View Full Version : Agenda 21 - You're Invited!

Have you ever thrown a party and hardly anyone showed up?

Well, there’s a party called “Agenda 21” and it has created quite a stir. So many important people are supposed to be there so people think they’re obliged to attend. They have the “pre-party anxieties” like – what shall I wear?

They are already trying on a wardrobe of fear, confusion and dis-empowerment.

The party organizers are pleased about the press and the flurry of activity! Postings on YouTube abound with an array of fashion wear – so many shades and shapes of fear, anxiety and panic….. So much to choose from! Some are choosing it all!

Well, I myself am not much of a fashionista. I prefer the simple wardrobe of love and peace.

I decided that this party is not for me and I have declined the invitation.

A quirky thought occurred to me – “Why not throw our own party?”

Actually, there are lots of little parties going on out there already. They are not as well advertised and are not making as big of a splash. After all, peacefulness is not a exhilarating as panic!

Or perhaps it is because bad news travels 11 times farther than good news (or so I am told). Yikes! So this means that for each piece of bad news, we need to counter it with eleven pieces of good news to just keep things even!

I, for one, would like to see the balance tipped in favor of a wonderful world.

Gosh, I’d better throw my own party! It will be a party where we do all kinds of crazy things – like visualizing harmony, helping my neighbors, beautifying my space (inner and outer) – so many choices!

What about your party? How crazy can you make it?

Oh – I just received a crazy invitation to another party! How cool is that?

Agenda 21 is now being morphed into Agenda 2030. This is such an insidious program that has been created by the communist regime called The United Nations. I have worked in the construction field for most of my life and that is a place that has seen more of this Agenda 21 crap then anyone will ever know. This nasty agenda was pushed into local jurisdictions because it would have never passed muster if blatantly pushed directly from the UN. In the early 7o's local cities, towns and counties started to adopt Zoning Codes which are a direct violation to private property rights. Building codes were and have be in play since 1928 which actually were written into Fire Codes. They were always about Fire, Life and Safety, Yet these insidious agenda 21 freaks infiltrated all localities and pushed these codes to greater and greater control of private property rights and literally took them away from folks. This is just some history of Codes and agenda 21 control. This is what is happening today all over and everyone seems to be on board with it. Pretty sick I say and such a sorry state or party as you say we are going to. All one has to do is look around this country or the world as far as it goes and see this control in practice. Bad news folks, It has its ugly claws buried in all of us right now and I really do not see how to not go to that party today.

Paul, Thanks for asking that, here is one of the nastiest codes to come into effect since the international codes began to be adopted in 2000, It is called the Property maintenance Code and since it is adopted in most local cities, towns and counties and even states. People are being forced to upgrade their existing homes to meet the energy requirements as stated in the International Energy Code which is part of that Green crap that good old Al Gore pushed and made billions off of while he lives in a 23000 square foot mansion and drives his gas guzzeling hum Vee's around. These codes, this one especially, has created a stir up in New York where the Code nazies were sent around to destroy peoples outdoor food gardens because it was against some code in the City to do that. The Cities are taking control by adopting additional ordinances and codes that do not allow folks to enjoy their own properties. I am witness to this all the time. These Staffers that work for city, county, State governments make these things up behind closed doors and then spring this crap on folks when they want to get a permit for some minor thing. That brings other issues up, When just when did it have to become a necessity to ask permission to do something on your private property? See now you got me started. A little background on me, I used to work for one of these entities and I saw all this from the other side of sickness. God help me but I was a Building inspector/plans examiner so believe me when I say these agenda 21 codes are in play today. I have seen the nasty crap pulled off right here in this local jurisdiction and I have also seen even worse things going on in other parts of the country. Here is a real scarry thing they are beginning to pull off today, They are foreclosing, on folks that refuse to abide by their ordinances and codes. They also send the local police out now to be their code enforcers for that crap, Well local police are really nothing more than code enforcers anyway, Don't take me totally wrong with the local police because I know a lot of them and they are very decent upstanding people. Coming down to reality Huh! there is that word that may or may not be fake., It is these local hired thugs that make up the nasty rules overnight and no one really gets any say in it except some committee, That causes us so much misery.

Okay Paul you got me started and I definitely can go off simply because I have been there and now still have to deal with it. There have been and are a lot of folks that see this everyday but it is not shoved out there for the majority to know what is happening. I have tried and tried and tried and I will continue to spread the word the best I can. Consider me a Whistle-blower of some sorts in this realm and believe me I have paid for it in the past and still may. It is a passion of mine I would say to help folks the best I can.
Thanks again for asking, I can come up with more real nasty stuff but for now I end here.

A lot of these codes are really onerous on the elderly, who can have a hard time keeping their properties up to snuff because of age and financial hardship. A city can take a property in a snap when fines are levied and cannot be paid, or if an elderly person cannot comply with the code for one reason or another. In many cases, it amounts to nothing less than blatant, legalized theft. Not to mention that when an elderly person can manage to bring the property up to code, the property taxes go up, and so its a double whammy. It just plain fascism.

no-one explains Agenda 21 better and more thoroughly (not one stone left un-turned) than David Icke- please read his "The Perception Deception"; this topic is for real and it's unfolding in the EU as well; after 2020 it is forbidden to build single-family homes in the EU and this isn't even scratching the surface of this hideous agenda- and people like Fulford and Wilcock say the Elites controlling this planet have been defeated...; right- and I shot Kennedy- their agenda is steam-rolling ahead

Well, looking at it from a different perspective, when you register a piece of land at the county recorders office, as a Deed of Trust or a Warranty Deed, what you are doing, in essence, is declaring the land the property of the state.

