I have just finished reading Dolores Cannon's "The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth", a book every 'indigo' person should read.

Don't really know if I'm an Indigo Child, but sounds very interesting!
Thanks for that!

Thanks.

This is a great description.

What is an Indigo Child? There really isn t one definitive answer. In simple terms it is a person with a warrior spirit, always questioning and challenging the ways of the world and has a strong sense of a higher purpose. The name Indigo Child is the gateway that leads you to more answers. The Indigo Child is what I like to call the system-busters of our society. They share a collective mission of taking down old, outdated, negative, fear-based, ego-dominated structures and lower conscious related systems to make room for creating a world of peace, harmony, and love for humanity and for future generations to come. The purpose of this book is to help those seeking guidance. Here are some questions to which the Indigo Children answer YES. 1. Do you sometimes feel a lot wiser beyond your years? 2. Do you feel alone or isolated in your beliefs? 3. Do you have trouble conforming to the ways of society? 4. Are you a seeker of truth? 5. Do you feel out of place in today s society? If you read them and you answered YES to at least one of them, then this book might be the answer you ve been searching for. Find yourself in a different world, one that understands you and that you understand. And while you re at it don t forget to LIVE, LOVE, LAUGH.

I always read the negative reviews as well, and because of this one i wont be buying. Though it will probabally be a good book for a beginner.

Most of the information given as "advice" to help one's self in understanding being an Indigo or how to energetically protect yourself is mostly recycled information that can be found in ANY book about being an intuitive, energy healer, etc.... nothing unique to being an Indigo. Nothing in this book was new information to me, even though I've just discovered I'm an Indigo. Having been an energy worker for years and an intuitive, I just found this information to be a rehash of what I already learned years ago. Very little about what it really means to BE an Indigo in this book. The first chapter asks "What is an Indigo Child?", which consists of a half page description, then the next 2.5 pages are her telling about herself. There's a 15 question quiz to see if you are an Indigo. Are you a seeker of truth? Are you an emotionally sensitive person? Did you have a difficult childhood compared to other people? Seriously?? These questions are so generalized, and it says "if you can answer yes to many of these questions, you are most likely an Indigo." I was so excited to read this book but am so very sorry to say that I personally found it to be a disappointing waste of money.
