Something to remember is that a light apparently hovering in the sky which then startes to move to one side - and which is not a helicopter - can often be a plane that's flying directly towards the camera before it starts to make a turn.

One prominent Area 51 researcher was fooled like that a few years ago until he realized that the 'hovering UFO' he was filming at the same time every morning was the early morning JANET flight from Las Vegas, approaching his camera head-on.

As with many cellphone camera clips, the resolution's not high enough to be sure of what we're looking at. As YouTuber VonHelton said famously last month, "Lights in the sky won't cut it."