You see, all land was divided into military districts under the military emergency back in the mid 1860's and assigned "zip codes" to designate the districts. All registrations within the districts give ingress and egress right of way to all land to the state, and no one holds fee simple allodial title to any land. All land is recorded by section/township/range, which is the states boundary designation.

All titles are held in trust by the state, which is why they call it a Deed of Trust. When you "pay off" the encumbrance (a whole other topic), what the bank records in the country records is a "release of lien" or a release of the encumbrance. You NEVER receive the title. Legal title is held by the state.

So, what you have is the right to possession, called equitable title, provided you continue to pay taxes and fees, and abide by all the statutory rules and regulations of being a ward of the state, a ward whose possessionary rights can be revoked for non compliance to the state mandates on THEIR land.

Some have tried to go back to the original land patents, and meld the possessionary rights with ownership rights by using the grid co-ordinates as boundary designations, instead of the section/township/range designations of the military districts and county records, and claim ownership via declaration based outside of the current records. I've heard of some success, but this is not widely known.

So, don't be so surprised when the state tells you what they want to do with their land. Lost and Found may be able to expand on this notion and help me clarify this:

It is great that a lot of the finer points of The Agenda are coming out in this thread. Given this information, I was wondering if anyone was thinking in the direction of what we can do about addressing these "finer points"? There must be some "action items" that a person can put their efforts into.

For instance, in Josephine County, Oregon, the populace is successfully booting out GMO crops and their promoters (despite the laws of the land). Can we, the people find a way to affect these codes and ordinances?

I love the French expression "Systeme D". The D stands for "debrouiller", for which there is no true equivalent in English. It means loosely to do it any way you can. "Systeme D" is invoked when there are obstacles - usually obstacles created by rules or regulations. In other words, you find your own way to bypass the ridiculous rule by using your own ingenuity. If the rules are rigged - well, use "Systeme D"! But that requires thinking outside of the box.

Selkie move this stuff far and wide, to get folks in the know of what has been and is happening. Gripreaper is so way right about what he has posted. I will try to enhance some stuff here that perhaps will help folks understand more. Property taxes are nothing more than rent fees for the property you live on. So here is a web site to go to and listen about possible getting out and away from them.

http://thearizonasentinel.com/2012/10/21/do-you-own-your-private-property-or-are-you-renting-it-from-a-government-does-it-violate-the-constitution/

This web site also talks about land patents and alloidial Titles. and here is another that will give you so much more http://freedomforallseasons.org/

Now into Agenda 21 stuff you can also get the real skinny on this crap by going to the web site http://devvy.com/ and http://stopthecrime.net/

So here some good places to begin, Thank you Grip for bringing the nasties up and thank you Selkie and all, Together we can join all the other folks that are exposing this stuff and actually doing something.

Yes GlassSteagallfan, that appears to be what has happened in most states these days simply because it is a cash cow for them to keep real property away from people. I have research this and started the process to obtain a land patent and allodial title to my property. I will come back at a point and give a process to begin on that particular subject. For now back to thread and here is something that all can get a better understanding of this agenda 21 crap, where it came from and its insidious movement in our country.

http://americanpolicy.org/agenda21/

This will give a lesson in one easy stage. There are certainly a lot of other places and you can even order the damn book that was put out by the UN. I had a conversation with a Land Surveyor a while back and told him about agenda 21 he had never heard of it, I was telling him that all of the International codes were part of it and then told him to type it into his search engine. When he did, up popped all of the codes and a whole interesting read about these nasty things. So for all, begin to get the picture here folks and you will start to see why what has been happening to us is happening.

AGENDA 21 AND A REPUBLICAN APPROACH TO FAIR HOUSING?

By Attorney Michael Peroutka
August 2, 2015
NewsWithViews.com

I have been a Republican elected official in Anne Arundel County now for about eight months. This has been an exciting time and a learning experience. Some things that I had hoped to accomplish I am happy to say have come to pass. These include the successful elimination of “emergency legislation” that doesn’t comply with the definition of “emergency” contained in the county charter, and our attempted repeal of the rain tax.

Also, one of the first measures passed by the County Council this term limited the spread of what is called “workforce housing” in the County. I was happy to co-sponsor this measure (Bill 82-14) because this type of housing is part of a scheme known as Agenda 21 which represents an attempt by our national government, through unelected commissions and boards, to socially engineer our neighborhoods and, indeed, almost every aspect of our lives. You may also have heard about the “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Initiative”. This is another Agenda 21 scheme by which the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is ostensibly attempting to promote “diverse, inclusive communities” all across America.

In rules published last month, HUD declared that its mission is not just to promote these so-called diverse communities but to “enforce compliance” with rules that are designed to socially and economically adjust neighborhoods in a way that satisfies what they call their “geospatial tool”. This “geospatial tool” is reportedly designed to identify neighborhoods where there is racial or economic “segregation” and force people to live where HUD wants them to.

