It is all about the blood. Whether you are in the "club" or a servant minion of it (Bush, Cheney, Obama, Rothschild, etc), it is all determined by the bloodline. Also, I find it very interesting how much blood is mentioned in all of the major religious texts. Blood and bloodlines are very important to these hybrid families. I am of the opinion that the more "pure" the bloodline, the easier for that person to be possessed or inhabited by those beings we cannot see in this density. Dr. Miller refers to the Black Goo Phenomenon as "Smart Blood".

This revelation alone, opens vast doorways of understanding.

The intelligence community has known about Harald Kauts's Black Goo, most probably back to the NAZIs. The NAZIs and the Intelligence Community are one-in-the-same. The names have been changed to protect the guilty.

This Smart Blood Agenda has been working against modern civilization, just as it did within the Alchemical Community through the Magician/Grand Wizard Network of Secret Societies throughout Human History - all relating to the Royal Blood, Devine Right To Rule.

I had always attributed the 'Soul Harvesting Process' to Hyperdimensional Reptilian Entities. Where these Reptoids are most likely just the manifestation of the Smart Blood.
