My family and I have encountered many unusual and downright strange phenomena. Here is a short description of many of the encounters.
I will start with my personal experiences pertaining to the so named UFO. My first encounter with a UFO was when I was about 7 or 8 years old. I was in a four storey block of flats in Rickyard Piece in Birmingham, UK where we lived our flat over looked a large empty field with other flats in the distance. One summer evening, June 1976/7 I believe, I was just wandering around indoors, and then something came into my mind, a bit like something tuning in like a radio, telling me to go to the window and see some stars. So I open the curtains and right in front of me was a glowing block (self contained) moving silently across the sky, it was pure white and the light was self contained. I watched for a little while, and asked my uncle over to see what I was seeing, he stated it was an aeroplane, I asked where are the wings, he said on the side and walked off, and this was indeed strange behaviour since he saw UFOs in the past. I eventually just closed the curtains. I asked a friend of mine the following day what he saw and he described actually what I saw.
My next encounter actually woke me up, it was 2.30am exactly since I looked straight at the clock, the location was Stone Row, Malinslee, Telford, Shropshire in the UK, on the 23rd October 1983. The whole house was rumbling and I looked outside and there was an object which was rotating and something on the outside was moving around anti clock wise, hence the rotation, after a short while something black shot off, it was black in colour and very shiny, it disappeared into some low flying clouds. I just then for some reason went back to sleep and woke up the next day feeling great!
There are many other experiences I have had personally, including seeing objects on the wall which were not there but later on they were. Seeing headlines in newspapers with future dates on them, then the image disappears. I have seen an apparition of my deceased grandfather appearing in the corner after a violence row between my brother and his then wife. Déjà vu when I first moved into Stone Row since I knew actually where all the shops were, it appeared dream like. Being frog marched into a book shop, stopping turning my head 45 degrees and there was a book I was looking for, even though I never been in that book shop before. There have been many others events, too numerous to mention here.
Family wise I was told my grandfather saw the illusive spring heeled jack in the 1960s in Birmingham, my uncle saw three UFOs streak across the sky, and spilt up into three and disappeared they were all shaped like and eye. He was also one night working on a theory relating to propulsion of so called flying saucers he called it cutting the lines of force, he leaned his head against the back of a window he then had symbols in some form of a grid system projected into the back of his head (mind), and when he jumped up he heard repeating whooshing sound like something spinning moving away.
Further to this something attempting to materialise in his home, witnessed by his father, and this materialisation sounded like flicking paper continuously. Sometime later some form of disc was seen moving around the house, it seemed to have no mass to it and it avoided all material objects and was silent, this disappeared a few days later. My sister also has had out of body experiences, another uncle witnessed in a graveyard some form of mist which then formed into a humanoid form....and it goes on...