Regulations that cite the Fair Housing Act as authority, define “segregation” as a “high concentration of persons of a particular race”. But, this seems inherently flawed to me. My Biblical understanding is that there is only one “race”. It is called the “human race”. This is also the American legal view. Remember, the Declaration of Independence (which the US Code refers to as the organic law in America) declares and confirms the tenet that “all men are created equal”.

Moreover, the HUD rule treats communities as segregated if they lack racially “balanced living patterns”. This seems to fly in the face of the Supreme Court ruling in Fisher v. University of Texas (2013) which held that “racial balancing” is “patently unconstitutional”.

Some commentators have questioned how more affirmative action can possibly benefit anyone when the history of affirmative action is so dismal. Don’t we have very recent memories of bankruptcies and foreclosures on folks who tried to buy a house before they were financially stable enough to do so? And wasn’t this because the banks were following government requirements to make loans to those who could not afford the house they were buying?

Have you noticed that government interference in the culture or the economy inevitably makes things worse? Why, then, would we conclude that more and more government programs (interference?) will have the effect of making things better?

What can (or should) a Republican elected official do?

Well, how about going back to the Constitution of our Republic?

If you just take a few moments and read Article One, Section Eight, you will see for yourself that the list of powers granted to Congress does not include any authority over “Housing” or over “Urban Development” (whatever that is). So, constitutionally – legally -- there is no authority for the Fair Housing Act, or the “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Initiative”, or any of the Orwellian rules promulgated pursuant thereto. In other words, it is all null and void. And any attempt by federal officials to enforce it should be denied and resisted.

As your Councilman (County Commissioner) , I promise to do all I can to resist Agenda 21 and all of its local manifestations, which include “workforce housing” and “cluster housing” projects. Like you, I don’t want to live in a neighborhood that has been federally engineered.

We only have ourselves to be blamed because we participated in this "property" bull****. What will happen if no one owns a land? I mean no titles or property proofs. Used the land that is available or not used by anyone and dont grab that which we cant used or dont need.

Michelle Marie, The surveillance agendas are so insidious it is beyond belief. See post 11 and 13 above and tap those web sites I gave. The Stop the Crime site has a video with a fellow that discusses microwaves and the use of them and how they have perfected that technology so well to day that they are able to see you in your house doing whatever it is you do all day and night. Now that is just to scary. Smart meters were designed specifically to spy on all of us through that technology. What is happening now is these dangerous pieces of crap are exploding and burning peoples houses down. They also have been making people sick and in some cases killing them because they interfere with pace makers and the like. Here is another site to explore that tells all about the dangers.
http://takebackyourpower.net/hundreds-of-smart-meters-simultaneously-explode/

I and my neighborhood kicked these bast#$ds out when they came around to install these meters I actually have a form letter of no consent. The folks that were suppose to do the installation actually thanked us because it is causing them to loose their jobs. This became such a stir here in Arizona that the corporation commission and the Governor had to create an alternative for folks. Believe me their are alot of folks on board with keeping this crap out. Kathy, a lot of states and local jurisdictions are not letting the ICLEI be adopted. Look at the web sites I posted and you will see what that is. It is part of the Agenda 21 book. Look that up and come back and tell us what it stands for and how nasty it is.

Thank you all for these comments and research

Thanks again Lost and found! Having you been at the other side of the fence , what, WE THE PEOPLE can do? to reverse such a nonsense? As an example, we try to do goat cheese in a very small scale, guess what... we need to spent 80k+ in " approved " equipment to operate such a business. When in the hell I'm going to recover such a money? Unless we became a very big operation ( 200 + goats) the numbers doesn't match ! So... the land of free???? BS !. If you have anything to share that could work in this direction it will be very welcome! Yetti.

Hello Paul,
I don't like to be ' off-topic ', yet your call for specific Building codes, makes me bring to mind what I saw yesterday..
( I live in Fr. ). Went to visit a friend in Benodet, and ended up walking along the Promenade, I just could not believe what I saw....... Bear in mind it's a beach...... there's a sign PROHIBITING picnics on the beach !
( My friends companion, told me it was as a result of people leaving picnic debris....... )

I know the French are accustomed to regulations, bit I found this pitiful, that society has allowed itself to be so beaten-down.

(I was told once by a french girlfriend " do not look at those Gendarme, or they will stop and question you (us)... )...

PA, like UK Column, is one way to unite free-thinking souls, but shouldn't we make more effort (like UKC.org ), to be in contact before TSHTF, otherwise, 99% of PA, will be just swept away, in the Soylent Green fashion.....

Okay, here is a history lesson on Agenda 21, I understand that it may be somewhat long, I have read it in a not very long moment. it will give you a very good understanding of this insidious thing that was dreamed up by UN,and other nasties.

