based on the original back-engineered products.

I have said that when reaching 'an IQ of ~200' (in current human terms), there is very little to no need.... to remain 'incarnate' or to bother with this dimension or body/physicality.

This report of selling ET their stuff back, but improved, illustrates this point quite nicely.

That.... ET is not all that smart, and the claim that 'reptilians are very long lived, and have highly ritualized societies', well, that combination of points (IQ, sell back, etc) explains all of that, in a nutshell.

Why be afraid of ET when thy are not all that smarter than humans, if at all.

The 'given point', of course, is that their evolution and mental states have been shaped by their knowledge of real world affairs, knowing of the real universal condition, a knowing of energies, dimensional spaces and boundaries, and so on. This has the effect of raising their intelligence, in the individual and group sense. Universal knowing can generally mean less aggression as the knowing begets that aggression is a useless/meaningless mode of existence. Things like long lived reptilians would be the exception ---specifically due to the ritualization of their culture and long life, with a tiered genetics added in...this creates and perpetuates such a nightmare machine.

This also means (when the logic is followed) that you can't blame the current state of human affairs on ET, not by a long shot. The idea of selling ET back his technology as an improved item, this buries the idea of ET superiority...and begins to leave the current attack on human life on this planet, in the hands of humans.

One of the points of confusion that allows for indecision, is, "well, maybe ET is doing this chemtrail and similar stuff'.

NO, the answer appears.... to lie more in the human realm.

Also, be aware an IQ of 200, means that cognitive speed is part of the issue. What an IQ of 200 can figure out in 30 seconds, would take a full year of work and thinking time for an average intelligence of 100 IQ. They might never solve the problem/issue.

I've spoken to a person who says that IBM, for example (only one example!), has tracked down and/or gotten a grip on some given people (collected over time) and has rooms full of separate researchers, savants and whatnot, that average -and don't really drop below- the 185 IQ mark.

Are they capable of solving ET's problems, or back engineering ET's technology, and then improving it?

The answer is.... yes, beyond a shadow of a doubt.

The chemtrails appear to be a method of controlling the emergence of the science, degradation of the human sphere of life via downturn in the humans as a group, a reduction in intelligence, and thus a reduction in the threat and capacity to deliver a threat. As well, the prelude to the creation of a tiered intelligence and body/avatar function. That there appears to be either an ET or human enabled attempt to produce a similar system as reptilians seem to have, which is apparently tiered genetics, levels of body and intelligence in humans. An elite class of genetics and a serfdom automaton form. An enforced splitting of humanity, done just out of the intellectual reach of the vast majority who are affected.

As I've said before.... think of it as a externally applied intelligence test with very hard pass/fail considerations.

Jay Dyer was back for his second visit to give us a debriefing of the 2015 Secret Space program Conference in Austin, Texas. This was a gathering of independent researchers sharing their findings that all point into the direction of a secret space program that's been going on, maybe since the 1850s! Many perspectives from finance to history, technology, social engineering, and more were presented.

One of Jay's many areas of research is movies with secret space programs and breakaway civilization plot lines, and the James Bond book and movie franchise. Many Bond stories have had plot lines involving ultra-mega rich, dark, nefarious characters with their own PRIVATE space programs.

While this might seem like a big stretch, remember the old saying, “Follow the money trail.” Katherine Austin Fitts, another of the presenters, explained the gigantic, invisible, off the books, money system that may well be paying for this Secret Space Program and THAT'S where the really cool hardware and software is being employed, and NOT the fireworks show NASA has been showing us for the past 50 years.

We also touched on how "out in the open" private space programs, including Elon Musk's SpaceX and Sir Richard Branson's, Virgin Galactic are likely to be fronts, or distractions for our consumption, so that "we the sheeple" don't think or ask about the "real" advanced hardware and software. Both SpaceX and Virgin Galactic programs are using concepts that are over 60 years old, but dressed up with new materials and computers.

They are definitely real programs that are potentially very dangerous (as we say a years ago), but are using very old concepts.