We have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations a new world order -- a world where the rule of law, not the law of the jungle, governs the conduct of nations. When we are successful -- and we will be -- we have a real chance at this new world order, an order in which a credible United Nations can use its peacekeeping role to fulfill the promise and vision of the U.N.'s founders. - G.H.W. Bush Speaking at start of first Gulf War, 1991

What is Agenda 21? — Quoting from the UN website: "Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area in which human impacts on the environment."(sic)

Many have said that Agenda 21 is now outdated policy that's fallen into neglect. This is far from true. For example, among many other things, the slow-motion train wreck of our ongoing world economic collapse supports UN Agenda 21, and the UN conference on "Post-2015 Sustainability Agenda" coming this September is a clear reiteration. Apologists say that Agenda 21 is only "Soft Law," a policy that has no teeth. But they're lying. In 20 years, through stealth implementation, this plan has become embedded in local policies all over the United States. It’s called Sustainable Development. Wherever you see it you'll find "The 3 E’s:" ecology, economy, equity. In the upcoming UN conference, where the Jesuit Pope Francis will be appearing to promote his recent encyclical, they're being called "People, Planet and Prosperity."

Agenda 21 emerged full-blown from the UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) aka The Rio Summit, in 1992. 16 to 17 thousand "delegates," who were somehow given official status as officers of the UN, traveled from all over the world to take part in an 11-day party in Rio De Janeiro, where they were presented with Agenda 21, The United Nations Programme of Action from Rio, a more than 300-page document that they were asked to approve, though it seems unlikely that many of them could have had time to even read it. Unsurprisingly, they voted to accept it, and it was suddenly official United Nations policy for the world.

I recently spoke with a delegate to Rio from Santa Cruz, who took exception to the way I've characterized the Rio Summit above. After more than 20 years, she entirely believes that the document was created by agreement at Rio, that its ideas and principles are unimpeachable, and that it has only been improved on since then. This is the genius behind the ways this program of worldwide social engineering has been rolled out, as well-meaning people are enrolled as supporters through poetic-sounding but fuzzy phrases, pledges of concern for the masses of humanity, and clever misdirection.

In fact, the Agenda 21 document was largely a creation of Maurice Strong, a mysterious man with a double-tracked career as both a high official at the UN, and as a billionaire financial insider extracting the Earth's resources in the petroleum and mining industries. Strong first took the world stage prominently as "Secretary General," a title the UN, for whatever reasons, adopted directly from communist and socialist organizations, of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment in Stockholm in 1972.

Strong's very scant bio on Wikipedia says that he "met a leading UN official in 1947 (when Strong was just 18) who arranged for him...to serve as a junior security officer at the UN headquarters in Lake Success, New York" (before the new UN building was built on land donated by the Rockefellers in Manhattan). Just one year later, Strong became a trainee in a high-powered brokerage in Canada, "where he took an interest in the oil business," and was transferred to an office in "the Alberta oil patch." There he was quickly hired as an assistant to an oil-industry leader, Jack Gallagher — All while maintaining his connections at the UN.

In 1971, before the conference in Stockholm, Strong commissioned a report on the state of the planet, entitled “Only One Earth: The Care and Maintenance of a Small Planet”. The report summarized the findings of 152 leading experts from 58 countries in preparation for that first UN meeting on the environment. This was the world's first "state of the environment" report. Following the Conference, Strong became the Chairman of the new United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), until 1975, and served as a member of the Brundtland Commission (below).

The 1972 conference was followed by several other major conferences as well as sets of meetings all over the world laying out the shape of this emerging globalist agenda. Despite the elusive nature of this long process and the ways it has remained under the radar of the mainstream media, it has somehow remained on track with constant reiterations. In 1976 there was the UN Conference on Human Settlements which produced a Declaration containing 26 principles concerning the environment and development, an Action Plan with 109 recommendations, and a Resolution.

Here is an excerpt from the Conference Preamble:
Land...cannot be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is also the principle instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth, and therefore, contributes to social injustice; if unchecked, it may become a major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes...
This preamble is followed by 65 pages of very specific land use recommendations. Among the many recommendations are: A-1) Redistribute population in accord with resources, D-1) Government must control the use of land to achieve equitable distribution of resources, D-2) Control land use through zoning & land-use planning, D-3) Excessive profits from land use must be recaptured by government, D-4) Public ownership of land should be used to exercise urban and rural land reform, and D-5) Owner rights should be separated from development rights which should be held by a public authority.

Then, in the fall of 1983, the 38th Session of the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution to create a commission "to propose long-term environmental strategies for achieving sustainable development to the year 2000 and beyond" (emphasis added). Gro Harlem Brundtland, former (and later) Prime Minister of Norway and Vice President of the Socialist International (sometimes called "the cradle of globalism") was appointed to chair the commission. In her forward to Our Common Future, the 400-page report from what would become known as The Brundtland Commission, she wrote, "'A global agenda for change' - this was what the World Commission on Environment and Development was asked to formulate. It was an urgent call by the General Assembly of the United Nations..." With this conference, the term "sustainable development" first appeared.

It's from this long-term plan which emerged 20 years before the 1992 Rio Summit, that the many seemingly friendly terms such as Sustainability, Smart Growth, Resilient and Walkable Communities, and High Density Urban Mixed-Use Development come. It seems like no one had never heard these phrases 10 years ago but that now they're everywhere we look. Among other key terms are: Equity, Affordable Housing, Consensus, Social Justice, Human Settlements, Watershed, Facilitator, Best Management Practices, Outcome Based Education, Habitat Restoration, Quality of Life, Benefit of All, Public/Private Partnerships, Common Good, Collaborative, Inter-disciplinary, Stakeholder, School to Work, Visioning, and the all-important Regional. If you see these terms, particularly in combinations, you can be sure you're looking at language dedicated to implementing this agenda.

In 1992, 172 governments attended the Rio Summit, with 116 sending heads of state. There were also 2,400 people from UN-connected NGOs. Then President George HW Bush was there on Prince Charles' yacht, where he signed the Agenda 21 document with absolutely no legal standing to do so.

In 1993, shortly after Bill Clinton took office, Nancy Pelosi helped, with 33 original cosponsors, to introduce legislation "to implement Agenda 21." The bill passed the house, but was stopped in the Senate. But with clearly international pressure to advance the program, in June 1993 Democrat Clinton created The President’s Council on Sustainable Development which has placed Sustainability Officers in every federal department and agency since then. This has resulted in administrative regulations enforcing Agenda 21 policies as (possibly fraudulent) hard law, and in huge distortions in federal funding that have forced States to adhere to federal dictates.

An international treaty, the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), was also presented at the Rio Summit for signing, and was eventually brought to the U.S. Senate for ratification in 1994. At first, it looked like it would pass, but at the last hour, text from a book Global Biodiversity Assessment (GBA), which was not to be published for another year and a half, was leaked to staff of Senators, along with the now well-known Biodiversity Wildlands Map, which showed graphically the plan to move Americans off the land and into dense "human settlement zones." The Convention wasn't ratified, while the MSM reported that the GBA book did not exist. Congress has, so far, refused to implement Agenda 21 as policy for the United States of America. But it has been advanced by Presidential edicts.

The End of Natural Property Rights — UN policy on "land" has been clear since the 1976 Conference on Human Settlements. Its preamble on land quoted above continues:
Social justice, urban renewal and development, the provision of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only be achieved if land is used in the interests of society as a whole.
Public control of land use is therefore indispensable to its protection as an asset and the achievement of the long-term objectives of human settlement policies and strategies.
This makes obvious the position of the UN policy makers that private property is now to be considered as a social asset to be controlled by "the public." The exact nature of this public is, however, not clear. The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution says, "No person shall... be deprived of... property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." But the UN Declaration of Human Rights, Article 17 Sec 2 says, “Property shall not be arbitrarily taken.” This is a crucial difference. Somehow "the public" can take private property from you, as long as it's not done "arbitrarily."

Santa Cruz County seems to have been targeted for early implementation of Agenda 21. Two years before Agenda 21 was unveiled in 1992, the voters of the County passed Measure C, "The Decade of the Environment " containing many of the key tenets of the UN Program, and which has been reaffirmed every ten years by the Board of Supervisors, and is reported on regularly by the Planning Department.

The Supervisors also fell into step with the Agenda in 1993-94 when they "officially approved the process" of the "Sustainable Santa Cruz: Local Agenda 21" 100-page planning guide created by Action-Santa Cruz County and the Santa Cruz Chapter of the United Nations Association. This type of document was directly called for in Agenda 21 itself — In Chapter 28, "Local Authorities Initiatives," the first objective listed is "(a) By 1996, most local authorities in each country should have undertaken a consultative process with their populations and achieved a consensus on 'a local Agenda 2I' for the community..." Of course, this directive was unknown in most of the rest of the U.S.

In our society the direct taking of people's properties is, so far, unacceptable to most people. What has happened instead, certainly in Santa Cruz, is the use of permitting processes, zoning and taxation, including the infamous "Red Tags," to gradually take away the productive use of their land from property owners without compensation. Though a relatively small county, Santa Cruz has, after LA County, the second-largest planning department in the State. There are currently thousands of red tags on record here, and, according to some counts, hundreds of owners have been forced off their properties, which have, in many cases, been transferred to insider "Private Partners" through practices many say are corrupt. Frequently, after the new owner appears, zoning is changed or permits are issued for new uses.

It is getting increasingly hard to get permits for single family homes, while permitting is easier to get for "High Density, Mixed Use" (typically floors of small apartments above retail spaces of questionable utility - AKA "Stack n' Pack" housing). The Santa Cruz Supervisors are in the process of creating a new tax to fund this high-density "Low Income" housing through an "Affordable Housing Assessment" on all new construction, including additions, in the County. This will raise the cost of building a house by perhaps tens-of-thousands of dollars.

International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives — or ICLEI (pronounce Ick-ly) is a UN NGO that had its founding meeting in 1990 in the General Assembly chamber at the UN building in Manhattan. ICLEI staff wrote one of the chapters of the Agenda 21 document, under the direction of Maurice Strong. Santa Cruz City and County have both been members of ICLEI since its inception, though this has been made as obscure as possible by local officials over time. ICLEI works to bring top-down policies from the UN globalist agenda to local communities under the guise of being guided by its membership.

ICLEI was directly involved in the creation of California bills AB 32 and SB 375, mandating severe ongoing restrictions on our "greenhouse gas emissions" in the name of the heavily-pushed and yet highly questionable theory of "global warming" caused by CO2. ICLEI was then hired by hundreds of cities and counties in California to help them draft the "Climate Action Plans" mandated to help reach the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Goals set in AB 32. This is a serious conflict of interest violation by this formal arm of the UN.

Regionalism — Regional "governance" is a concept that has been advancing in the U.S. since World War II. Regionalism has been extended across America primarily through executive presidential action, including Nixon's creation of multi-state Federal Regions, and through confusing provisions of Congressional "Acts" which require the action of Regional Planning Agencies or Councils of Government (COGs) in order to secure the more and more essential federal funding needed for major public works. Regional Agencies are composed of appointed officials from all levels of local government, and are not subject to direct input by voters. Our local COG is the Association of Monterey Bay Area Governments (AMBAG), founded in 1968, two years after the U.S. Model Cities Act set up the framework for AMBAG to be a funding conduit.

The COG for the nine Bay Area Counties is ABAG, the Association of Bay Area Governments. ABAG, is working with ICLEI to create the “One Bay Area” program. One Bay Area is a major initiative to promote the top-down plan to implement Agenda 21 around the San Francisco Bay. This plan for a region containing 7.5 million people, is designed to entirely remake the region in the image of Smart Growth, high-density housing and government transportation planning.

Over the next 20 years 630,000 new residential units are projected by ABAG. ALL residential construction specified by the plan is be multi-family housing. 80% of this housing must be within ½ mile of the plan's designated “transit corridors” (permits will not be granted outside these zones). One corridor, the El Camino Real, running from San Jose to San Francisco, will be transformed into a series of government controlled Stack ‘n Pack smart growth developments. The plan is that all private vehicles will be banned from what is to then be called "The Grand Boulevard." Through the ABAG COG, the federal government has committed more than 300 billion, mostly highway tax dollars to this "Plan Bay Area."

Locally, something similar but more modest is being proposed under the newly rechristened "Sustainable Santa Cruz County" Regional Transportation Plan, where the eventual centerpiece will be a widened "Soquel Drive Corridor" from Dominican Hospital to Aptos, where hundreds of units of Stack n' Pack housing will be built, close to planned public transit to include the much ballyhooed "Rail Trail" and possible train service. As part of enrolling us into this planned "sustainable" development, public "consensus" meetings have been held regularly by the Planning Department and Sustainable Santa Cruz County for the last few years.

Recent Advances in the Globalist Programs for Sustainable Development — In 2015 we are seeing two major events to promote and re-energize global population control, and a very curious confluence of globalist social engineering and the Roman Papacy. From Sept. 25 to 27 the UN will be holding its "Post-2015 Sustainability Agenda" conference at its New York headquarters, accompanied by an appearance of Pope Francis doing a formal presentation of his monumental ecologist encyclical "Laudato Si" (praised be). This conference is a clear extension of the Millennium Summit in 2000. Instead of the 8 "Millennium Development Goals" set there to be realized by 2015 (none have been), we are being given 17 this time, to be done by 2030. I will only share Goal 17 - "Strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development." Suffice it to say that The Agenda for the 21st Century slogs on.

Then, from Nov. 30 to Dec. 11 in Paris, France, will come the massive propaganda onslaught of COP21, billed as "The UN Climate Conference." Actually, COP stands for Conference of the Parties of the Kyoto Accords, so it's interesting to see the event subsumed under the UN. While even the 2014 IPCC report, in its section on the real climate science, admitted that there has been no significant warming of the planet for the last 15 years or so (despite the desperate pleas of upcoming disaster contained in the report's "summary for decision makers"), we are now being lobbied relentlessly about "climate change" by the corporate media (and NPR) to prepare us for a draconian "carbon suppression regime" they hope to create at this conference. Any "carbon" taxes arising at this 12-day event are rumored to be, for the first time, going directly to the UN ("a credible United Nations").

I'll briefly touch upon the apparent synchronicity of Pope Francis' encyclical with the huge world effort to push the United Nations. While it's easy to see why many people find some of the ideas expressed in it to be moving, even poetic, to me they seem rather diffuse and confusing. More than that, the Pope's focus on pushing the need to respond immediately to a posited "climate crisis" and to problems eerily like those driving UN sustainable development, is quite striking. Some in the "climate reality" community are elated that the spiritual force of the Pope's message may put their quest for a serious solution to carbon "pollution" over the top. If so, it will have been very convenient.

Well I got one more, this fits in with post #4 above,

America Is Witnessing the Manifestation of Agenda 21
Any aware person knows that Agenda 21 is predicated on eliminating private property ownership and keeping all people within the “system”. Drinking raw milk, engaging in off the grid living and heating your home with a wood stove is forbidden. All of these prohibitions and more are presently encircling America as the Agenda 21 noose is tightening around collective necks.
Many unaware Americans still mistakenly believe that they have dominion over their lives and personal choices. These same people mistakenly believe that the government does not care if you want to live independently of their corporate cronies who own the utilities. They want you in their system so they can continue to exploit your resources for their benefit. Take the case of Robin Speronis who tried opting for renewable non-grid tied power and utilize environmentally friendly composting toilets and his own self-sufficient water supply. If one commits these acts in Florida, that person could go to jail.

Speronis lived off the grid, independent of Cape Coral’s (Florida) water and electric utilities. Not to be denied the revenue to them owed the subjects of Florida, the utilities took Speronis to court and the judge ruled this off-the-grid living was illegal last week . The judge labeled the Speronis home as being “unsanitary” and cited the International Property Maintenance Code in the ruling. Wikipedia further exposes the fact that the International Property Maintenance Code derives its authority from Agenda 21 and ICLEI and that this “regulation” bootstraps its authority into the following domains.
• International Building Code
• International Residential Code
• International Fire Code
• International Plumbing Code
• International Mechanical Code
• International Wildland Urban Interface Code
• International Existing Building Code
• International Property Maintenance Code
• International Private Sewage Disposal Code
• International Zoning Code
• International Green Construction Code…
Subsequently, we have an American judge, in Florida, citing UN mandate to forcibly evict an American citizen of their property and nullify their Fifth Amendment Rights. Speronis also faces jail time for noncompliance with international law.
If you read nothing else in this article, I strongly suggest you heed this warning. In two years, local and state governments will have the ability to begin to seize individual property for the failure to meet code, usually in the area of energy efficiency and international code compliance. In the near future if one cannot meet the burden of upgrading their older homes into meeting the standards related energy compliance, by United Nations standards, one could have their home confiscated without any compensation.
More Agenda 21 Insanity
The latest round of Agenda 21 insanity is coming from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The EPA has recently imposed new heating rules as of last year and the date of enforcement has long last arrived.
The insane application of Agenda 21 policies knows no bounds when it comes to the EPA. Also under the auspices of the International Property Maintenance Code, the EPA has introduced new standards for wood stoves which dramatically reduces the amount of fine particle emissions for any wood stove sold in 2015. The emissions must be reduced by 33% with more reductions scheduled for 2019.
At issue is the unsubstantiated claim that the EPA is making that if the use of wood stoves are reduced, the health of the residents will increase. Yet, the EPA does not offer any peer-reviewed research, which has been replicated, as proof of this bogus claim. Are we just supposed to take their word for it? We might as well face the fact that the EPA is controlled by ICLEI and their United Nations puppet masters.
Who Are the Real Terrorists?
We are under attack from the skies and through the poisoning of our air through massive chemical spraying complete with Alzheimer’s and dementia causing aluminum sulfate and cancer causing barium. Fukushima radiation, Corexit spraying and the resulting toxic rain from the Gulf oil spill is running rampant over our country and not one ounce of mainstream media coverage is afforded to these dangers. Prevention and remediation from these dangers, caused by governmental indifference or complicity, are not put into place by our present government.
Our water is being systematically removed from the country by Nestle, and our water tables are being systematically compromised by environmental toxins and of course many Americans are consuming water permeated with IQ-lowering rocket fuel (i.e. fluoride).
Americans are now in the midst of being subjected to the death panels of Obama care in which citizens over the age of 70 are officially referred to as “units” and are targeted for comfort care but not given life saving measures. Under these conditions is it really in our best interest to remain “in the system”?
This is an undeniable, unmitigated and naked version of Eugenics cast in the same flavor as that practiced by Margaret Sanger, Joseph Stalin and Adolph Hitler and when Americans try to extricate themselves from these assaults upon their liberties and their health, they are increasingly marginalized, and prosecuted.
Conclusion
Who’s the real terrorist here? Why is the Obama administration embracing international mandates which criminalizes independent behavior and choices in violation of our Fifth Amendment rights?
If you have the courage to really answer these questions, I would suggest you dig into world history and read about the Holodomor and discover the real motivation behind forced compliance which results in total dependence on the government for life-sustaining services should become readily apparent.

So, after reading and researching and witnessing all of this happening, I have woken in the night in tears, I witness the chemtrails during the day and I here the jets at night, I see the Code enforcer's during the day and I hear the bitching and whining of the contractors daily about what the local jurisdictions are doing to them. I have been telling them for years that they need to stand up in force and tell these jurisdictions what they want and not the damn building departments or zoning departments because it is their lively hoods at stake. I was telling them this when I worked for a city or county.

What I get is that long stare like what kind of tin foil do you have on your head. Then when these jurisdictions adopt a new code and it costs these folks another 20 to 30 thousand dollars to build the same house that they used to be able to build last year for that amount less, or the permit (permission) fees are another 10 to 20 thousand this year more than last year all I here is the unadulterated bitching and moaning. "Well we don't want to make waves because they will hold up our jobs" That is the excuse. I just shake my head and walk away.

I here this from these building departments and the councils or supervisors, "Well we took money from the government so we have to adopt these codes" I have to ask, who told you you could accept that money. When did the people get to know or even vote on something like that? maybe I am just a screwball and that is how I am treated now but sheet I will continue to try to wake these sleepy heads up. Just some rant and rave at what I see. You definitely see where this is headed and I have so much more but it just makes me sick to see it coming and no one standing except one lonely soul here.

I wish I could have "thanked" what you said a thousand times Kathy! It has given me a lot of inspirations around how we can do this on a global scale. Great stuff!

Hang in there Lost N Found. :bearhug: Even though we cannot stand in the same room as you, we stand by you. The same psychotic agenda being rolled out in the U.S is also here in Australia. This is why I am so glad that Kathy has started this thread.
As she says so succinctly, we need to think outside the box. I'm all in for a big collaboration party! We throw into the circle all of our ideas, we allow them to percolate into further inspirations and ideas, we put aside all of our differences and see what unfolds. Better than me sitting around and kicking dirt whilst watching all this happen.

We banned GMO crops from Jackson County, Oregon, too. We are neighbors, just directly south of Josephine County. We are working together to battle the Smart Meter rollout (we call it rollover!). We are having meetings to inform community members about Smart Meters and the actions we are taking to reject them.

We have sent "Cease & Desist" letters to the Public Utility Commission of Oregon (PUC), and we are sending Notices of Liability of Trespassing Technology (InPowerMovement) to government officials, the PUC, and the Power Company. We are in the process of uniting statewide to unify and strengthen our efforts.

That's where I'm at so far, but I wanted to share this video so others can delve into it.

There is a major push to put people in positions to support these agendas. These people are inculcated, or propagandized, to support climate change, carbon taxes, smart meters...anything that the globalists pay for with their big pocketbooks.

I just wrote a letter to the PUC and told them the scientific report they sent me saying that Smart Meters are safe was funded by a biased party (Bechtel), and was part of the Deep State/shadow government. I further added that these biased studies were known to deceive regulatory agencies.

My comments, citations, and information were put on public record and are part of their docket where they address public concerns. Anyone pushing for or working toward the deployment of unwanted, unsafe technologies are either deceived or complicit.

"Well we don't want to make waves because they will hold up our jobs" That is the excuse. I just shake my head and walk away.

I here this from these building departments and the councils or supervisors, "Well we took money from the government so we have to adopt these codes"

Bribery and addiction to income are indeed central to power mongering. People almost never want to learn about the roots of slavery or freedom. They rather go with the flow, roll with the punches.

The International Building Code (IBC) is a model building code developed by the International ... BOCA National Building Code ...

My area enforces the BOCA code in cities and built up towns specifically, but grants building freedom in rural areas, where town officials are traditionally sympathetic with common-sense needs of people. My State actually grants the the right of individuals to build single or duplex houses without engineering or architectural stamps on the plans, (providing town ordinances do not challenge this right). Yet any kind of commercial structure would require plenty of regulations and stamps, etc... So keeping life simple is the hurdle to master. Otherwise humans become so utterly dependent on materialistic causes and effects, (including complex traps).

I was on a builder forum in the 1990s where we discussed building of thin shell concrete and ferro cement structure and art-house, (like my logo photo). Which naturally sounds radical to stuffy regulators. A rural guy in Arkansas said his State had a similar law. We learned that almost all rural areas were fairly free and tolerant, allowing common sense building, without blockages. So that individuals and small contractors could work sensibly and freely. Our forum was focussed on efficiency in design, building arts and methods, saving all costs, all around.

News of Agenda 21 was barely beginning to surface on the primitive BBS and www, in the 1990s, but i could see only one section which had striking language, powerful enough to motivate significant opposition: Particularly to alert entrepreneurs and common working people, professionals and vendors... Ambiguity and tiresome reading in general discourages interest in these people, if there is no personal application for it. It takes deeper probing minds to see what goes on. Few people learned to think. Instead, "the system" taught us to 'parrot' or speak back empty thoughts.

One has to develop keen sight, which schools did not teach. See the pyramid schemes and undercurrents which really run the flow of money, incomes and powers. By that time, of seeing this vision, most people are too caught up and just have to finish the job", to collect retirement. (The reactions which I observe).

All of which leads me away from “party politics” and onward to another missions in life: The Pythagorean Order, “the hylozoic world view”, (actually accessed only inwardly, not outwardly). This focusses the analytical picture of the world view. Mapping out routes to avoid these money pyramids gone awry. How to steer clear of corporate tricks, which benefit the chosen people alone, how to avoid the crafty power mongering… But all this is essentially age old human tradition, morphing it’s outer form, to keep humans slaves. A way out is through sharpening vision and learning common sense laws of reality, accepting such disciplines, to handle the causes and effects.

The best parties today can be like this thread. People are comparing situations. Some parts of which might help others find their ways through the carnage. Hear how others manage. So thanks for the invitation of this thread, motivating people to post here.

We banned GMO crops from Jackson County, Oregon, too.
Cool !!

We are working together to battle the Smart Meter rollout (we call it rollover!).
rollover ... or bendover ?

GMO's, and in particular the pesticides such as Roundup, are something that I have a pretty good idea are bad, and why they are bad.

Smart Meters are something that I'm still trying to make sense of ... why they are bad. I presume they are bad, just on the general tin-foil-hat, nutty conspiracy theory principles to which I subscribe. But I still have the intuition that the usual explanations for why Smart Meters are bad is a mishmash of, in part, misinformation and misdirection.

... in part ... but I don't know which part yet, nor do I know what truths of real dangers are being hid from us.

I read the words, such as plasma, voltage, frequency, emf, ... but I suspect that those warning us have a limited understanding of these topics and of when and to what degree they are or are not harmful to whom, and that those who would have such an understanding are not talking to us (are not allowed to talk to us.)
